輕颱西馬隆高低層氣流分離 持續減弱

【王玉樹／台北報導】輕颱西馬隆昨晚11時中心位置約在鵝鑾鼻南南西方約190公里處，路徑依舊向西北往台灣海峽前進。中央氣象局指颱風的高低層氣流分離情況持續，估計最快今天上午就有機會減弱為熱帶性低氣壓。

受颱風外圍環流影響，今天上午台東、花蓮山區及恆春半島仍有局部大雨或大豪雨，預估本島要到傍晚風雨才會完全解除。澎湖、金門的風雨則要到入夜後才可望減緩。
