之前就發過文,建議政府應該修改法律,用"離職儲金"制的, 代替"自請離職"和"資遣",讓自請離職也有錢可以拿, 就不會逼台灣的勞方和資方都在說謊的事情了, 反正台灣的立法院自己都在逼員工偽造文書了 (請參考,前幾天的親民黨的立法院黨團,被解散之事,立法院還要求親民黨的助理, 偽造離職時間,真是世界一大笑話). http://www.appledaily.com.tw/appledaily/article/headline/20130825/35245839/ 但有助理透露，依工作契約，僱主是立法院，且契約是一年一簽，到年底才到期，現被迫 離職，立院人事處卻要求他們勾選「定期契約工作期滿」，才願意發給離職證明書 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.223.81.150
