【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮縣政府連續4年舉辦過年返鄉列車服務花蓮縣民，今年跟台鐵爭取到6班次列車，共3408個座位票免費提供給民眾。今天上午8時許在縣府大禮堂辦理領票作業，一早就吸引上百位民眾排隊領票。

排在第1位來自豐濱鄉的陳姓婦人說，昨天晚上就到縣府禮堂排隊，只為了幫親友拿2張往返台北、花蓮的車票，有上網去訂但訂不到車票，很開心縣府提供免費車票 服務鄉親。

花蓮縣政府民政局表示，全縣共有北區中區南區3個取票點，只要是設籍花蓮縣民都可以享用這項福利，目前已完成八成取票，僅剩兩成座位票，沒車返鄉的民眾仍有機會。

腹中胎兒竟消失？！巴西一名現年30歲的孕婦洛佩斯(Claudia Aparecida Lopes)，到醫院檢查時一切皆正常，也曾透過超音波看見自己的男寶寶，但日前進行剖腹手術後，醫生竟稱子宮內無嬰兒，一切都是洛佩斯自己的「幻想」。

根據英國《每日郵報》(Daily Mail)報導，洛佩斯因被醫生指出胎兒位置不正常，因此需進行剖腹手術，不過，洛佩斯手術後醒來，想看看自己心愛的寶貝兒子時，醫生竟表示她的子宮內並沒有胎兒。

報導指出，該名醫生告訴洛佩斯，一切應該只是她自己的「想像」。不過，洛佩斯丈夫表示，妻子多次到醫院接受檢查時，自己都陪伴在一旁，且妻子也曾透過超音波看見寶寶，因此嬰兒不可能憑空消失。

而洛佩斯與丈夫認為，寶寶會消失可能是因為這名醫生以剖腹為藉口，趁機「偷嬰兒」，當場報警處理。目前警方正在深入調查，另外該間醫院也指出，會進行內部調查。

陸委會主委王郁琦將赴中國大陸與國台辦主任張志軍舉行「王張會」，昨（10）日先赴立院向院長王金平及朝野黨團報告相關的訪問行程，以及「王張會」安排等事項，立法院長王金平今天表示，立法院昨天在朝野黨團與陸委會同意簽署不得接受「一中框架」等主決議，屬措施性法律，約束力等同法律。

立法院朝野黨團昨天協商總預算案時，簽字同意民進黨、台聯所提兩項主決議案，要求王郁琦前往中國大陸訪問期間，不得簽署任何政治性的文件，或發表共同聲明、新聞稿；不得接受、呼應「一中框架」、「反台獨」等危害主權主張，或談判這些政治性議題，否則負政治責任。

王金平今天進一步表示，立法院做出的決議，是經過朝野黨團與陸委會同意後簽署，也做成立法院總預算主決議，等同於措施性法律，約束力是等同法律。

 黑豹旗青棒大賽四強賽，穀保家商與桃園農工之戰雙方拚的激烈。

此事件發生在3局上，桃農第三棒王崇穎敲出二壘安打，並率先回到本壘得分，並舉出勝利手勢慶祝。

但是穀保先發投手在他滑回本壘後，疑似撞到王崇穎，讓王崇穎無法再出賽，經治療後，緊急送醫。

對於不能再上場，或許是不適也或許是不甘心，王崇穎哭了出來。

【劉人瑋／台東報導】台東1名務農的胡姓男子（44歲），因為阮姓女友（29歲、有夫之婦）近來行蹤怪異且常避不見面，便在阮女住處附近埋伏，發現1名35歲周姓外勞常騎機車載她，2人還有說有笑，周男還常進出阮女住家。

昨晚11時許，胡男酒後持獵槍埋伏在阮女屋前50公尺樹叢中，見2人再度同時回家頓時妒火中燒，趁著周男將機車騎進屋內，阮女剛下機車時，冷不防就朝周男左臀開了一槍，阮女見狀立即拉下鐵門，而行兇後的胡男立即逃跑。

阮女見周男受傷，卻不知道該如何報案，只好硬著頭皮騎車載著受傷的周男送醫，待院方轉報警方後，警方始知發生槍擊案。

警方調查，已婚的阮女育有2子，因家暴而與丈夫分居，沒想到同時與2名「小王」交往，不僅阮女丈夫不知道，行兇的胡男妻子也是直到警方找上門來才愕然發現，「原來丈夫婚外情好一陣子了！」

警方尚在偵訊中，訊後將依《違反槍到彈藥管制條例》等罪移送法辦。

【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】靈修團體日月明功虐死高中生詹淳寓案，詹父今天接受《蘋果》記者電話訪問時說，會跟詹母黃芬雀離婚，他痛斥「越了解真相，越覺得這些兇嫌殘忍到讓人無法理解的地步，現代還有人在做這種殘忍的事！」他說，「無法接受兒子這樣喪命，也無法原諒妻子跟這群兇嫌。」

詹父說，母親有保護兒子的責任，是黃芬雀主動帶兒子去默園，卻沒有好好保護他，一開始就做出錯誤的決定，詹母不能說沒有責任，詹母交保後只跟女兒聯絡過，但沒有跟黃芬雀聯繫，他也強調「婚姻已經走不下去！」，兩人不會再有交集，以後儘量避免碰面。

記者詢問會不會離婚，詹父連連回答「當然！當然！當然！」他說，因為大人的無知，讓兒子喪失生命，讓兒子遭受這種悲慘的對待而過世，這種傷痛這輩子也走不出來了！

詹姊姊的勇敢，讓詹父也很心疼，他說，女兒也因為這些事有所成長，但覺得她太辛苦，還好這陣子有女兒幫忙找出真相，不過弟弟發生這種事，家庭又支離破碎，對她打擊、壓力也很大，會繼續為她加油鼓勵。

「這一隻駱駝，花了近5個月，利用2.5萬個樂高積木完成！」積木達人YOYO和高高，兩人從小就著迷利用樂高積木，堆疊出各式各樣的作品，新光三越台中中港店策劃「積木夢想館：達人的異想世界」，現場上百件作品，有巨大的球鞋、當紅的「圓仔」、世界名畫…一共至少利用30萬個積木。

積木達人YOYO說，小朋友玩積木，能訓練空間和邏輯概念，他從4、5歲開始玩積木，是超過30年的「資深玩家」，幾年前自創品牌，推出國產的樂高積木「手創」。

高高老師則說，完成每一件作品，要先分析剖面，再一層一層堆疊。他們怕積木傾斜、崩解，會利用黏著劑固定。這項展覽即日起到2月9日，免費參觀。
