 越南人妻外遇要分手 男心生不滿沿路散播性愛照

一名未婚的工人，日前和一名越南籍配偶發生婚外情，兩人交往一段時間後，對方要求分手。男子心有不甘，竟然威脅要將日前2人拍攝的性愛照公布，對方堅持分手，他竟然就沿路發送2人的性愛照。外配不堪受辱報警，男子被依恐嚇等罪嫌起訴。
這起男子婚外情越南籍配偶、對方提分手竟公然發送性愛照的案件，發生在高雄市。該名26歲、未婚的陳姓男子，日前因為去按摩店結識該名已婚的越南籍外配，雙方進而交往發展成婚外情。根據《自由時報》報導，2人之後曾多次上摩鐵發生關係。
兩人的不倫戀發生一段時間後，該名外配在去年8月要求分手，但陳男自認已投入感情無法離開，遲遲不同意分手，為了想挽回女方的心，甚至還多次跑到女子工作的地方，企圖挽回復合。2人後來在巷口談判，雙方一言不和發生口角，陳男竟對女子呼巴掌，造成對方左臉頰挫傷。
陳男威脅對方如果敢分手，將要流出2人自拍的性愛照，並散布到她工作的地方和公婆家，越女因此心生畏懼，但仍堅持分手，陳男見狀竟在路邊沿路散發性愛照，正好外配發現隨即報警抓人。檢方2日偵查終結，依傷害與恐嚇罪將陳男提起公訴。

我和你差不多,我年紀比你更大,像我這麼老,一般公司是不會用的, 我也找了很多年的工作,都沒下文,而且我也有好幾張的殘障手冊,又是低收入戶, 不過以往的老師--台大與中研院的教授,朱浤源老師,還是不計前嫌,邀請我當他的助理, 協助他調查319槍擊案,和228事件,他是說一開始先給我月薪4000元,之後他再想辦法, 去其他的單位,申請補助,再給我錢. 只不過我今年以來的精神和身體都很差,所以也沒辦法幫朱老師的忙了. 不過朱老師的人生觀和一般人差很多,幾個月前,我和他聚餐,他告訴我說, 他不相信神,而且他最討厭醫生,他對錢沒什麼興趣. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 192.157.236.209

| 復興航空連2天出包 民航局飛安會介入調查

【綜合報導】復興航空連兩天出包！前天傍晚一架從台北飛馬公、編號GE5111班機，起飛後不久機長通報駕駛艙空調系統異常，請求折返松山機場，後來復興緊急抽掉其他班機載運72名旅客；無獨有偶昨下午復興從桃園飛琉球的編號GE3682加班機，也因空服員誤觸逃生梯導致艙門無法關閉，179名旅客行程受到延誤，也是更換飛機後才重新起飛。
根據《自由》報導，復興航空表示2起事件均在第一時間通報民航局與飛安會，未來會加強人員訓練。而民航局與飛安會都表示會進一步調查是否有人為疏失。

【劉昌松／台北報導】體委會前副主委李高祥，2007年8月奉命辦理入聯路跑活動，預計要花近600萬元，但因時間緊迫，來不及公開招標，李想以「全額補助」的方式，要求原本不想介入政治的中華民國路跑協會辦理。
但李又擔心無法全額補助，所以教唆路跑協會拉高、灌水活動預算達1576萬元後，再以專案方式補助600萬元。高院更審依假借職務上權利，教唆偽造文書罪，判李徒刑10月，還可上訴。

蘋果日報-Panasonic液電 鴻海代工十拿九穩
鴻海（2317）取夏普堺10代工廠之後，由於必須去化每年約300萬片60吋液晶電視面板量，鴻海為了突破重圍，除尋求中國品牌廠支持外，據傳目前正與日本Panasonic洽談爭取液晶電視訂單，將為Panasonic代工液晶電視。
經濟日報-8大建商 搶進地上權
都更停滯、雙北市土地取得困難下，建商轉進地上權新戰場。台北市府與國防部昨（2）日舉行南京東路三段地上權案招商說明會，吸引逾30組建商參加，顯示地上權案吸壽險業者、建商搶進，預期標售金額將拉高，下半年上看500億元。業者表示，今年地上權案釋出土地面積大，多筆都有千坪以上規模，且地處精華地段，處處都是建商及壽險業者極力鎖定目標，初估下半年將有逾300億元地上權個案供給規模釋出招商，總面積將逾3萬坪。若加計國產署，釋出地上權土地供給規模約400億部分至500億元。

【戴之聖、蔡進男╱基隆報導】家庭悲歌！基隆市一名喪偶須獨力照顧病兒的婦人，心力交瘁罹患憂鬱症，昨她疑先殺死兒子，再服安眠藥自殺，婦人的母親與外傭即時發現報案，送醫撿回一命，其母傷心說：「妳怎麼那麼傻！」由於屋內沒留遺書，法醫將擇期解剖男童遺體釐清死因。
警方調查，楊姓婦人（三十八歲）四年前喪偶、育有一對兒女，其六歲子因先天性染色體異常，生長遲緩、四肢萎縮，迄今無法吃飯，只能灌食牛奶，身高不到一百公分（正常約一百二十公分），較同齡孩子嬌小；她與母親經營麵攤，疑身心煎熬致憂鬱症纏身，昨她趁長女出遊，疑先殺死兒子，再吞安眠藥自殺，她送醫後獲救。
楊母說，前晚十時許，印尼籍女傭餵食外孫牛奶後，拔掉鼻餵管就去休息，昨上午八時許要餵男童時，發現房門反鎖通知她並破門而入，發現女兒、外孫躺在床上，外孫已死、身體冰冷，女兒精神恍惚，趕緊叫救護車送醫，楊母傷心地說：「妳怎麼那麼傻！」
檢警發現男童插著鼻餵管，管內有白色混濁液體，不排除遭楊婦灌藥殺害，楊婦再吞安眠藥自殺，已將鼻餵管內不明液體送驗，將擇日解剖遺體釐清其死因。

【陳冠宇／台北報導】昨天晚間十時許，台北市信義快速道路發生一起車禍意外，一輛BMW與一輛三菱自小客車發生事故，被經過民眾拍下，由於雙方均無喝酒，也無人受傷，詳細車禍原因是否與昨天晚間台北下暴雨，天雨路滑視線不良有關係，仍有待警方調查才可得知車禍發生原因。

| 賴清德拜託中石化 日式宿舍轉民宿

〔自由時報記者蔡文居／台南報導〕已逾七十年歷史的中石化安順廠日式宿舍區，台江文化界及地方爭取保留，市長賴清德昨天呼應各界期待，公開要求中石化不要再拆屋，建議中石化將宿舍區發展為民宿，為台南做一點事。
中石化公司代表吳衡山則表示，「尊重審查委員的專業及政府的公權力」，宿舍區已破舊，未來如何利用中石化另有想法。
他並說，「中石化是因為道路拓寬才拆屋，且有向市府申報，區內的一草一木、一磚一瓦，都沒有去動它。」
市府昨天召開中石化安順廠污染整治專案會議，副市長顏純左報告保留宿舍區的審議結果，指與會的古蹟審查委員意見不一，因此將另組專案小組研究後再討論。
市長賴清德則對中石化喊話，「拜託」中石化不要再拆房子了，「這種錢對中石化而言是小錢，應該要多替台南做點事。」他說，當地很漂亮，很適合做民宿，台南最近發展觀光，飯店很多都客滿不夠住，中石化若願發展做為民宿，也可創造雙贏。
該案也引起民代的關心，市議員唐碧娥、王錦德、黃麗招等人出席表達支持，主張歷史的記憶不能抹滅，強烈要求保留宿舍區。提案的鹿耳門天后宮主委林吉進則說，當地已成新人拍婚紗的聖地，希望市府及中石化能協助發展為觀光景點。
唐碧娥說，「歷史是一面鏡子，安順廠的戴奧辛污染為世紀之毒，應保留下來作為借鏡。讓後代子孫不要再犯同樣的錯誤，希望市長能支持。」
王錦德則呼籲中石化重視地方及地方政府的意見，「高抬貴手」不要拆屋，並建議市府未來另組專案小組應找真正關心地方文化、古蹟的專家，不能又是原班人馬，黃麗招也希望市府重視歷史文化的發展，全力爭取保留。

【徐珮君／台北報導】在行政院靜坐一夜的大埔自救會今天仍堅守不退，上午舉行記者會痛批苗栗縣政府公然說謊，政大地政系教授徐世榮說，3年前他也有代表大埔民眾到政院協商，當時的院長、現任副總統吳敦義允諾保留24戶，沒有任何條件，現在有一堆前題，徐批吳使用詐術，質問吳：「你有沒有人格？」徐憤怒的高喊「一分一毫土地都不退讓！」
即將在5日被強制拆遷的住戶張森文在大太陽下痛哭說，他家只有6坪，養3個小孩，房子被拆該怎麼辦？他沒有犯法，政府為甚麼要這樣對待小老百姓！請行政院長江宜樺主持公道，不要放任苗栗縣長劉政鴻欺壓百姓！

【翁琬柔／綜合報導】傑尼斯天團「SMAP」隊長中居正廣上周六主持直播節目《音樂之日》時，突然臉色蒼白，還大量流汗，更是顧不得節目還在進行中，猛喝水補充水分，身體狀況明顯不佳，引起粉絲擔心。
該節目特色為現場直播，而且一播就長達13個小時，當天共有90組以上的藝人參與，日本網站《livedoor》報導，他在第3組來賓出場後就出現異狀，休息時間也拚命喝水，顯得非常疲累，連「SMAP」團員都紛紛擔心地問：「你沒事吧？」
