【動新聞】 最貪女檢認罪吐2300萬　遭判12年

台灣高檢署女檢察官陳玉珍因收賄2300萬元，被特偵組列為「史上最貪得無厭的司法官」，昨遭判刑12年。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，陳玉珍自1999年起任職宜蘭、板橋地檢署及高檢署期間，6年7個月內向賭博電玩業者施永華收賄79次，金額達2300萬元，陳玉珍雖被檢方求處最嚴厲之刑，但考量她已認罪並繳回犯罪所得，台北地院昨依違背職務收賄等罪，判她12年徒刑。（胡治言／綜合報導）
