【林師民／新竹報導】國道一號中山高速公路南下湖口路段，今天上午10時30分一輛砂石車行駛中間車道，疑未保持行車距離，閃避一輛減速的轎車，急煞後往右側車道閃，撞上客運車尾，砂石車往前甩時側翻，車斗內土石傾倒在路上，南下因此全線封閉，

車禍雖未釀傷亡，卻造成大塞車，國道警方和高工局出動推土機、卡車和灑水車，經過2.5小時才清理完現場搶通，後方車輛動彈不得、駕駛人罵聲連連，車陣回堵約八、九公里至楊梅交流道附近。

標題[請問] JPEGmini, 解壓縮後的檔案無法看

**已先google 跟爬文*** 我下載已經瘦身完成的zip檔案 卻發現解壓縮後的檔案無法開啟，檔名似亂碼： 「=_UTF-8_B_5bCP55CJ55CDIOacque4ruWwj WJjS5qcGc=_=_mini」 有嘗試重新命名順便在後面+jpg，不過還是一樣無法開啟。 難道還要用轉檔工具轉檔嗎？ 想說他可以傳去picassa那邊，所以又去picassa那邊想下載圖片 直接對著該圖片按右鍵下載，卻發現圖檔縮成不到100kb (jpegmini瘦身檔為400kb 可是picassa網頁上面的檔案大小確實是寫400kb ="= 請問有什麼解決的方法嗎？ 先謝謝各位了 ........... -- 春從二樓一躍而下 from 《重力小丑》 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.170.77.253

【綜合報導】美國財經雜誌《富比士》(Forbes)公佈今年度《美國400大富豪》榜，微軟(Microsoft)創辦人比爾蓋茲(Bill Gates)連續20年穩坐美國首富寶座，身家高達720億美元(約台幣2.16兆元)，比去年大增60億美元(約台幣1800億元)，財富已超越了全球首富、墨西哥電訊大亨埃盧(Carlos Slim Helu)。股神巴菲特(Warren Buffett)則以585億美元(約台幣1.74兆元)位居第二位。

本次上榜的400名美國富豪，總身家高達2兆美元(約新台幣60兆元)，是歷年來最高，也較去年的1.7兆美元為多，當中314人的資產都有增加，只有30人減少。《富比士》表示，富豪身家增加，是受惠於美股上升和房市復蘇所賜。

榜上有2名台裔美國人，分別是位居第194名的金斯頓科技董事長杜紀川(John Tu)，身家達40億美元(約台幣1200億元)，與第243名的Garmin總裁高民環，身家達23億美元(約台幣690億元)。

圖文握壽司版本 http://sunyat.pixnet.net/blog/post/52381614 2013.9 香月日本料理 | 寿司 x 割烹 地址：高雄市新興區復興二路300-1號 電話：07-2255858(務必預約) 營業時間：11:30~13:30 | 晚膳17:30~21:30 | 周一公休 晚餐消費：各式套餐380元起，今天分享的是2000元的晚餐 自從上次來品嘗香月的商業午餐， 對於各式各樣鮮美的魚類念念不忘。 在有著生日可以大吃大喝一個月的藉口， 迅速預定板前位置，還好有先電話預訂， 因為當天的客人非常滿！ 與午宴一樣送上熱毛巾，把他打開會冒騰騰熱氣那種， 並迅速沏上熱茶。今天的服務生很棒， 如果我對於菜色不是很了解也會協助詢問師傅並再一次告訴我， 以至於有這篇比較完整的食記阿。 廢話不多說，來進入香月晚餐的世界。我之前有吃過1500元前菜、刺身5種、握壽司8貫。 今天第一次吃2000元的套餐，服務生詢問我們是否敢吃生蠔？原本有點猶豫， 因為在日本築地品嘗時有點嚇到，不過想想或許有點不同勉強同意， 沒想到變成當天最難忘的美食。 前菜-小鮑魚、北海道白葡萄酒 小鮑魚送上來時整個盤子閃閃發亮，圓渾的外型有著吸引人旋入的魔力， 沒有很鹹的淡淡調味，肉質鮮美有彈性。一開始就是鮑魚系呈現，感覺就是很有份量。 日本的白葡萄酒帶有清新果香，沒有濃郁的酒味，甜甜地又帶有高雅的氣息， 感覺就是為了成熟女性的慶生阿，樂。 接著服務生送上調味盤。由左而右依序是鹽、醬油與水果醋。器皿的角度都好漂亮。 接下來師傅會依據各式材料的不同而再告知沾取哪一種醬料最美味。 芥末當然就是現磨山葵無誤，不嗆不辣不會搶了主菜的風采，恰好地凸顯食材的美味。 白帶魚-刺身 旁邊那個不是蘿蔔絲，而是「柚皮絲」。 在吃生魚片的時候我們都習慣旁邊要有一些佐物。 白帶魚能夠做刺身還蠻神奇的(我一度以為我聽錯了！) 因為魚身瘦弱，但魚肉細膩油脂沒有很多，表面稍微烤過而已，純沾鹽來吃正好。 鰤魚-刺身 很喜歡香月的其中一個理由，就是師傅的魚肉都切的稍為厚一點，可以稍微大口品嘗。 紅色到白色的漸層說明了這肉質由肥到瘦的細膩變化，甜度很高，沾取醬油提味。 鯖魚-刺身 通常我們都會吃烤鯖魚，但也是稍微用鹽巴調味而已。 做成生魚片嚼勁十足，感覺就是有運動的迴游之類的。 李昂作家曾經說過，如果魚肉看起來姿勢和紋理越亂， 表示越新鮮，不過不曉得做成生魚片要怎麼判斷就是， 仔細一看紋理的確都沒有朝向固定的形狀，不過也有可能原來就是如此。 黑鯛佐辣蘿蔔泥-刺身 這道菜要先把辣蘿蔔泥放到水果醋那格調味料再品嘗。 不曉得這黑鯛是否為海釣之名物，據說釣上來馬上處理的黑鯛比較沒有血腥魚味， 但價格很高。 這黑鯛肉質緊密沒有任何的魚腥，在吞下去時又可以感受到些微的魚脂在嘴中， 稍微辣辣的佐料讓三片可以有不同的口感。 鮭魚白子 接下來兩道還真的是非常的「鴛鴦春膳」， 一是白子精囊，另一是生蠔，堪稱吃了之後可以強健補身阿！ 鮭魚白子表皮烤的稍微硬硬的，但是裏頭的精囊部分只能說是爆漿嗎？ 整個充滿了嘴巴的軟軟液體還真的是... 鮮甜的滑入口腔當中，溫溫熱熱的真的好神奇的口感喔(亮眼)。 北九州生蠔 像是瀑布一樣的傾瀉而下，整塊生蠔都快要滿溢氾濫成災，這時候只要擠上一點點檸檬， 並且一口氣豪邁地吞下，咬碎其中的肚子在舌尖翻雲覆雨， 人生沒有吃過這麼好吃的生蠔阿！ 忍不住跟師傅稱讚了一下，他也興致拿了這生蠔的證明書給我們看， 之後HAGINO這個名字，就是好吃生蠔的代名詞阿(轉圈圈)。 師傅繼續忙碌他的握壽司料理，香月師傅一生懸命在這個小小的工作檯努力的做壽司。 現在整間店只有他一個師傅在忙碌，哪一個客人現在出到第幾道菜 其實腦筋都要非常清楚，我們原本就打算慢慢品嘗，沒有吃很快。 所以大概每一道菜之間是間隔五到十分鐘不等，我覺得節奏剛剛好。 大目鯛握り 大目鯛是一種很漂亮的魚，漂亮的紅色述說了滑嫩細緻的身軀。 上頭只刷了一點點淡淡的桔醬(?) 握壽司的裡頭師傅包有山葵，一點點就有嗆味， 我覺得很棒的恰到好處，如果想要另外沾要跟師傅告知。 干貝握り 原本以為干貝是硬硬的脆脆的，沒想到是軟軟的入口即化的美味。 跟魚肉不同的貝類就是沒有任何的纖維，所以整個在嘴巴裡頭留下了海洋的浪潮， 餘韻無窮阿。 島鰺握り 島鰺有一種特殊的魚油很香，順著醋飯的線條下來的魚肉真的一點兒也不小氣的鮮美。 鮭魚握り 結實飽滿的紅色誘惑，紋理與刀切的角度可真的是藝術品。 秋刀魚握り 秋刀魚好肥美，就是食慾之秋的來臨。經過師傅剛剛稍微炙燒味道更能顯現。 我有看見師傅在處理秋刀魚，大概不到兩分鐘，迅速一切為二， 二去骨然後把一些多餘的內臟挖掉， 在薄切成這個握壽司上的秋刀魚，簡直是神手阿。讚嘆。 金時鯛握り 平安時代，源賴光有一個厲害的家臣「金太郎」，本名為「坂田公時」， 取名「金時」的食物就是都跟金太郎小時候赤紅紅的有關。經過巧手切割大魚之後， 淡粉紅色帶有白色透明的光澤，真是漂亮的作品。 烏賊握り 烏賊的口感就脆脆QQ的，非常彈牙。 海膽握り 很棒吧滿滿的海膽肉，感覺就像是潛水去把海膽拿起來挖出來直接一本對決！ 師傅放得很多啊，吃起來超級滿足的。 玉子燒 吃起來非常像是蛋糕，扎實的蛋味還有一點甜甜的味道，完美的Ending！ 味噌湯 今天的味噌湯非常的濃郁，而且蛤蜊好肥好大，感覺所有的精華都在這碗。 能預約到板前真的很幸福，不僅僅是喜歡吃這件事而已，還有欣賞師傅處理每一個步驟， 對於醋飯和接下來上菜順序的思考，從底下特製冰箱拿出木盒子裏頭的各種魚穫寶貝們， 對我來說都十分的好奇和令人驚喜。 甜點-焦糖布丁 焦糖真的很稠，像是蜂蜜一樣要挖起來舀在布丁上，甜甜的結束了今天美好的一頓。 從餐前酒始，布丁而終，美味和雅興都已經照顧到， 難怪這麼多人會選擇日本料理當作慶生的主餐。 香月師傅的店一直在高雄市屹立不搖，上頭的標誌就是他的家徽， 雖然有許多也是很棒的壽司店，但是這裡有一種曖曖內含光的感覺， 這是我一直很愛這裡的原因之一。 有空也可以先從基本的料理品嘗起，我相信你也會愛上香月的獨特魅力！ -----------------------(以下請勿刪除)----------------------------- 2-3.1 商家宣傳 禁：店家假徵求試吃活動、真宣傳要求寫食記 禁：店家假贈送，真要求上門的顧客再做其它消費行為 禁：因店家提供禮物或招待後回板上寫之食記、心得文 -- So what’s wrong with the Blueberry Pie? http://sunyat.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.12.119 ※ cottonbubble:轉錄至看板 Food 09/17 01:04
