福懋橄欖油造假食藥署稱涉詐欺罪

福懋六款進口橄欖油證實混油，食品藥物管理署代署長許銘能表示，將建議地方衛生單位移送檢調，以詐欺罪處理。

許銘能表示，福懋從國外進口橄欖油後，因為要降低成本，在國內混油賣出。他說，昨天福懋提不出證明，地方衛生單位最後移送檢調調查，福懋才坦承造假。

許銘能說，由於福懋已簽署切結書，將建議地方衛生單位移送檢調，以詐欺罪偵辦。
