大馬水壩工程延誤 罰逾億美元

（法新社吉隆坡2日電） 馬來西亞審計長年度報告說，政府為了施工期間問題叢生的巴貢水壩（BakunDam），付給兩家外國承包商1億3300萬美元的賠償金。

位於婆羅洲（Borneo）沙勞越州（Sarawak）的巴貢水壩具高度爭議性，國際透明組織（TransparencyInternational）曾稱之為「貪汙的紀念碑」。官方鮮少承認這項工程有問題，這筆賠償可說是例外。

這份昨天提交給國會的報告說，兩家承包商的土木工程建設被延宕了長達四年，使營建成本大增；它們分別是法國的阿爾斯通集團（Alstom）和大致由阿根廷電力集團Impsa掌控的Impsa-Malaysia公司。

耗資23億美元的巴貢水壩，從2011年開始營運。它是沙勞越州政府在婆羅洲雨林中計劃和興建的一系列水力發電設施中最大的一座。

巴貢水壩提供的電力，超過沙勞越州能源需求的兩倍，但仍有一系列水壩在興建。（譯者：中央社郭中翰）
