台中包商移樹粗暴 公民團體抗議

台中市保護樹木的公民團體，今天上午9時許，齊聚在南屯區永春東三路、楓樂巷口，抗議目前永春東三路正在進行的生態景觀工程，包商不當的移植樹木，讓樹木在移植後，仍會面臨死亡的命運。

中市原鄉文化協會總幹事江慶洲說，包商未依標準移植程序，用怪手粗糙斷根，呼籲市府以毀損罪嫌，向包商提告，並論處失職人員責任。

中市地政局表示，要求包商依規定施工，若包商未依規定，調查後將追究責任。
