【綜合報導】台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲有意參選台北市長，談到近來關說案引起政壇風暴，還自爆民進黨立委柯建銘曾打電話給他「喬病房」。他認為，「制度有問題，關說才會存在，所以要努力改善制度」

柯文哲今天上午接受台北之音《蔻蔻早餐》主持人周玉蔻專訪，被問到胖達人案，他坦言，搞不清楚這是什麼東西，也不知這些人幹麼，但又回歸到制度面問題，「為什麼制度面讓他們有機可乘？」柯文哲認為，建立制度，堅持循制度走。
