大同集團(2371-TW)今(23)日代旗下大同綜合訊電公司公告，大同綜合訊電原總經理蕭棨鞍先生因病逝世由副總張忠棋接任總經理，經營可無縫接軌。

大同100%持股子公司大同綜合訊電於今天召開臨時董事會，會中決議由大同綜合訊電副總經理張忠棋接任總經理。

大同指出，近年大同綜合訊電在通路的策略以擴大營業規模、強化物流與在地服務為經營主軸，在前總經理蕭棨鞍的領導下已見成效，張忠棋接任總經理後亦將繼續擴大家電業務，引入其他商品，深耕商圈，整合實體與虛擬通路，再創業績高峰。

張忠棋曾任大同公司品牌事業部設計中心處長，後調任大同綜合訊電公司副總經理，具通路經營經驗，由其接任可使訊電之營運無縫接軌。

國民黨立委蔡正元昨晚表示，10月7日將宣布參選台北市長，並堅持到國民黨內初選為止。

國民黨目前已宣布或掛文宣、樹看板要爭取參選台北市長者，包括立委丁守中、市議員秦慧珠、楊實秋及鍾小平；表達「尊連（勝文）」的蔡正元昨晚在與媒體的line群組貼文表示，經中秋連假期間思考，將於10月7日在松山慈祐宮上香表態參選市長。

蔡正元說，參選市長一直持3原則：一是尊連原則，只要連勝文宣布參選他就不選；二是時間原則，時間有限，希望連勝文中秋節前宣布，如果中秋節沒宣布，他中秋節後就宣布；三是誠信原則，表態參選就會堅持到國民黨內初選為止。

相對藍營的混沌，綠營也不遑多讓，除前副總統呂秀蓮在扁系支持下鬆口「開始考慮」，立委許添財早已透過北市宗教系統等管道鴨子划水，市議會副市長周柏雅也積極爭取。

(其實我是衝著凱吉哥才去看的) 整部片就是在演1980年代一個連續殺人魔Robert Hansen的故事 (地點阿拉斯加) 整部片的劇情跟現實中發生的沒差多少 有興趣的可以看Robert Hansen的介紹 (註 : 這篇文章發表時間是2007年 ) http://blog.roodo.com/gogofun/archives/567727.html 但其中穿插著我看不懂的點 1.那黑人到底是出來幹嘛的? 我看的一頭霧水 2.那個時候應該是胡佛(1935~1972)在FBI後，胡佛最倡導的是科學辦案 裡面的警員怎會去徒手拿證物 3.女主角被挾持後，被警察舉槍後犯人逃走；另個警察不是應該去追嗎? 但也有考究的地方 1.那時候審問的確是用錄音機 2.牆邊受害者的照片是真實受害者的照片 (我相信有一張是被毀容後還原的) 另外有不確定的地方(那時候應該有拷打吧?) 凱吉哥還是發揮得很好 女主角凡妮莎在吸毒後的內心戲也演的不錯 (那時候只有冰毒，浴鹽是近幾年的玩意) 但受限於劇本的關係，整體來說只能給個普 ps.我看這個的時候一直想到我打上古卷軸五的任務-冰上之血 -------------------------------------------- 願所有真實的受害者R.I.P -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.116.8.231

【綜合報導】台北市中山區1家幼稚園1名任姓代課女老師，涉嫌去年3月在午睡時間管教學童，持磁鐵尺揮打1名盧姓男童下巴致挫傷；台北地檢署依傷害罪嫌將任女起訴，並請求法院依兒童及少年福利法規定，加重其刑2分之1。

《自由時報》報導，檢方指出，任女不滿盧姓男童在午休時間不乖乖睡，持長約30到40公分左右的磁鐵尺，朝他的下巴揮打1下，盧童當場嚎啕大哭，連其他躺下準備午睡的小朋友也被吵醒。

在場同學嚇壞，回家告訴媽媽，其他學童家長轉告盧童母親，盧母持驗傷單堅持提告。

http://blog.yam.com/persimmontik/article/70024326 https://www.facebook.com/persimmonfantasy 圖書館戰爭 (Library Wars) 導演：佐藤信介 (Shinsuke Sato) 編劇：野木亞紀子 推薦：４顆星 (不看可惜) 第一眼看到劇情介紹其實很傻眼，圖書館就圖書館，還戰爭？捍衛圖 書館？到底是哪個人會想要去攻擊圖書館？當時一心只覺得學資管和 圖資的朋友大概也都覺得很扯吧……但隱約覺得有什麼是自己沒有想 到的……就這樣進場看了電影…… 如同許多前輩們說一樣，《圖書館戰爭》是自從《大逃殺》以來，批 評力道最精準最有力的電影了！電影限制了大家最習以為常的「出版 」與「閱讀」自由，創造出圖書館與政府的對抗，在劇情認真捍衛資 訊自由的同時，觀眾覺得這一切很不可思議，卻意外想起現實生活中 同樣以「民主」之名，到底做出了多少愚蠢的事情？當最不可能發生 的事情被假想發生，有沒有人願意捍衛真正的真理？在眾人皆醉的世 界裡當一個獨醒者？這不只是一部「言論自由」的電影，而是叮嚀自 以為民主的人們不可忘卻自由真諦的警示電影阿！ 發動聖戰卻師出無名 我想了很久，應該要好好分析電影中的每一段劇情或是演員角色，但 是我無法停止想到現實社會的自己……電影中用各種貌似「合理」的 方式剝奪了人們自由閱讀書籍的自由，卻有一群人願意捍衛真理而組 成圖書隊，在可怕的浪潮中堅持保存最多元的資訊。聰明如正在閱讀 文章的朋友，現實中你想到誰？不外乎現在這個官商勾結、關說不斷 無視真正廣大人民心聲的政府…… 這不只是一則新聞事件，但我想「劉政鴻」絕對會進入歷史中成為一 個流傳百世的人。但其實不僅是劉政鴻（請原諒我必須不斷寫出這些 人的全名，唯有這樣，被google到的機率才會大一點），台北市長郝 龍斌也不惶多讓。劉政鴻和郝龍斌戴上全民利益的高帽子，讓「都更 」成為一個多麼神聖而且典雅的字眼，「徵收」變成必須犧牲小我完 成大我的必要手段，把一個又一個家給搗碎，有如十字軍發動聖戰… …但實際上卻師出無名，根本只為了醜陋無比的私利…… 《圖書館戰爭》這部電影來的真的是太妙，雖然電影中我們並不知道 政府為什麼要控制閱讀自由，但是其手段與劉政鴻和郝龍斌真的有異 曲同工之妙。電影透過輿論和似是而非的道理強制法令通過，用冠冕 堂皇而且無可攻破的理由強制執行根本不合理的行動，而人民只能憤 恨地看著一切發生，發出聲音的人還會被冠上異議者的高帽子……這 跟文林苑和大浦根本一模一樣！ 差別只在《圖書館戰爭》捍衛的是資訊自由，而我們捍衛的是居住自 由而已。圖書隊背負著社會大眾的不諒解努力進行資訊蒐集，並且挺 身捍衛對抗強權，劇情讓人看了激動而且情緒高昂，反觀現實生活， 卻還是有許多人覺得居住自由被剝奪的那些人不關他們的事，看著新 聞風涼話不斷……日本人實在太厲害，雖然知道原著不是針對台灣的 現況而做的，卻利用最基本的譬喻，隱射了假借大眾利益之名，行剝 奪自由之實的所有可能……《圖書館戰爭》就有如真實社會，批判力 道之強烈而且直接，也足以讓人發現，「捍衛真理」聽起來簡單，實 際上卻是如此刻苦艱辛…… 愛情帶出了社運的艱辛 當然以日本人的習慣，再龐大的議題都還是要加入些許的愛情當作調 劑。《圖書館戰爭》就以主角的邂逅為主軸，再透過榮倉奈奈的堅持 、岡田准一的血汗，刻畫出捍衛資訊的艱辛。過程不但不被社會大眾 所諒解，甚至還被各種社會案件做文章……或許愛情元素可能讓電影 的主旨被模糊焦點，但是透過主角穿針引線，才能帶出更多這樣暗喻 的故事中，為與不為的掙扎和果斷。 榮倉奈奈加入圖書隊的起點，正是岡田准一捍衛了她的書，因此榮倉 奈奈也希望自己成為這樣的人，即使這樣完全不合規定；岡田准一無 奈地看著受重傷的隊員，說出圖書隊與政府的不對等，一股濃厚的哀 傷突然瀰漫了整部戲；看著甚麼都不能做也不想做的警察，圖書隊長 官二話不說買下了整間書店，當下看著兩位警官的尷尬的表情……這 些小橋段都是在人與人之間的故事中才會被發現演出來的。 也就是說，《圖書館戰爭》的故事背景已經充滿了暗喻和嘲諷，但編 劇和導演又選擇將重點放在角色的感情上，因此帶出了在捍衛真理的 過程中種種的無奈……這部電影不論是在背景或是過程都相當有時代 意義，日本人到底腦袋都裝了些甚麼？到底是為什麼日本人可以創造 出這樣的故事，針砭時事又啟發觀眾，嘲諷又批判現實，屏除掉一些 社會環境設定上的問題，《圖書館戰爭》真的不看可惜阿…… 自然又簡單的好演員 我對榮倉奈奈的印象就是「咩妹的完美執事」中的千金烏龍妹「咩妹 」，當時只覺得她演傻妹很有味道，卻不知道她也可以演動作戲，還 利用自然又簡單的幾個微笑和動作，創造出小鹿亂撞的氛圍。而岡田 准一則是傑尼斯裡少數可以演戲的演員吧，身為V6成員的他雖然看起 來不再夢幻美型，卻多了日本演員應該有的中年男人味道，看他演戲 就會特別有氣氛，也實在不簡單。 而《圖書館戰爭》最難能可貴的地方，也在於這些演員要能夠愈簡單 愈好，演員要能不搶戲，用極簡的方式詮釋角色，才不會搶了整部電 影要表達的宗旨，同時也要帶出觀眾的氣氛……這一點實在不簡單！ 唯一的缺點大概就是動作戲不精采，戰爭的過程缺乏了創意罷了，但 是這又如何呢？批判力道這麼有勁，對於這個社會還有劉政鴻、郝龍 斌來說，應該就是最棒的動作戲了！希望劉政鴻和郝龍斌可以在歷史 上找到自己的定位，讓我們努力流傳下去吧！ 電影劇情：★★★★☆ 演員演技：★★★☆☆ 角色刻劃：★★★☆☆ 故事氛圍：★★★★★ 畫面美感：★★★★☆ 服裝化妝：★★★☆☆ 音效配樂：★★★★☆ 剪輯流暢：★★★★★ 節奏步調：★★★★☆ 影前評價：★★★★☆ 綜合推薦：４顆星 (不看可惜) 下回電影主題：風起 (Kaze tachinu) -- 男人怕自己喜歡的女人 女人怕不喜歡自己的男人. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.155.173.66

【王覺一／綜合報導】金鶯陳偉殷今天先發出戰光芒，隊友終於火力相挺，戴維斯(Chris Davis)在4局上先轟出2分砲，羅伯斯(Brian Roberts)在5局補上陽春砲。金鶯一度以4比2領先光芒。只是陳偉殷只投了4.1局就提前退場，無緣拿下勝投，生涯9月仍是一勝難求。
 
陳偉殷除了第1局讓光芒三上三下，第2局起，每局都讓首名打者上壘，在2、4局各失1分。5局下，光芒開路先鋒羅德里格茲(Sean Rodriguez)率先敲出二壘打，陳偉殷接著三振佐布里斯特(Ben Zobrist)，教練團突然決定換投手。陳偉殷以83球投了4.1局，被敲6安打，三振4次，四壞2次，本季戰績停在7勝7敗，防禦率4.03。

【綜合報導】法務部長接任人選出爐。原部長一職由現任行政院政務委員羅瑩雪接任。行政院表示，羅瑩雪為人正直、任事積極，致力於各項人權改善工作，洪仲丘案發生後，她協助國防部提出國軍申訴及懲戒制度的改善方案，並受命擔任軍事冤案申訴委員會召集人，受理軍中冤案申訴。未來擔任法務部部長一職，相信必能持續捍衛司法獨立，讓臺灣人權發展與國際接軌。

對於外界關心她上任後是否會簽署執行死刑，羅表示，如有必要，將會簽署。羅也坦言，事前曾向行政院長江宜樺推薦優秀的人選，但江揆幾經考慮，仍認為她適合出任。而對於法務部前部長曾勇夫因涉及關說案下台，新任法務部長羅瑩雪表示，以後遇到關說的情況，她會依法登記，向長官報告。

羅瑩雪是台灣大學法律系畢業，是美國紐約州立大學犯罪學碩士。她曾擔任法務部(及前司法行政部)專員與編審；台北少年觀護所副主任；律師；消費者文教基金會的委員、副秘書長、發行人、董事、監察人；總統府國策顧問；以及現任行政院政務委員兼任蒙藏委員會委員長。而她在擔任律師執業期間，曾全程參與《兒童福利法》及《兒童及少年福利法》全面修正；並聲請司法院大法官作出釋字第365號解釋，推翻民法第1089條的「父權優先」條款，使得日後行使親權時，應考量子女最佳利益原則能夠落實於法律中。

【綜合報導】瑞典先前發生有男子在海灘打手槍被抓，法官最後判他無罪開釋，近來又發生在西部城市古森堡(Gothenburg)，一名男子在當地一連鎖超市中，在蔬果區對著蘋果和橘子尿尿，警方獲報趕到現場，當場將男子逮捕。

事件發生後，超市將受尿液污染的商品全數銷毀，總計損失為700克朗，約3250元台幣，根據當地媒體報導，警方逮捕男子時，男子突然盛怒反抗，警方費了好大一番功夫才將他制伏逮捕，並以破壞公物罪起訴，警方表示男子應是喝醉酒，才會在超市當眾小便。

【王覺一／綜合報導】金鶯陳偉殷今天先發出戰光芒，第3局連續三振3、4棒龍戈利亞(Evan Longoria)與超級新人邁爾斯(Wil Myers)，只是金鶯貧打依舊，前3局仍未敲出安打，目前仍以0比1落後。
 
陳偉殷前3局被敲2安打，三振3次，2次四壞。第2局被邁爾斯(Wil Myers)敲出安打，接著對楊格(Delmon Young)投出四壞，再被貝克漢(Tim Beckman)敲出高飛犧牲打，失去1分。

【綜合報導】這隻現年3歲的約克夏「佩跟」，身高約12.7公分，體重不到1.4公斤，據稱應是英國最小的約克夏，由於佩跟實在太迷你，外出時主人都是用洋娃娃版的嬰兒車，推著佩跟到處走，就怕佩跟一個走丟就很難找回來，而且佩跟就連在家也不安全，家中另一頭惠彼特犬打哈欠時，就曾不小心咬住佩跟的頭，導致佩跟差點小命不保。

佩跟的主人現年72歲的布蘭達威爾登，一開始養佩跟時，就發現佩跟怎麼都長不大，帶牠去給獸醫檢查，獸醫表示佩跟健康一切無礙，就只是長得比較小，比吉娃娃還更迷你的佩跟，相當受歡迎，還有人出價1000英鎊，約台幣47500元想把佩跟買回家。
