【石明啟／桃園報導】「霸位哥」陳志嘉以行李霸佔座位、還拿粉圓攻擊鑑識專家林茂雄，昨天6度鞠躬道歉後，林茂雄今天下午出面表示，這件事情這樣就夠了，不會提告，也不會要求對方正式、正面道歉。林茂雄還替陳志嘉緩頰說，他對著媒體道歉，這樣已經足夠了，相信這幾天他壓力很大，一定也很難過，人難免會犯錯，第一時間認了就好，能面對、能改過，社會還是要接受他。
