【張欽／台北報導】台北市忠孝東路阿波羅大廈住戶，不滿鼎泰豐忠孝店佔用1樓空地鋪設木地板、花圃及冷氣主機等，3年前打官司要求拆除並賠償佔用租金，最高法院認定鼎泰豐僅有2部冷氣主機佔用0.52坪，判鼎泰豐要賠70住戶共2萬餘元，平均每戶僅獲賠300 餘元，全案定讞。
 
美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）上月底評選全球知名連鎖店，鼎泰豐打敗麥當勞等知名連鎖店，榮獲全球最佳連鎖店第2名，CNN還稱讚鼎泰豐把簡單的小籠包昇華到極致。

但鼎泰豐忠孝店卻於2007年4月間，遭阿波羅大廈住戶聯名指控，在大廈周邊法定空地私設平台樓梯、花台、冷氣主機、花盆、燈座等設施，不僅阻礙通行，還侵害住戶權益，於是提告要求騰空歸還，並求償佔用期間租金。

一審認定判鼎泰豐佔用空地要賠住戶20餘萬元，但高院認定鼎泰豐僅2部冷氣主機佔用空地0.52坪，改判鼎泰豐僅要拆冷氣並支付佔用租金2萬餘元，最高法院駁回上訴後，全案確定。

【呂品逸╱新北報導】實在太危險了！台北市1名陳姓男子昨天傍晚下班時，行經內湖成功路，發現左前方1輛自小客車的副駕駛座，竟有1名男童將頭整個伸出車窗外，他見狀想拍下駕駛車號，以時速80公里行駛竟然追不到該車，直到前方路口紅燈才追上，令他直呼：「太危險了！」

陳男表示，在這麼高速下行駛還讓男童將頭伸出車外，要是發生什麼意外，男童「不死也重傷」。台北市交通大隊表示，將頭手伸出車外將面臨3000到9000元的罰鍰，兒童未使用安全座椅則可罰1500到3000元的罰鍰。警方也呼籲，兒童乘車時應坐後座，並依兒童身形選擇要使用安全座椅或安全帶，也不可將頭手伸出車外，以免發生危險。

【陳郁仁／台北報導】 總統馬英九今早接受台北之音「蔻蔻早餐」節目專訪時，坦誠八月三十一日晚間，檢察總長黃世銘進總統官邸報告立法院長王金平的關說案後，當晚十點，他有找行政院長江宜樺和當時的總統府副秘書長羅智強進寓所，告訴他們黃世銘報告的結果和監聽譯文。但馬總統強調，他們三人當初的結論都是「尊重」，不做任何處理。

馬也說是他請黃世銘跟江揆報告，因為江是黃的長官，但此案是行政調查，不是刑事案件，所以不屬於偵查不公開。

【綜合報導】台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲有意參選台北市長，談到近來關說案引起政壇風暴，還自爆民進黨立委柯建銘曾打電話給他「喬病房」。他認為，「制度有問題，關說才會存在，所以要努力改善制度」

柯文哲今天上午接受台北之音《蔻蔻早餐》主持人周玉蔻專訪，被問到胖達人案，他坦言，搞不清楚這是什麼東西，也不知這些人幹麼，但又回歸到制度面問題，「為什麼制度面讓他們有機可乘？」柯文哲認為，建立制度，堅持循制度走。

【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院內政委員會今上午舉行第五場《兩岸服務貿易協議》公聽會，主題聚焦在金融服務業。彰化銀行董事長陳准舟表示，服貿協議開放後可讓台灣的銀行提供台商更好服務。國泰世華銀行高級顧問汪國華則說，台灣的銀行到中國獲利能力比台灣高很多，到中國開分行，「開得越多，賺得越多！」

台大經濟系教授許振明認為，台灣金融業發展領先中國，但近年因殺價競爭，報酬率很低，應該積極開放、踏出去。台大經濟系教授林振甫說，台灣金融業佔GDP比例逐年下降，就是因為銀行走不出去，「服貿是很好的機會，為什麼要怕？」

前國策顧問黃天麟質疑，個體利益不可以凌駕國家利益，金融業開放對國內經濟、社會安全已經構成傷害，因為會有很多資金默默移到中國，初估已經超過6500億元，變成得利的在國外，受害的在國內。此外，中國開放村鎮銀行，風險還是很大未知數，且支行僅限定福建省，可能造成自相殘害，「是一個陷阱！」

全國金融業工會聯合總會秘書長韓仕賢也質疑，未來中資銀行若在台灣站穩腳步，政府重大的公共建設、融資需求可否參貸？應把遊戲規則說清楚。他也質疑，外界多認為銀行兩岸服貿協議的「勝利組」，但只侷限福建省可以設立異地直營支行，「真的是讓利嗎？」經濟部次長卓士昭則回應，先開放福建是談判時中國方面要求，因為全境開放有困難。

對會中質疑，金管會副主委黃天牧回應，金管會比誰都關心風險，但也要注意到業者的機會，相關意見都會納入未來監理參考，未來無論是台灣業者去大陸或大陸業者到台灣，都會善盡監理責任。

【大紀元2013年10月03日訊】（BBC）《金融時報》報導說，中國工廠裡的女工們逐漸被男人取代，但女人不是失業，而是去追求更好的職業發展了。

在深圳一座現代化工廠裡，工人們忙著包裝過幾天就會被送到全世界消費者手上的新款耳機，但生產線上的工人有一半是男人。

這座工廠的外資企業老闆說，中國南方的工廠普遍面臨找不到足夠女工，而必須僱請男人的局面。

利安姆•凱西說，「從1990年代，一直到2000年代初期，生產線上都是女工，但現在男工更多了，情況完全不一樣。」

勞力緊缺

文章說，拉動中國出口導向經濟的珠三角製造業聘僱越來越多的男性工人，因為勞力市場緊缺，連帶的工資也被拉高了，還有一些企業被迫遷移內地或海外。

另外一家製造汽車音響和電玩遊戲機的工廠表示，以前有選擇的時候他們更傾向聘請女工，但現在招人一律男女不拘。

總部設在香港的中國勞動通訊組織表示，10年前工廠老闆很容易找到大批從農村來的年輕女工，工廠喜歡用女工因為女工工作認真，服從命令，而且容易管理。

但現在，更多企業到內陸設廠，那裏的工資更低，能找到離家近的工作女工們不會願意離鄉背井到外省尋找出路。

性別失調

中國政府的限制生育措施所導致的人口性別比例失調也是其中一個因素。

工廠必須面臨一個事實，那就中國年輕人，男孩比女孩要多。

而且90後出生的女孩跟上一代想法也不同，她們要更多不同的生活體驗，在更多不同的職業領域工作，追求更好的生活。

東莞一家聘僱2，200名工人的玩具車製造商表示，有越來越多女孩從事廣大的服務業，寧願在快餐店打工也不願意到工廠上班。

應變之道

中國勞力市場的變化給企業主帶來新的人力資源挑戰，面臨勞力市場緊缺企業也有不同的應變辦法，

一些工廠除了調高工人工資之外，還為男性工人舉辦休閒活動，包括聯誼活動和籃球比賽。

另一些不願招聘男性工人的工廠，只好聘僱年齡更大的女性。

還有些工廠在考慮勞力市場和生產成本等整體條件之後，乾脆遷移到越南和印尼的海外國家。

策展時間長達兩年，國立故宮博物院2013年年度大展「十全乾隆—清高宗的藝術品味」特展將在8日開展，故宮在今(2)日舉行開箱記者會，特別精選北京故宮博物院典藏的〈英國 十八世紀 銅鍍金仙鶴馱亭式表〉、〈清 乾隆 窯變釉描金詩句花卉紋膽式瓶〉及〈清 乾隆 高宗是一是二圖軸〉三項文物，引發到場媒體搶拍。

因為文物相當珍貴，開箱過程，除了有員警在場外，故宮人員也全程站在文物旁守護；由於從北京借來的文物一下飛機後，就保持原貌，因此媒體第一時間看到的，全都是海關用的木箱。在故宮院長馮明珠等人致完詞後，正式開箱！拆開海關木箱後，接著是文物木箱、層層包裹的泡棉，足見故宮對於文物的重視。

今天開箱的三件文物都大有來頭，其中，〈仙鶴馱亭式表〉是由倫敦著名鐘錶匠和鐘錶經銷商James Cox（1723-1800）製造。一隻回首眺望的曲頸仙鶴口銜靈芝站在紅絲絨木座上。仙鶴背馱二層仙閣，閣正、背面各嵌一個白琺瑯小錶盤，正面是時盤，背面是調節走時快慢盤。仙鶴腹中安置音樂機械裝置，啟動時可演奏四支樂曲。

十八世紀，英國與中國在鐘錶方面的貿易活動十分突出。一方面由於英國自身鐘錶製造的發展，倫敦成為當時的鐘錶生產中心，鐘錶製造盛極一時，其產品在世界範圍內無與倫比，在整個歐洲與東方的鐘錶貿易中明顯佔據主導地位。另一方面借英國海外擴張的強勢，英國東印度公司幾乎壟斷了早期歐洲和東方的海上貿易，為英國鐘錶的東輸提供了極為有利的條件和保障，當時歐洲各國的鐘錶許多是通過英國的中轉輸出到中國的。

更為重要的是，英國鐘錶行業具有敏銳而長遠的眼光，對中國這個巨大的市場一直十分關注，千方百計迎合中國人的審美情趣，利用自身的貿易優勢，依託整個歐洲的鐘錶製造技術，整合各種資源，製作出了適合中國人欣賞品味的東方市場鐘錶。當時在英國有一批從事東方尤其是中國市場鐘錶的鐘錶匠和經銷商，James Cox則是其中的代表人物之一。

James Cox的鐘錶在中國獲得了較高的認同，其許多作品被乾隆宮廷所收藏。他還在廣州建立公司，負責產品的經銷和組裝，這使他的產品更容易為中國市場所接受。此錶有可能就是在廣州組裝的產品。

此外，以御製詩裝飾瓷器畫面，始見於乾隆一朝，詩與畫相互交融，觀賞性極強，形成了乾隆時期御用瓷器的主要裝飾特色，〈窯變釉描金詩句花卉紋膽式瓶〉通體施仿鈞釉，釉上以金彩描繪紋樣，口沿及頸部各繪三層紋飾，腹部一面金彩繪折枝花卉圖，一面金彩書乾隆御製詩〈上林花氣〉，是箇中翹楚。

開箱記者會上最受注目的是〈高宗是一是二圖軸〉，但故宮人員表示，由於圖軸每次打開都是損傷，因此，這次故宮決定開箱不開卷。

〈高宗是一是二圖軸〉是一件乾隆皇帝肖像畫與乾隆皇帝的哲學思想、藝術鑑賞緊密相連的畫作，圖繪乾隆皇帝正在坐榻上觀賞皇家收藏的各種器物，其身後點綴室內環境的山水畫屏風上，懸掛一幅與榻上所坐乾隆皇帝容顏一樣的畫像，故宮指出，乾隆把自己與自己的收藏放進畫中，展現這次展覽核心，也就是乾隆的生活品味；這幅畫遠原本是貼在皇宮牆壁上，化中的乾隆的樣貌，與一般對乾隆認知的形象最為接近。

乾隆皇帝在畫上識題：「是一是二，不即不離，儒可墨可，何慮何思。那羅延窟題並書。」題中的儒、墨是指中國的儒家學說和墨家學說，他認為二者作為中國傳統的哲學思想，如同畫中坐榻上的他與屏風上他的掛像間的關係，是不可分的，因此他提出「是一是二不即不離」的觀點，表明了他對儒家、墨家學說的深刻看法和其治國觀念。故宮希冀透過精選文物精湛的技法與呈現之意境，襯托出乾隆皇帝多元的藝術品味與獨特的藝術風格。

【綜合報導】中國湖北武漢一名29歲王先生是建築設計師，他在今年1月間開始與一名朱姓小姐約會，每天為她做飯，到周末就約她看電影，但最後卻發現，「新郎不是我」。

據《鳳凰網》報導，王先生年收入逾15萬元人民幣(約新台幣72萬元)，長相普通，相親無數總無收獲。直到今年1月間，他在聚會上認識了長相甜美的朱小姐，才開始初戀。

報導也指出，王男每天下班後都到朱女的租屋處做飯，每到周末就約她看電影。直至上周，他出差期間突然收到朱女的簡訊，稱她有其他交往對象，年底就要舉行婚禮，王男才發現自己根本是「備胎」，感到氣憤又難過。
