【石秀華／高雄報導】高市苓雅區「林德官公有停車場」原為公車處老舊宿舍，因該處眷舍年久失修，建物多處毀損、荒廢，造成環境髒亂，公車處拆除老舊宿舍後，空地由交通局興建為公有路外停車場，停車場已完工，即日起全面開放，場內可停放95輛小型車、50輛機車。

【陳建緯／台北報導】昨晚9許捷運龍山寺站傳出男子落軌意外，經送醫後男子在深夜11時宣告不治身亡，家屬接到消息後連夜北上認屍。
 
警方調查發現，周姓男子（55歲）離婚後從高雄北上工作，但周男疑似無法從離婚的失意中走出，再加上工作不順遂，才會跳軌尋死。

補上昨天去中華南港直營換機後續 昨天下午接到電話通知說Z1手機到了可以去換機了 心中的大石頭總算放下一半， 想說直營還是比較誠實的，沒有拖太久 到門市以後直接找神腦櫃檯人員表明來意以後 他們拿出新的手機拆封給我檢查 一開始我一樣先檢查外觀 這隻就很完美... 一點刮傷都沒有，甚至連側邊金屬的線窄度都一樣非常的直 跟第一隻明顯有公差外擴的情形差很多 我檢查的同時，這位服務人員也問我OK嗎? 我說目前外觀看起來沒有問題 於是我撕掉螢幕正面背面保護紙檢查亮暗點 進入工程模式以後，看不同的色階看有沒有明顯的亮暗點 也都沒有發現，心想這隻應該OK沒問題了 但是...就在這個時候 我發現螢幕左上角防暴膜有一點白白的? 仔細一瞧...天呀 那一小段的防暴模不是一直線 而是有一點鋸齒狀，就像是用手裁，沒裁好的樣子 導致防暴模有一小塊不服貼螢幕，黏不緊 圖:http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/853/tgup.jpg/ http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/266/6nx2.jpg/ http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/823/0hh4.jpg/ 我向門市人員反映這個問題(他應該覺得怎麼又有問題) 說這應該算是外觀上的瑕疵吧? 我有試著用指甲去壓，看可不可以黏牢，結果是不能的 我也知道把防暴模撕掉的話其實就OK， 只是這隻手機是姊姊的，我跟她通過電話以後她覺得她以前小P 也都沒有撕防暴模呀，使用也很正常，因此Z1她也不會想撕 所以我再次詢問可以再開一隻新的手機嗎 門市人員說，這是外觀上的瑕疵沒錯，但是今天只調一隻白色機來而已 如果要在換可能要在等，禮拜4國慶日休假，可能要到下禮拜 聽到要等那麼久...有點... 加上這次換機也有瑕疵我不禁擔心會不會第3隻一拆更誇張 就問他如果第3隻一樣外觀還有瑕疵可以在換嗎? 這時候門市人員說可能有點困難，可能要請示公司或者換其它款式手機 我當然是不想當奧客，但是手機確實是有問題沒錯 不能在換我覺得有點不合理，而且我們只想要換Z1而已 也沒有考慮要換其他手機，這時我跟他商量，今天這第2隻能不能先保留別送修 (畢竟除了防暴模以外外觀真的毫無刮傷) 然後第3隻拆了以後如果有問題， 你向公司詢問是否可以換機或者我們考慮拿第2隻手機 他也答應了，於是第2次換機就告一段落... 不能開到狀況良好的手機感覺很失落 就在我準備離開的時候，剛剛那位門市人員跟我說他禮拜五幫我調到一隻 所以早上可以去換! 在這邊讚揚一下這位店員，他真的有表現出積極幫我處理的態度 我也很感謝他，不像前天第一次去辦的小姐，臉很臭好像我欠她錢一樣 希望明天的第3隻手機是OK的呀!!這次我也要叫我姊跟我一起去了 畢竟外觀是很主觀的還是給她自己判斷比較好 不然我壓力好大壓~XDXD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.136.85.105

【賴德剛／中國天津報導】今年荷蘭港口盃對古巴投8.1局僅失1分拿下勝投的王宗豪，明天將先發出戰蒙古，被隊友戲稱為「打古英雄」的他，這次又要對上同樣有「古」字的蒙古，隊友自然又不放過虧他的機會，又叫他「新打古英雄」，讓宗豪好氣又好笑。
 
王宗豪在提早到天津集訓期間，因一次做重量訓練不慎，造成肩膀肌肉有些緊繃，但目前已經都沒大礙，昨天還對香港擔任中繼投手，投1局無失分，但也因為蒙古前2場分別以36比0與37比0輸給日本與韓國，加上中華隊至今連3場無失分，所以他笑說：「那我也要盡量不失分，但能打多少分數，就要看隊友了。」

【簡嘉宏╱綜合外電報導】一名香港前TVB記者吳曉東日前在家附近上空拍到疑似不明飛行物體（UFO），上傳到YouTube，但香港天文台表示，過去幾天沒有收到類似的報告指稱曾市民見到不明飛行物體。

吳曉東指出5日已見到疑似飛碟的物體在青衣專業教育學院大樓對上盤旋，隔天當他再度發現後，馬上以手提攝影機拍攝。隨後吳曉東向香港《蘋果》澄清，片段是由其弟拍攝。吳曉東表示日前接到弟弟電話，把拍攝到的情況告訴他，並將片段上載到YouTube，他看過後覺得片段很真實，才放在臉書上分享。

民進黨主席蘇貞昌將在今天上午舉行記者會，正式宣布發動倒閣；據了解，民進黨立院黨團最快明天就將正式提出倒閣案。

本周五立法院院會是否開得成，仍待朝野協商，民進黨團倒閣案最快本周五提出，最慢則在下周五「出手」。

民進黨團總召柯建銘表示，「時機對了就發動」。

據了解，民進黨立委葉宜津目前雖已備妥倒閣提案，並獲卅五個立委連署，但黨團仍決定和黨中央「統一步調」，由黨團另行提案，並尋求台聯黨團及親民黨立委支持。

台聯總召許忠信指出，只要民進黨提出倒閣案，台聯黨團會立刻與黨部協商，取得共識後加以支持。

國民黨中央政策會執行長林鴻池表示，朝野黨鞭原已達成共識，周五院會議程待昨天協商施政報告是否延期後再安排，因此本周程序委員會暫不排案，並非害怕民進黨提出倒閣。

林鴻池說，任何政黨都有權力提出倒閣，但門檻高、成案機率不大，民進黨明知不可能仍堅持為之，這種作法「不負責任」，將造成民眾不安、政局動盪，徒增社會紛擾。

有意參選下屆台北市長的台大醫師柯文哲表示，倒閣案成功機率不高，對國家及經濟都沒有幫助，「不要為了倒閣而倒閣，不要為了罷免而罷免」。

由於本周程序委員會未排議案，周五院會可能停開。民進黨團幹事長高志鵬說，院會是否召開，則屬於立法院職權行使法範圍，但倒閣是憲法賦予人民的權利，憲法位階較高，不該因為可能沒院會，就不處理倒閣案。

公民1985行動聯盟今天在立法院前舉行公民旗升旗典禮，定調今年是公民覺醒元年。已故陸軍下士洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸到場聲援。

公民1985行動聯盟上午在立法院群賢樓前舉辦「公民護憲，還權於民」街頭公民課的活動，群眾身穿白衣、手搖白底並畫有一隻眼睛的公民旗，在五月天的「入陣曲」中迎接大型的公民旗進場。

現場升起代表公民覺醒的公民旗，並將國民黨、民進黨兩黨的黨旗降半旗，讓活動進入高潮。現場並宣稱有6萬人參加。

包括作家九把刀、洪慈庸、台大醫師柯文哲、導演柯一正等人都有到場聲援，與群眾一起訴求「天下為公，還權於民，黑箱服貿，重啟談判」。

群眾提出3個修法訴求，包括下修公投門檻、拒絕鳥籠公投；下修罷免門檻，讓罷免可行；下修不分區立委及政黨補助門檻。

柯文哲說，總統民調探底還是照樣幹，人民狗吠火車，社會需要公民力量。

洪慈庸說，明天是洪仲丘百日，這段時間發生很多讓人民悲憤、痛苦的事情，政府都沒有聽到人民的聲音，仍以他們的政爭為主，盼透過公民行動，政府不要只關注政爭，應以人民為重。

這場街頭公民課，邀請民間司法改革基金會執行長林(峰)正談人民覺醒、中研院法律學研究所副研究員黃國昌談公投門檻、憲法133聯盟召集人馮光遠談罷免困境、柯一正訴求反核四等議題。

1.想找的餐飲類別 日式蛋包飯 2.用餐地區 松山內湖信義區為佳 其實整個大台北有的話我也會衝去吃啦 ORZ 3.每人預算 新台幣$300元 6. 查詢精華區及板面文章後拿不定主意的候選店家 查了好幾家 像是吳興街附近的dialy蛋包飯 雖然也是歐姆蛋 但是不適日本那種一個蛋包放在飯上然後切開的 蛋蛋屋看過幾篇食記以後直接跳過 有沒有像這個影片http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xAawGfEhzf4

【簡嘉宏╱綜合外電報導】參賽者上台吃玻璃、吞木炭、活吃蠍子與蛇，這是阿拉伯選秀節目中的內容，但竟然還有裁判說讚。
 
在6日直播的節目中，參賽者無所不用其極，其中32歲來自沙烏地阿拉伯的杜沙立（Ahmed Al Dousary）一連串把動物生吞活剝的畫面，不僅讓三位評審之一的女評審感覺不蘇福而離開錄影現場，更引發動保團體的抗議。他們要求節目道歉，認為動物不應成為參賽者「展現才能」的犧牲品。但，另外兩位男性評審卻「喜歡」杜沙立的表演，給了他「讚」（like）的燈號，令人咋舌。
