【朱俊彥／台中報導】上月20日傍晚，台中市1 名林姓男子(65歲)騎車行力行路，與洪姓女騎士發生擦撞車禍，林男只轉頭看了洪女一眼，即騎車逃離現場。 左肩及左手擦傷的洪女，自行就醫傷勢無大礙，但她在車禍發生後有當場記下林男車牌號碼，隨後向警方報案。警方以車追人，1日傳訊林男到案說明。
 
林男到案後供稱，因沒發生車禍，見洪女跌倒很害怕，且趕著去參加友人的喜宴，才肇事逃逸，訊後被依公共危險罪嫌函送法辦。

【潘志偉／新北報導】新北市永和區1名60歲林姓男子，今天上午10時許，被女兒發現在租屋處上吊，女兒趕緊報警，警消抵達現場，雖緊急將林男送往耕莘醫院，但仍回天乏術。

標題[請益] NewOne電池蓄電能力

我的NewOne是上星期因為紫光的原因送修 這個星期二拿到手機 拿到後紫光問題解決 但發現電池的蓄電量很弱 充飽電後才解鎖而已就掉2% 然後滑一下FB沒多久就掉了10% 爬文後發現 好像是因為升級到4.3的關係 還有人說是地圖的關係 但我先前未送修的手機升級到4.3就沒這個問題 電池 可以蓄電蠻久的時間 例如晚上睡前充飽電 且行動數據關掉 一早起來(大約八小時) 大概也只掉5% 這次拿到的送修後手機一個小時不開行動數據而且所有程式都 關閉的狀態下就掉5% 昨天我打給客服 客服說如果我這幾天沒有太多新的資料存進手機 請我先照他說的部驟還原設定 變成最剛開始拿到手機的設定(還是4.3) 然後他請我暫時不下載任何程式 也就是保留它原先預設的而已 如果還是電量異常再通知他們 結果我照他的方式做 昨天睡前確定充到100% 而且也關掉行動數據 今天早上起來(約九小時) 結果掉一口氣掉了24% 覺得很誇張 @@ 我想問一下 這樣的狀況真的是正常的嗎？？ 還是要再一次送修？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.231.239.227

昨日早上約八點半從中安街7-11那條巷子往捷運站的方向走 快到捷運站旁的7-11時有位男性大約170cm，標準上班族服裝 中等身材穿白襯衫黑西裝褲且著無袖有領的黑背心 斜背一個包包，手中的報紙摺成長方形，長寬比約1：4 那位男性從身旁跑過去後就跟在一位著裙裝的女生後方 走到7-11那條騎樓後那位男性就開始緊貼在女身後方 走路的方式很怪，背後看很像在小便 但手中的報紙一直往女生的裙子靠過去 一離開騎樓後人就回頭跑了，懷疑是在偷拍 當天捷運站前有警察，無耐的是一直被前方的阿婆擋路，沒辦法確認 還是請版上的女生，小心有心人士的不當行為 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.227.132.56

福懋六款進口橄欖油證實混油，食品藥物管理署代署長許銘能表示，將建議地方衛生單位移送檢調，以詐欺罪處理。

許銘能表示，福懋從國外進口橄欖油後，因為要降低成本，在國內混油賣出。他說，昨天福懋提不出證明，地方衛生單位最後移送檢調調查，福懋才坦承造假。

許銘能說，由於福懋已簽署切結書，將建議地方衛生單位移送檢調，以詐欺罪偵辦。

台北地檢署昨天依洩密、違反通訊保障及監察法起訴檢察總長黃世銘，民進黨主席蔡英文今天受訪時說，司法機關的第一波處理有點避重就輕，必須更嚴肅來面對，黃世銘應主動去職，法務部也至少要將黃世銘停權。

黃世銘遭起訴，總統馬英九尚未表態，媒體追問對照起前法務部長曾勇夫，在關說案爆發後10小時內火速請辭，是否兩樣情？蔡英文說，她未看出馬總統在此案件中，有用堅強意志捍衛司法公信力，她呼籲不能因為案件涉及總統、行政院長，就讓司法的公信力跟司法的尊嚴受到破壞。
