標題[問題] 因為煞車不當 而自己跌倒 責任歸誰?

大家好 想請問責任歸誰? 由於晚上下大雨 機車與汽車行經T字路口 機車要直行 汽車要由T型路口右轉 現場無交通號誌 所以要停車觀看左方來車 汽車為了要看有無左方機車 因此車頭往前突出停住 汽車為靜止狀態 這時機車大概時速60公里 看到汽車已來不及 所以緊急煞車 由於1.天雨路滑 2. 只煞右邊 3. 時速過快 因此機車犁田 雙方無碰撞 機車跌倒時也沒有擦撞到汽車 機車一直怪汽車為什麼停在路上 所以想請問責任歸誰? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.27.31.33
