【李銘宏／新北報導】家住新北市蘆洲區的46歲盧姓男子，今天凌晨2時許，自己打電話到119報案，表示想不開要跳樓，警消立刻派員前往現場救援，盧男當時坐在7樓自家窗邊欄杆上，見警消要鋪設氣墊，反而要警消不要靠近，否則就往下跳，盧男離開窗邊後，僅以雙手拉住鐵欄杆，全身懸在窗外。

警消在氣墊充氣完成後不久，盧男可能因體力不支手滑而墜落，過程中黃男撞擊樓下遮雨棚而彈至氣墊範圍外，送醫時已無生命跡象，經搶救後仍宣告不治，警方表示，盧男長期失眠，患有憂鬱症，可能因此輕生，但詳細自殺原因還需調查。

【綜合報導】和狗狗玩你丟我撿的遊戲，小心！可能會要了牠的命。

獸醫表示真的要玩，千萬別丟擲棍棒類的東西，因為萬一狗狗用力過度咬裂棍棒，可能導致狗狗噎住，感染細菌嚴重者恐導致器官衰竭身亡，建議應該丟擲骨頭、飛盤或是橡膠球。

英國獸醫協會主席羅賓哈格里菲表示，平均每個月就有一隻狗因棍棒受傷，送到醫院開刀，不只費用高昂，開一次刀要5千英鎊，約是23萬台幣，有時飼主根本沒有注意到小狗吞進碎裂的棍棒，等到發現時已經為時已晚。其中黃金獵犬、拉不拉多和柯基犬是最常見的受害者，呼籲飼主如果習慣丟棍棒和狗狗玩耍，最好立刻停止。

【綜合報導】繼歐盟傳出遭美國國安局監聽後，英國衛報又披露，根據史諾登流出的國安局檔案中顯示，國安局監聽位於華盛頓和紐約共38個國家的大使館，包括日本、南韓、法國和印度等。

檔案中還詳細記錄針對不同目標，各有不同的竊聽方法，國安局監聽歐盟，已經引發歐盟不滿，要求美方提出說明，現在又爆出其他國家也成受害者，恐掀起更激烈的反美潮。

流浪漢遭斬首　頭還被當足球踢

【綜合報導】俄國莫斯科24日傳出，2名青少年疑似喝醉酒，看路邊一名流浪漢不爽，便拿斧頭和鋸子砍下他的頭，還把他的頭當成足球在大街上踢來踢去，直到球被踢進垃圾桶，這2名青少年便回家呼呼大睡。

隔天警方在一住宅區發現一具無頭屍，沿著血跡尋找，找到這2名青少年，還在少年家中尋獲斧頭和鋸子，以及沾滿血跡的衣服，當場將2人逮捕。被踢進垃圾桶的頭部，因遭垃圾車載走，目前仍在搜尋中，這2名青少年一但定罪，最高將面臨15年有期徒刑。

這則駭人聽聞的消息被報導出來後，莫斯科警方否認被害者頭部被當足球踢，但證實被害者的確被斬首，目前一切都還在偵查當中。

【綜合報導】俄國莫斯科24日傳出，2名青少年疑似喝醉酒，看路邊一名流浪漢不爽，便拿斧頭和鋸子砍下他的頭，還把他的頭當成足球在大街上踢來踢去，直到球被踢進垃圾桶，這2名青少年便回家呼呼大睡。

隔天警方在一住宅區發現一具無頭屍，沿著血跡尋找，找到這2名青少年，還在少年家中尋獲斧頭和鋸子，以及沾滿血跡的衣服，當場將2人逮捕。被踢進垃圾桶的頭部，因遭垃圾車載走，目前仍在搜尋中，這2名青少年一但定罪，最高將面臨15年有期徒刑。

這則駭人聽聞的消息被報導出來後，莫斯科警方否認被害者頭部被當足球踢，但證實被害者的確被斬首，目前一切都還在偵查當中。

【李銘宏／新北報導】家住新北市蘆洲區的46歲盧姓男子，今天凌晨2時許，自己打電話到119報案，表示想不開要跳樓，警消立刻派員前往現場救援，盧男當時坐在7樓自家窗邊欄杆上，見警消要鋪設氣墊，反而要警消不要靠近，否則就往下跳，盧男離開窗邊後，僅以雙手拉住鐵欄杆，全身懸在窗外。

警消在氣墊充氣完成後不久，盧男可能因體力不支手滑而墜落，過程中黃男撞擊樓下遮雨棚而彈至氣墊範圍外，送醫時已無生命跡象，經搶救後仍宣告不治，警方表示，盧男長期失眠，患有憂鬱症，可能因此輕生，但詳細自殺原因還需調查。

【綜合報導】和狗狗玩你丟我撿的遊戲，小心！可能會要了牠的命。

獸醫表示真的要玩，千萬別丟擲棍棒類的東西，因為萬一狗狗用力過度咬裂棍棒，可能導致狗狗噎住，感染細菌嚴重者恐導致器官衰竭身亡，建議應該丟擲骨頭、飛盤或是橡膠球。

英國獸醫協會主席羅賓哈格里菲表示，平均每個月就有一隻狗因棍棒受傷，送到醫院開刀，不只費用高昂，開一次刀要5千英鎊，約是23萬台幣，有時飼主根本沒有注意到小狗吞進碎裂的棍棒，等到發現時已經為時已晚。其中黃金獵犬、拉不拉多和柯基犬是最常見的受害者，呼籲飼主如果習慣丟棍棒和狗狗玩耍，最好立刻停止。

穿越馬路遭撞飛　女子送醫救回一命

【陳冠宇／新北報導】凌晨1時許新北市板橋發生一起車禍意外，1名女子從中央分隔島穿越馬路時，突然遭來車撞擊彈飛，救護人員抵達後發現遭撞女子已無呼吸心跳，趕緊送往醫院，經搶救後已恢復生命跡象，目前仍在觀察中。

警方調查，肇事的林姓女駕駛並未喝酒，只記得突然有人從中央分隔島跑出來，來不及剎車就撞上，由於遭撞女子身上並無證件，警方目前正在聯繫家屬並釐清肇事責任。
