快訊　南海附近熱低壓 恐增強為輕颱

【王玉樹／台北報導】中央氣象局今天上午才剛解除輕颱西馬隆的颱風警報，南海附近又有熱低壓成形，氣象局表示，這個熱低壓很有可能增強為今年第9號颱風；雖然西馬隆已遠離，但仍要慎防外圍環流對台影響，氣象局也發布豪雨特報，明天東半部跟南部地區仍有短暫陣雨，中部及北部有午後短暫陣雨，提醒民眾注意。
 
今年颱風一個接著一個來報到，第7號颱風蘇力前腳剛走，第8號颱風西馬隆後腳就到；南海附近今天又有熱低壓成形，可能會增強為今年第9號颱風「奇比」(南韓命名，意思是飛燕)，不過，氣象局預估，奇比應不會對台造成影響。
