【陳方瑩／南投報導】南投縣埔里警分局破獲一起擄人勒索案，逮捕2名嫌犯到案，警方指出，同為33歲的耿姓及何姓嫌犯（均埔里鎮人），覬覦楊姓被害人（60歲）錢財，昨天清晨5時許，開偽造車牌的銀灰色出租車，停在被害人家門口，耿嫌持槍扯住楊男腰部，強拉上車，家屬緊急報案求助。
嫌犯開車經國道六號、三號前往台中市，不斷移動位置繞行市區，沿途並不斷用楊男的手機打給其妻子，要求800萬元贖金，楊妻談判中苦苦哀求家裡實在沒現金，贖金從800殺價到最後25萬元成交，約定在埔里一間寺廟前付款，警方為保障人質安全，在外圍部署埋伏，由楊妻上前付款，戴頭套、墨鏡歹徒得款後迅速逃逸。
警方根據監視畫面循線鎖定對象，在何嫌家附近埋伏，晚間9時許，何嫌騎機車載耿嫌回家時，被埋伏多時的員警一舉逮捕，並查獲道具槍、頭套、童軍繩等大批工具，及24萬2千300元贖款。
兩嫌坦承以為賣茶葉的楊家很有錢，鎖定目標觀察楊男作息，得知楊每天清晨會到附近國中運動，因此，籌謀作案計畫，昨天犯下這起案件，警方偵訊後，今天上午依擄人勒索、變造特種文書罪嫌移送南投地檢署偵辦。

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】外資聚焦聯發科(2454)後市，大和證券指出，今年第3季聯發科營收可望看增16%，超越財測高標15%，每股獲利挑戰6.18元，看好聯發科明年中國市場市佔可看升至50%，八核心晶片MT6592應可成為主流產品。
 
大和證券預期，聯發科第3季表現將相當強勁，第3季在中國智慧機IC晶片出貨量可達6400萬顆，季增達25%，第3季仍有2位數成長，整體來看，第3季營收應可季增16%，超越財測高標15%，每股盈餘上看6.18元。
 
大和證券說明，聯發科MT6592晶片有助於中國智慧機廠商跨入4.8~6吋中高階大螢幕市場，中國廠商藉由此款晶片將可縮短與品牌廠的差距，也對聯發科全球訂有相當助益。今年底前低成本功效的MT6582 和 MT6588也有助於市場份額提升。

德律科技（3030）自結前八月稅後純益5.61億元，比2012年同期減少44.87%，以除權後股本23.62億元計算，每股稅後純益2.38元。

德律2012年營收、獲利創歷史新高，2013年來明顯衰退，但自結8月稅後純益1.88億元，雖較2012年8月衰退12.08%，月增率97.22%，單月比第2季整季還暴增6.68%。

王金平黨籍喪失證明書，昨晚中選會已經發函給立法院，但收發室人員已下班，無法簽收文件，又轉回中選會。今天立院收發室就出現一只公告「處長指示，不得代收院長書信」，儼如拒收中選會發送的王金平處分書，試圖擋下這份公文。

【中央社╱台北11日電】民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘今晚表示，中選會在下班時間將立法院長王金平相關函文送立法院，因無人簽收已退回。

王金平因涉司法關說案被國民黨撤銷黨籍，中央選舉委員會證實，已收到國民黨的王金平黨籍喪失證明書，隨即發函給立法院，註銷立委名籍。

民主進步黨立法院黨團總召集人柯建銘與黨團書記長吳秉叡晚間到立法院院長室探望王金平，並對中選會函文送立法院發表看法。

柯建銘表示，中選會函文送到立法院時，已是下午6時過後，收發室人員已下班，無法簽收文件，又轉回中選會。他還說，即便中選會明天再將文件送到立法院，依法中選會必須收到立法院回函後，才能公告國民黨遞補不分區立委名單，但法律沒有規定立法院要多少時間內回函。

柯建銘說，中選會是獨立機關，卻配合國民黨施壓，問題很大。他還說，台灣團結聯盟日前撤銷前立委林世嘉黨籍，也有給予申覆期，國民黨開除重要從政黨員，手法如此粗糙，相信很多黨員會看不下去。

吳秉叡說，行政法有「禁止差別待遇」規定，國民黨有給予前立委許舒博20天申覆期，卻連一分鐘也不給王金平，就是歧視王金平。

【陳方瑩／南投報導】南投縣埔里警分局破獲一起擄人勒索案，逮捕2名嫌犯到案，警方指出，同為33歲的耿姓及何姓嫌犯（均埔里鎮人），覬覦楊姓被害人（60歲）錢財，昨天清晨5時許，開偽造車牌的銀灰色出租車，停在被害人家門口，耿嫌持槍扯住楊男腰部，強拉上車，家屬緊急報案求助。
嫌犯開車經國道六號、三號前往台中市，不斷移動位置繞行市區，沿途並不斷用楊男的手機打給其妻子，要求800萬元贖金，楊妻談判中苦苦哀求家裡實在沒現金，贖金從800殺價到最後25萬元成交，約定在埔里一間寺廟前付款，警方為保障人質安全，在外圍部署埋伏，由楊妻上前付款，戴頭套、墨鏡歹徒得款後迅速逃逸。
警方根據監視畫面循線鎖定對象，在何嫌家附近埋伏，晚間9時許，何嫌騎機車載耿嫌回家時，被埋伏多時的員警一舉逮捕，並查獲道具槍、頭套、童軍繩等大批工具，及24萬2千300元贖款。
兩嫌坦承以為賣茶葉的楊家很有錢，鎖定目標觀察楊男作息，得知楊每天清晨會到附近國中運動，因此，籌謀作案計畫，昨天犯下這起案件，警方偵訊後，今天上午依擄人勒索、變造特種文書罪嫌移送南投地檢署偵辦。

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】外資聚焦聯發科(2454)後市，大和證券指出，今年第3季聯發科營收可望看增16%，超越財測高標15%，每股獲利挑戰6.18元，看好聯發科明年中國市場市佔可看升至50%，八核心晶片MT6592應可成為主流產品。
 
大和證券預期，聯發科第3季表現將相當強勁，第3季在中國智慧機IC晶片出貨量可達6400萬顆，季增達25%，第3季仍有2位數成長，整體來看，第3季營收應可季增16%，超越財測高標15%，每股盈餘上看6.18元。
 
大和證券說明，聯發科MT6592晶片有助於中國智慧機廠商跨入4.8~6吋中高階大螢幕市場，中國廠商藉由此款晶片將可縮短與品牌廠的差距，也對聯發科全球訂有相當助益。今年底前低成本功效的MT6582 和 MT6588也有助於市場份額提升。
