行車糾紛憤而攔車　踹共哥遭強制罪移送

網路上1段「台北市承德路＂踹共哥＂惡意攔車全集」影片，內容記錄陳姓車主不名原因遭到張姓休旅車駕駛惡意攔車，還趴在車主的引擎蓋上，不斷要車主下車＂踹共＂，行徑相當囂張。不少網友對於對方行徑相當不齒，大酸「半路攔車已是舊時器時代的做法，現代人都是坐在車裡吹冷氣蒐證」。警方訊後依強制罪嫌將張男移送法辦。
 
畫面中這名頭戴潮帽墨鏡的張姓男子，疑似與陳姓車主有超車糾紛。張男氣不過在巷內將車停在路中，還下車直接趴在陳男的引擎蓋上要他下車＂踹共＂，時間將近10分鐘，陳男只好無奈報警。期間還有貨車司機大罵張男「不要擋路啦，開旁邊點啦」，張男竟還囂張的把過錯全推開。不少網友苛薄留言「這個胖子連國中生都不怕他、那胖子以為他很兇？」還有網友大罵「貨車司機都問候他娘，他只敢說：歹勢，歹勢」（陳建緯／台北報導）
