【李定宇／新北報導】新北市稅捐處租稅國慶骨牌秀，今天下午在板橋新埔國中舉辦。30名國中學生花費5天時間排列出超過11萬張骨牌，呈現雙十畫面，連電子發票、三環三線、公共托育、New Bike等新北政策，都以骨牌巧妙的排列出來。
 
今天下午表演開始前，三環三線骨牌不慎倒塌導致活動延後些許時間，但順利進行後，骨牌應聲開跑，同學歡呼聲此起彼落，開心表示「實在太感動了！」

【李子凡／綜合報導】好萊塢的奢華超過一般人的想像，知名重金屬搖滾歌手奧茲奧斯朋（Ozzy Osbourne）的女兒凱莉奧斯朋，昨天體驗好萊塢近來時興的讚石美甲，她得意的用Instagram分享照片說：「昨晚我很榮幸成為世上唯一體驗百萬（約3000萬元台幣）鑽石美甲的女孩！」
 
凱莉去年曾經在出席艾美獎時，擦上AZATURE推出、內含267克拉鑽石的黑鑽指甲油，價值高達750萬元台幣，當時曾被批「炫富」，後來AZATURE推出平價版黑鑽指甲油。她今年以幫母親的慈善基金會募款名義，理直氣壯示範價值更高貴的白鑽美甲。

【陸運鋒／台北報導】前晚11時，黑色島國青年陣線的學生，衝到總統府前國慶觀禮台前抗議「馬吳江下台」，包括作家馮光遠、清大學生陳為廷等40名大學生，被中正一舉牌後強制驅離，但是10/09淩晨又回到景福門前靜坐，堅持要等到10/10國慶日散步到會場內。

10日凌晨時分，嗆馬活動持續在景福門旁進行中，有抗議學生直接上台唱起改編的歌曲，把要求馬吳江下台的字眼入詞，隨著夜幕低垂，抗議學生累了乾脆就席地而睡，準備在白天國慶典禮進行時繼續奮力抗爭。

【蔡惠如／台北報導】iPhone5S與iPhone5C昨宣布10月25日在台上市，台灣大今早搶先3大電信推出網路預訂服務(http://www.taiwanmobile.com/preorder/pre_app/split/i5s_split.html)，提供門號預定與單機銷售，《蘋果》測試網頁運作正常未塞車，填好資料送出後約1分鐘即可預訂成功且收到簡訊，與之前開放預訂時網頁塞爆狀況差很大。  

遠傳則表示，今網路與門市同步開放預訂服務，預計上午11時左右上線。

當初在電影院看到預告覺得很無聊老梗 珊卓式搞笑片 根本沒打算去看 但看到板上一片好雷下 趁二輪去看 果然非常好笑 最近看過非常好笑的片有 淒厲人妻 全家就是米家 麻辣嬌鋒 銀魂 都可以笑到肚子痛 最後大丈夫 特勤沙龍 那種反而沒甚麼反應 一直愛假正經 耍帥的珊卓 遇到瘋狂的夥伴 反而多了很多意外笑點 同事在開會 珊卓看到他們在恥笑她的同伴 開門罵人 還在不透明玻璃門外上下補中指 怕裡面的人沒看到 還有最後那隻貓 回馬槍阿 當初珊卓跟夥伴隨便敷衍照片中的貓是她的 說牠走丟了 沒想到最後友情大復合 夥伴去她家附近找貓 看到珊卓隔壁鄰居抱著那隻貓 把牠帶回給珊卓 結果根本不是她的貓 很感人的舉動 結果是個烏龍 最後她夥伴跟家人關係互動眼眶有小濕一下 非常好笑 推薦 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.230.80.189

【林海全╱台中報導】台灣高鐵幫助兩位新移民家人搭高鐵圓夢。從越南嫁到台中已經13年的外配小芳〈33歲〉，育有一對子女，丈夫受傷無法工作，婆婆也長年臥病在床，全家靠她一個人，為了陪子女讀書，從國小開始唸書，一直到高中畢業，因家中經濟無法參加畢業旅行，她的同學愛琳〈30歲〉有相同遭遇，高鐵公司得知後，幫她們圓夢，一圓畢業旅行的夢想。
 
高鐵公司表示，小芳、愛琳雖然兩家經濟不富裕，但是會利用假日到弘毓基金會當志工，陪社工家訪關懷遇到困難的同鄉新移，為了鼓勵她們熱心公益，決定幫助她們完成畢業旅行。
 
今天上午，兩家人共11位前往高鐵台中站搭車，準備到台北，再轉搭台鐵到花蓮旅行。小芳說，家中住在台中日南地區，每天都看到高鐵經過，卻沒有機會搭乘，沒想到，夢想竟可以實現，「這是第一次搭，真的好興奮、好高興。」

最近看很多手機都有出一些開天窗的皮套^^" 叫做透視窗、天窗、智能手機殼之類的 圖片如下 http://ppt.cc/lC5a 最近也幫老媽的MEGA 6.3買一個來用看看 覺得好酷 翻開後螢幕就亮、蓋起來螢幕就關閉 請問運用的是什麼原理？ 因為用手把螢幕蓋住也不會關閉螢幕阿？ 我看了來電資訊和時鐘什麼的 都剛好在那個框框內 所以是不是要看手機本身的功能 並不是每支手機都能這樣呢？ (也或許說只要有出這種皮套的手機就有這種功能？) 最重要的問題來了 別人打來後，就像上面那張圖片 我用手指怎麼滑都沒反應 我的那個洞是有一層壓克力的透明板 我問了三星的原廠皮套 他們說原廠的也有一層透明的東西 我猜是因為原廠的那一層比較薄嗎？ 不然原廠的怎麼就能滑呢？ 為什麼我的皮套就不能滑呢^^" -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.168.131.234

《蘋果》報導，小S公公許慶祥跟老公許雅鈞（Mike）因涉內線交易案，上周四各以300萬元、200萬元交保，並遭限制出境。事發後小S下周二的服飾品牌代言記者會決定取消，但其它工作不受影響，昨她照樣錄《康熙》，不過現場未開放採訪，攝影棚大門深鎖，氣氛嚴肅緊張。

很久之前倩碧有來我們學校發過三步驟的試用包 記得那時用起來沒什麼感覺，只有黃色牛油抹上去臉真的油到不行 所以只用了一次就把其他試用品都人，但最近聽我朋有轉述他朋友的經驗 他說用潔膚水後粉刺真的都不見了！ 雖然我的皮膚狀況算滿好的，但近看還是有毛孔跟粉刺！ 尤其是黑頭還真是不少，杏仁酸對於粉刺代謝的部份我很無感＠＠ 上網看大家的分享經驗，也滿多人都說粉刺變少甚至不見了 我自己看了是很心動啦，雖然很多看起來都很像廣告，尤其是部落客就更不用說 但還是有點想在週年慶時買，看能不能順便來個湊個幾千送幾百這樣 不過突然想到，他三步驟好像都是根據個人的膚質搭配， 不知道只買潔膚水效果會不會打折？ 畢竟很多人都說他的潔面膠會軟化角質，用了潔膚水可以徹底代謝角質跟粉刺 因為我洗面乳還超多沒用完實在是不想花錢在洗臉上 不過要是真的要三個一起使用，那我單買潔膚水好像也沒屁用 不知道有沒有人單用潔膚水的，可以經驗分享一下嘛？ btw聽說他整組配方都有更新，不知道黃色牛油現在抹起來會不會還是很油＠＠ btw2我手上還有一罐SK2的亮采化妝水，我看成分裡面有一堆酸，能代替潔膚水嘛？ 因為我化妝水很多罐都輪流用，其實也不知道哪罐持續用會有什麼效果， 只能從隔天氣色如何判定保養品優不優而已＠＠ 請有經驗的網友替小弟我解解惑好嘛QQ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.218.33.83

【即時新聞中心／綜合報導】比利時排舞老師姬爾斯美嘉(Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker)，因不滿美國樂擅天后碧昂絲(Beyoncé)抄襲舞步，誠邀世界各地的「舞」林高手，翻跳音樂影片(MV)舞姿，再結集成短片在社交網YouTube播出。

碧昂絲前年推出的歌曲《Countdown》，其MV涉嫌抄襲姬爾斯美嘉作品《Rosas danst Rosas》舞步，引起軒然大波。姬爾斯美嘉甚為不滿，於今年6月邀請全球的支持者，翻跳涉被抄襲的舞蹈，結果吸引1500人參與，每人寄出超過10小時的影片，再經姬爾斯美嘉剪接後，製作成近4分鐘的短片。

《Countdown》的音樂影片，與《Rosas danst Rosas》無論服飾和舞步都相似，同樣有4名女子順序做出動作，包括擺弄頭髮、扯開衣服和顫動，衣著一樣不修篇幅。

【大紀元2013年10月09日訊】（大紀元記者古清兒報導）近日，浙江和山東都發生大規模群體抗議事件。因勞資糾紛，10月9日，浙江省舟山逾千漁工到鎮政府聚集抗議。當局派出數百特警鎮壓，多人被打傷住院，多人被抓。8日，山東港資企業淄博鉅創紡織品有限公司因老闆跑路，一千多名工人到縣政府聚集討薪。

舟山二千多漁民到到鎮政府抗議 遭鎮壓

舟山市普陀區朱家尖鎮來自湖南、安徽、陜西、河南、貴州等省份的外來務工人員，與船老闆勞資糾紛未果，從10月6日開始至今，逾千漁工集體大罷工，今天(9日)到鎮政府抗議，遭到當局鎮壓。

漁民余先生對大紀元記者說：「我們要求船老闆帳目要明確，這些老闆全都躲起來了，引起我們集體大罷工，有二千多漁民天天罷工。今天到鎮政府，希望政府出面跟我們解決問題。沒想到（政府）出動七八百武警、特警、城管、邊防，過來毆打漁民。」

他說：「雙方發生衝突，他們手拿警棍打我們，打傷好幾個工友，也抓了幾個人，有幾個腿被打斷，有的頭被打破，嚴重的都已住院，有同事拿手機拍照，被抓進去打，手機被搶。現在政府不管我們，我們農民工一起捐錢治療傷者。」

另一位漁民說：「當時人太多，很混亂，有一輛載有漁政人員的計程車大燈被打爛，有一輛轎車把人撞了，引起眾怒，把車掀翻。（當局）把我們拍照的人都逮起來，抓了我們的老鄉四五個人。」

至於這次漁民抗議的原因，余先生表示，船老闆給漁民的價格太低，例如，過去出海捕撈螃蟹一斤10塊錢，現在跟漁民報帳一斤只有四五塊錢。現在大家要求每次出海回來，帳目要公佈，明確定價，但遭到拒絕。

山東淄博上千工人聚集縣政府抗議

山東淄博鉅創紡織品有限公司由於老闆突然失蹤，10月8日，上千工人聚集在高青縣政府討工資。

張姓員工說：「10月4、5日開始放假，公司也沒有說倒閉，後來老闆不見了，廠長、經理、副經理都走了，當官的都不見人，工人8、9月份的工資也沒發。我們有一千多工人去縣政府抗議，去討要工資。」

他表示，最後政府介入協調，為安撫工人，8月份工資發了，9月份工資還在協調，承諾11日給出答覆。

據網上介紹，淄博鉅創紡織品有限公司是香港雅域紡織有限公司在高青獨資設立的大型紡織企業，佔地面積44萬平方米，有員工1600餘人。

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市潭子區一名池姓男子(39歲)傍晚偕友人在潭子區豐興路旁空地玩BB槍，陣陣吵雜聲引發鄰居李姓男子(49歲)不滿，先躲在暗處拿空氣槍朝池男胸部射擊，再拿鐮刀劃傷對方胸部，池男不甘示弱，也以BB槍朝李男胸部、左手射擊，造成對方紅踵受傷，兩名傷者都自行就醫驗傷，警方已將兩人槍隻送驗，查驗是否具有殺傷性，目前全案先依傷害罪嫌偵辦，李男還要加告池男殺人未遂罪嫌。
