花旗：QE逐步退場對金融市場為利多

【經濟日報記者陳美君／4日電】花旗投顧負責人王進彰表示，寬鬆貨幣逐步退場，對金融市場是利多消息，象徵美國景氣回溫，全球經濟可望逐漸復甦，近期股債市場因漲多回檔修正，預計在經過震盪整理之後，下半年投資市場將逐步重回正軌。

花旗在今天下午舉辦2013年下半年的投資展望記者會。王進彰指出，長期來看，債券依舊是分散風險不可或缺的一環，股票市場則可以考慮美國與德國等成熟市場，新興市場部分則聚焦中國，雖然在中國壞消息頻傳，中國股市仍處於相對低檔，因此，投資人可視風險承受能力，透過定期定額方式進行布局。
