我是還沒退休 不過 針對科技業職場的想法 也應該說 這是十多年的心得 如果你想在公司待在退休需要幾個要件 1.老闆喜歡你 2.每年調薪或升遷 讓你到最高職等 3.公司可以經營到你退休 4.你可以撐到退休年紀 5.老闆的第二代接班時 不會給你趕走.... 只要其中一個條件沒達成 都有可能會失業 想想看 當你四五十歲沒工作時孩子正要花錢 然後你又沒甚麼錢時... 你怎麼辦.....貫老闆賺錢不分 虧錢共體時間--你沒錢你的事情 老闆賺了 就算公司不經營 他也過得爽呼呼 穩定嗎??難怪 大家都要考公務人員 不知道志光有沒有開放購買他們的股票.... -- 我的免費測字的社團:測字不用錢...要做科學統計 https://www.facebook.com/groups/615256995172228/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.171.233.87
