【綜合報導】北檢偵辦檢察總長黃世銘涉洩密案，連日調卷蒐證發現黃世銘疑於特偵組案件偵結前，擬先傳總統馬英九作證。馬英九今天上午8時接受《台北之音》主持人周玉蔻專訪表示，他將配合作證。

馬英九說，國人有做證人的義務，檢察官有需要將會配合，不管以什麼方式都願意配合。周玉蔻追問，會不會可能「證人轉被告」等疑慮，馬英九強調，目前不針對細節說明及不做更多揣測。

近些年來，東南亞國家普遍面對生活費用上漲的問題，影響之下，造成當鋪業火紅，一片榮景。新加坡、馬來西亞、印尼、泰國、菲律賓、越南…都是如此。

新一代的當鋪，已經不是過去那種櫃臺很高、裝著鐵窗的傳統行業，而是逐漸轉型為人性化、大型企業的經營方式。譬如說新加坡的「銀豐當財務公司」(MoneyMax Financial Service)一個多月前上市以來，市值已經增加了30%。

該公司的東南亞地區總經理傑瑞米‧泰勒就指出，「經濟緊縮的時候，我們 (當鋪)就一定會有更多的顧客」。過去三個月來，「銀豐當」在新加坡、馬來西亞的15間當鋪，顧客量增加5%至10%不等。

根據瑞士債信公司報告，以整個亞洲來說，馬來西亞、新加坡和泰國的個別家庭債務在前四名中佔據了三位，許多不符合銀行貸款資格的人，很自然就轉向當鋪。

另一方面，當鋪業者也看準了這一點，儘量在典押手續、條件乃至利率方面做出配合，甚至於開闢到府服務、網上典當，所以生意愈作愈大。目前，泰國是處於經濟上「技術衰退」的階段，印尼的經濟成長也頗為蹣跚，這些都給了當鋪業絕佳的經營環境。

泰國規模最大的典當業者「快錢」 (Easy Money)近月以來的顧客成長已達15%至20%。該公司的總經理席提維‧坦塔拉吉表示，顧客成長最快速的地方，就是首都曼谷以及周邊地區。

「快錢」2005年開設第一家店鋪，如今在全泰已有27間分店，明年還準備再多開兩間。根據該公司的財務報告，其每年的資產增加率是50%至60%，等於是每年都在成倍增長。

席提維也很樂觀的預估，如果個別家庭債務持續上升，到當鋪典押的客人也就會愈來愈多。根據他的估計，泰國典當業的市場規模大約有1700億泰銖。

在美國賭城拉斯維加斯開設「典當之星」 (Pawn Star)的瑞克‧哈里森最近特別到亞洲考察。他認為亞洲許多國家限制當鋪可以收取的利息，再加上手續比向銀行借錢簡單得多，當鋪在亞洲已經逐漸變成人們取得「快錢」的主流，所以有極大的發展潛力。

2008年時，新加坡全境有114間當鋪，如今已增為大約200間，所貸出的金額為新幣71億，大約是2008年時的四倍。

其實，現在當鋪還有不少公司客戶，甚至有把辦公室都典押給當鋪，以獲得急需的現款。一位在越南首府河內開設當鋪的業者就表示，從2009年的經濟危機至今，到他的當鋪來求助的生意人有增無減。單單在河內，就有2700多家當鋪。

典當行業興旺，也引得政府企業插足。馬來西亞的郵政局就於去年7月開始在伊斯蘭社區的典當業務，現在已經開始獲利了。

維娜斯委任律師賴呈瑞說，已先繳交1億餘元擔保金給法院，凍住對方財產，日後會再提起民事訴訟向瑪麗蓮求償；維娜斯與瑪麗蓮的商戰除商標案件外，維娜斯也被控利用行銷公司，找寫手上網張貼對瑪麗蓮的負面評價，維娜斯負責人葉怡伶也被依加重誹謗罪嫌起訴。

【呂品逸╱新北報導】因為心因性休克在家中猝死的警員王琮郁（27歲），昨天家屬透過立委指控，新北市樹林分局認為王琮郁在家中過世，無法認定是因公而死，不願協助家屬申請因公撫卹；樹林分局表示，並未拒絕辦理，9月底拿到家屬提供的文件後已積極處理，未來也會全力協助。

樹林分局進一步解釋，家屬質疑王琮郁值班超時，樹林分局已經調出執勤表，並沒有發現超時和不當編排；另外，8月6日王琮郁原訂參加刑大辦理的「102年新進刑事人員訓練」，王琮郁事前已請假不能參加訓練，分局表示也將發函給相關單位備齊申請文件，同時配合家屬附上其他證明，交由銓敘部審核是否符合因公撫卹標準。

【孫友廉／新北報導】五洲製藥少東兼總經理吳宗明，今年1月間涉撕毀與妻子王淑芬財產協議書及5億元本票，被依毀損罪起訴，新北地院上午首次開庭，吳男承認撕毀，但透過律師強調，王女尚有協議書影本，且本票兌現有附帶條件示，因條件未發生，故撕毀也不觸法。
 
吳宗明（45歲）今年1月16日下午，約會計師妻子王淑芬，在新北市三重區一家咖啡廳碰面，商討分配財產，藉稱重新查看雙方先前簽署的協議書、本票為由，卻拿走並跑入廁所，撕毀丟入馬桶沖水，王女僅撿回10多張2、3公分大的文件碎片。
 
開庭時，吳男律師指出，5億元本票兌現條件是吳男與其他女性有曖昧時，王女才能向銀行提示本票兌現。承審法官建議吳男再開出同面額、同時間的本票與妻和解，王女律師則表示，王女也同意吳男若重開本票，就撤回告訴，並沒有一定要吳男接受法律的制裁。
 
法官決定讓雙方試談和解，訂10月23日上午再次開庭。吳宗明今身穿黑色亞曼尼（ARMANI）Ｔ恤，以及藍色牛仔褲出庭，對於記者提問都不發一語。
