解除扁委任　顧立雄：經雙方同意

【張麗娜／台北報導】有意參選台北市長的知名律師顧立雄，傍晚接受「寶島全世界」主持人鄭弘儀專訪。由於顧立雄曾解除扁委任律師，引發外界質疑是在切割扁，顧說，當時解除委任是根據律師倫理，經雙方同意，這個沒問題。不過，他也說，他沒想到後來扁案在程序上及人權處遇部分很差，其他人可交保， 但扁不行，所以他後來也在一場記者會上說，「（把扁）拖出去槍斃就好，怎可這樣搞？」

顧立雄說，他是因擔任2004年扁槍擊案的訴訟律師，與扁有較多的接觸。他認為扁是很有自信、意志堅定、很聰明的人，短時間吸收力很強。他也說，扁入獄後，去桃園監獄看過扁一次，那時他覺得扁臉怎麼變黑的，那次他的身體不好，握手時手是冰的。

鄭弘儀問顧「扁是否是愛錢的人？」顧說，「他（扁）沒管錢」。鄭追問，「是太太在管？」顧則笑說：「我拒絕回答這個問題。」
