【短片】同袍爆料：陳以人常常刁難洪仲丘

【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘受害枉死，同袍鄭博元受訪表示，士官陳以人個性陰沉，愛挑小毛病，常常刁難洪仲丘，洪仲丘案會到今天這樣，就是兩名士官（范佐憲、陳以人）始作俑者。
 
鄭博元說，仲丘就是比較正義，會去反抗他們的意見，這兩位士官會覺得「你在假正義什麼」，就會開始針對他（洪仲丘）。
 
鄭博元說，沒有這兩個人（范佐憲、陳以人），就不會有今天這些事情，就不會有人命的發生。
 
鄭博元也說，「（副旅長）沒有去查證這個行為，就是間接害了仲丘，因為他就直接去弄了這個（禁閉室）位置出來，讓仲丘還有學弟進去，那所以他也是間接害人的兇手」。
