「皇翔御琚」每坪270萬元成交　創實價新高

【吳苡辰／台北報導】北市實價揭露再創270萬元新高！根據今日最新揭露的台北市實價登錄資訊顯示，「皇翔御琚」於4月交易的6樓戶別，建物共191.14坪，另加4車位後，總坪數245.14坪，總價約5.4億元，拆算車位後每坪270萬元，車位最高價則為700萬元，而據謄本資料顯是，該戶登記在山湖國際股份有限公司名下。

今日最新揭露的「皇翔御琚」6樓戶別，不論在總價、單價與車位價格上，都再創新高。上周「皇翔御琚」也揭露4樓戶別，總價5.1億元、每坪260萬元、車位650萬元。
