「債券天王」葛洛斯喊進5~7年期公債

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）主席柏南克（Ben Bernanke）在國會發表證詞時強調，QE（量化寬鬆）退場並沒有既定的時間表。「債券天王」葛洛斯（Bill Gross）解讀認為，柏南克的發言暗示，利率可能好一段時間都將維持低檔，因此建議投資人，應該買進5~7年期公債。

在柏南克發言後，葛洛斯隨即在推特上發文，「關注利率動向，買進5~7年期公債」。葛洛斯表示，就算Fed開始縮減QE規模，但Fed的主要政策利率水平才是最大關鍵，目前的超低利率水平可能延續至2016年。
