南開校長收賄遭起訴　法院准500萬元交保

【孫友廉／新北報導】私立南開科技大學校長陳猷龍七年前擔任公共工程仲裁人，涉收廠商簡培城五十萬元賄款，護航簡男獲仲裁賠償逾七千萬元，陳男否認不法，還反批檢方不懂仲裁規定，但因簡男坦承行賄，另名被收買的仲裁人詹世鴻也咬出陳男偏袒，新北地檢署昨依貪污等罪，將陳、詹、簡等十九人起訴。

在押的陳猷龍、簡培城今天遭移審新北地院，法官下午召開移審庭後，剛剛裁定陳猷龍以500萬元交保、簡培城700萬元交保，兩人均遭限制出境、住居。
