暑期遊學失聯　家長批駐美外館無協助

【李英婷／台北報導】國民黨立委楊瓊瓔上午舉行記者會，陳情人藍先生在會中提到，就讀高二女兒參加暑期遊學，卻因訂錯機票而失聯12小時、流浪37小時。藍先生還指出，女兒失聯過程中，撥打駐紐約台北經濟文化辦事處的緊急連絡電話是語言留言，外館12小時後回話，卻表示緊急救難必須在意外發生後才能啟動，令人心寒。　

對此，外交部北美司專委魏煥忠表示，雖外館急救電話是24小時，但採輪值，可能工作人員因在地鐵或上洗手間，收訊不好而漏接電話，請國人見諒，會全面檢討。魏說，倘若外館電話不通，可撥打國內免付費緊急求救電話0800085095。
