盜9千萬揮霍　林百里女祕罰365萬免坐牢

【綜合報導】廣達電腦董事長林百里的前女秘書徐可君利用保管林的印章之便，5年內和丈夫林昭文聯手私吞廣達公款9081萬元，揮霍買精品，新北地院昨依84個、61個偽造私文書罪各判兩人6年、4年徒刑，但2人僅須付365萬元罰金就免坐牢。全案可上訴。

徐可君(40歲)2003年起擔任林百里祕書，負責處理公關費核銷業務，甚得林的信任，還曾為其證婚，該對夫婦盜款買卡地亞鑽 戒、柏金包、Audi Q5休旅車等豪奢品。檢調形容，當初到2人住處搜索時，「像走進小型精品店，很多精品還是同系列各種花色都有。」檢調私下戲稱徐女是「台版拜金女祕書」。
