【綜合報導】劉培基專門創造傳奇：羅文、梅艷芳、張國榮……明星穿了他的衣服，經過巧手加持，成為叱吒風雲的巨星。

今天出刊的《壹週刊》報導，劉培基本身也是傳奇，父不詳母不愛，從小顛沛流離，八歲時母親交了男友，將他丟到寄宿學校，不聞不問。劉培基下課後先去校長家裡幫傭，吃隔夜餿掉的飯菜。在逆境中他絕不輕言放棄，小學肄業，從一個裁縫學徒，蛻變為七○年代香港首度進軍國際的服裝設計師。一九八三年，三十二歲的劉培基平步青雲，當選香港十大傑出青年，名滿全城。同樣屬兔小他一輪，二十歲的梅艷芳才初出茅廬，在她身上，劉培基看到自己的影子，「她很渴望我能幫她，但不是一味討好，她眼神裡還有不服輸的倔降，讓我印象深刻。」

二○○二年是羅文，○三年是張國榮、梅艷芳，劉培基一一做壽衣，送君體面上路。摯友一一殞落，唯一能夠不離不棄守護他的，只有天頂灑下的月光。

【劉志原╱台北報導】名模隋棠代言的瑪麗蓮塑身衣公司，遭藝人小Ｓ代言的維娜斯塑身衣公司指控盜用「推推指」商標，公司資產2.6億元也遭假扣押，瑪麗蓮公司發言人陳芳瑜說，公司沒盜用對方商標，目前週年慶檔期將至，競爭對手卻透過司法手段，進行商業惡鬥，是浪費司法資源，但公司基礎穩固、財務健全，營運不受影響，會提出抗告及異議。

瑪麗蓮負責人呂志強遭維娜斯公司指控侵權，已遭依違反《商標法》起訴；維娜斯也被控利用行銷公司，找寫手上網張貼對瑪麗蓮的負面評價，維娜斯負責人葉怡伶也被依加重誹謗罪嫌起訴，2案均由法院審理中。

希捷科技宣佈於2013年日本最先端電子資訊高科技綜合展(CEATEC 2013)中展示新一代熱輔助磁記錄技術(heat assisted magnetic recording, HAMR)。希捷此項革命性 HAMR技術將突破磁錄技術的極限，並可望藉此於2020年前催生容量高達20 TB(Terabytes)的硬碟機。

　　希捷科技技術長Mark Re表示：「全球每年產生的資料量極為龐大，而這些資料都必須妥善儲存。我們已接近當今磁錄技術的上限，而希捷將運用HAMR技術持續提升磁錄密度(areal density)，推出每GB儲存成本更低的硬碟機，並於2020年前達到20 TB的儲存容量。」

　　 希捷目前提供最先進的疊瓦式磁記錄技術(shingled magnetic recording, SMR)，也 將運用HAMR技術持續突破儲存容量的上限，滿足全球雲端和行動應用所帶動的龐大需求。HAMR技術為改善磁錄密度的重要關鍵，其透過雷射光束加熱存放資料位元的媒體，以提升儲存容量。加熱後的媒體將更容易寫入資料，且於急速冷卻後亦能使被寫入的資料更加穩定，因此熱輔助磁記錄技術可大幅提升磁錄密度。

【綜合報導】中國全國正在放「十一長假」，據大陸媒體報導，像是知名景點紫禁城，昨天一口氣就湧入超過八萬名遊客，導致廣大的城區裡頭人擠人，從高空俯瞰，萬頭鑽動。而四川省著名景點的九寨溝風景區更慘，因為山路交通本來就較不便，一下子湧入過多遊客，交通系統無法消化的結果，超過上萬名遊客滯留山區，部分遊客被迫走下山，其中老人、嬰兒捱不住低溫，讓人心疼。

晚間車站湧入大量遊客，因搭不上車，憤怒呼喊退票，部分民眾迫於無奈，試圖步行10多公里下山。人群中除了有老人，也有不少兒童，有父母甚至帶着只有9個月大的嬰兒。不少人身已經身穿羽絨衣或棉襖，但仍然被冷得渾身發抖。路上一名兒童還因為天氣太泠，已被凍得說不出話來。

根據現場目擊者指出，還有人走到半路看到車就攔，攔車者主要是希望車輛優先把小孩和老人送下山去，但每輛車上都擠滿了人，又沒有人願意下來，使得情況一片混亂。有遊客更憤怒地站到車前喊道：「不准走！除非從我身上開過去！」

山路上旅遊大巴長龍仍沒有任何移動，寒泠再加上沒有足夠食物，有遊客在《微博》求助：「再這樣下去不泠死也會被餓死！」也有人留言，「這樣到底是旅遊，還是受苦」。而為了避免萬名遊客滯留九寨溝的慘況再度上演，在今天上午9時10分，達到最大承載客流量4.1萬人次後，風景區就宣布停售門票。

【綜合報導】九月政爭持續延燒，大幅影響到民調數字，根據TVBS最新的民調顯示，希望罷免總統的比例達到45%，這個比例高於反對的42%，創下史上新高紀錄。

TVBS的這份民調當中，還發現馬英九的不滿意度達到73%，也創下紀錄。另外檢察總長黃世銘，他的民調也受到波及，有6成5的民眾贊成他請辭下台，為特偵組最近引起的爭議負責。至於廢除特偵組，民調當中有近5成都投贊成票，更有4成的民眾贊成倒閣。
