國教行動聯盟、中華適性教育發展協會等教育團體今天召開記者會，呼籲教育主管機關和各高中職及早規劃適性教學方案，以迎接國教改革的第一屆學生。

國教行動聯盟召集人王立昇說，今年9月第一屆十二年國教學生將進入校園，這些學生彼此程度差異大，從會考情況看，1/3的學生在英語、數學方面有待加強，1/4的學生需要強補自然，要讓這些差異程度大的學生群體一起上課，必須及早做好課程規劃。

中華語文教育促進協會段心儀老師說，學生能力差異性大，常態分班和混才施教的方式已經不符合高中學習的需要，應該做好課程規劃。

段心儀說，台大政法中心適性分流研究計畫提出了適性分流選課的規劃方案，建議必修課採取學科分組教學的方式，選修課則實行適性選修，而在具體實行上，需要政府和學校一同推動。

國立台灣師範大學特殊教育系名譽教授吳武典表示，在當前情況下，適性分流勢在必行。在具體教學中，可採取分組、選修併進的方式實行。(中央社)
