| 麗晶、蘇富比 進軍東歐酒店豪宅

【張菱育╱台北報導】麗晶酒店與台灣蘇富比國際物業顧問今日舉辦記者會，宣布聯手推出位於東歐黑山共和國黑山港內的「黑山港麗晶酒店式住宅」，預計將於2014年7月開幕。
黑山共和國位於歐洲巴爾幹半島的中北部，憑藉著壯麗的峽灣以及美麗的海灘景致，成為全球旅客、遊艇業主和政商名流到訪的熱門區域，也是電影《007皇家夜總會》的拍攝地點，
「黑山港麗晶酒店」位於黑山的科托爾灣碼頭，基地面積約1441坪，規劃地上6層的酒店式住宅，全區分4期開發，共有80個房間，包括35間客房和45間套房。麗晶酒店集團董事長潘思亮表示，目前第1期全球已銷售約8~9成，全球僅剩7戶。

| 海軍將鈕承澤送司法機關偵辦

【王烱華／台北報導】針對鈕承澤導演私自安排中國籍攝影師曹郁，冒名入營勘景。海軍司令部晚間表示，鈕違反與國防部約定的「大陸地區專業人士來臺從事專業活動許可辦法」及「國軍強化安全維護工作執行要點」等規定及誠信原則，海軍司令部已依「國防部對影視製作業者影片拍攝支援規定」中止支援拍攝；另因行為疑違反《要塞堡壘地帶法》等罪嫌，全案將移送司法機關偵辦。
海軍司令部強調，海軍配合政府政策，積極響應推動國內文化創意產業發展。對於本次劇組發生中國籍攝影師曹郁冒名入營勘景一事，海軍司令部甚表遺憾。針對所屬疏失，依規定懲處，引為案例，並通令全軍加強門哨管制及人員查驗，嚴防類案再生。

【張先華／台中報導】台中市台中科技大學今天舉行五專部申請抽籤，抽籤活動分為三個梯次進行，因前二梯次名額己招滿，讓參加第三梯次申請抽籤的家長及學生未能參加，深感自己的權益受損引起家長及學生不滿，學校表示招生簡章說明採三階段現場登記、抽籤、分發、報到至額滿為止校方說此次招生235人，早上第一階段PR76~79、第二階段PR74~78分共來270人登記、抽籤已爆額，故下午第三階段PR70~73分共182人已額滿無法再參加抽籤。

高雄捷運與中華電(2412-TW)共同合作，將「一卡通」服務導入手機NFC應用，成為全國首張NFC手機交通票證。日後即可使用NFC手機搭乘捷運，也能透過手機隨時查詢票卡餘額或交易紀錄。

使用手機即可搭乘高雄捷運，一機在手暢遊無阻！高雄捷運與中華電(2412-TW)共同合作，將「一卡通」服務導入手機NFC（Near Field Communication）應用，成為全國首張NFC手機交通票證。日後即可使用NFC手機搭乘捷運，也能透過手機隨時查詢票卡餘額或交易紀錄。
高捷與中華電信今日(3日)於高捷美麗島站舉辦記者會，正式宣佈「一機在手」行動服務時代正式來臨！卡片資訊透過空中下載至手機SIM卡，即使更換手機也能繼續使用！
中華電信行通分公司總經理林國豐表示，在2008年於遠雄二代宅合作案便採用預載錄(perload)方式多種卡片服務導入手機SIM卡上，隨著SIM卡科技的發展、NFC手機的普及與可信任服務管理平台(TSM)規範標準的訂定，中華電信已完成國人第一套TSM系，讓國內業者能有一個更簡單、安全導入NFC應用的平台，提供空中下載(Over The Air; OTA)相關NFC應用服務，讓消費者享受創意且便利的NFC服務。
未來，民眾只要申請中華電信的特定SIM卡(Gemalto開發)、下載中華電信開發的Hami智慧錢包APP，即可透過中華電信的TSM平台取得一卡通金鑰認證，透過OTA空中下載技術，將一卡通票證下載到NFC手機中，即擁有最便利的大眾運輸通行證！
中華電信與高雄捷運將試辦全國首創的空中下載NFC手機交通票證服務，先於中華電信及高雄捷運進行員工服務測試。現場也將展示一卡通服務，體驗NFC手機帶來的便利性。
高捷「一卡通」累計發行量已超過350萬張，是南部最大電子票證。也整合台鐵、高市渡輪、高市公共自行車及北、中、南部公車客運皆可使用高捷一卡通搭乘，成為我國目前整合範圍最廣的票證系統。目前台鐵的香山-苗栗、後壁-善化路段已可開放使用，下一階段將擴至福隆－新竹間、南科－沙崙間、林內－南靖間、大湖－屏東間、六家線、平溪線、內灣線、竹東及內灣等區段」
高捷公司表示，除交通服務功能外，一卡通還可運用於門禁系統、高雄市高中職數位學生證以及圖書館借書證等多用途，未來一卡通票證公司成立後還可以進行小額消費，一卡通將逐步與生活上所需做更緊密的結合。

（中央社記者陳守國金門3日電）導演鈕承澤為新片在左營軍港勘景，帶大陸攝影師進入，引起爭議。鈕承澤將在金門拍攝「軍中樂園」，金防部強調會嚴格審核劇組人員身分，防範陸籍人士或冒名頂替人士進軍事區。
金防部今天表示，鈕承澤預計8月起在金門拍攝「軍中樂園」新片，主要是利用陽翟與金沙老街，軍事區畫面很少。劇組已完成擎天廳與古崗一處坑道軍事區勘景，未來如想進入軍事區拍攝，必須向國防部申請，經金防部同意。
金防部表示會嚴格審核拍片劇組人員身分，並派員陪同，防範陸籍人士或冒名頂替人士進入軍事區。1020703

爬了一下版子 大多是專頁"內容"消失的問題 但我是今天下午一用發現整個"專頁"都消失啦..... 經營了幾個月確定沒有違反任何善良風俗也沒有買賣更沒有政治因素 誰來告訴我他發生什麼事了....早上還用的好好的 剛剛下午要看一下專頁就發現整個消失的好徹底 好像我從來沒辦過一樣 有人遇到跟我一樣的問題嗎Q_Q....人數也有千了突然消失有點打擊 查看了一下郵件,也完全沒有收到任何通知 就像是做了一場夢(恍神) 就算是被無聊人士亂玩檢舉 我也沒有任何違規 FB不至於查都不查就亂移除啊? 這讓我想到之前有個小童星的粉絲頁被人亂檢舉有自殺傾向結果也是被停了 不曉得到底是暫時性的故障還是管理方亂刪 只希望還能救回來.... =========================== 05:00更新 專頁莫名被外星人抓走消失幾個小時候又回來了 看來FB專頁不只有時候"內容"會消失,"整個專頁"也有可能消失幾小時候回來.... 沒有看到頂頭掛著停權原音的應該就是這種詭異的故障吧.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.148.40 ※ 編輯: DrliE 來自: 36.231.148.40 (07/03 17:02)

【張麗娜／台北報導】總統馬英九動員府院黨下鄉說明兩岸服務貿易協議，民進黨主席蘇貞昌今中常會後表示，馬政府事前既不跟業者溝通，探詢利害關係所在，也不跟國會協調，「今天簽了協議後，硬要用恐嚇，用謊言的手段，用行政資源來美化」，相信未來在立法院，產業界一定會把他們內心的恐慌，及即將面對的利害讓國會議員知道，民進黨也一定會跟產業、人民站在一起，逐條、逐項、逐目的來嚴格把關，民進黨會從整體國家來考量，替業者、替人民把關。

東東~真的很重要嗎? 好吧，雷完了 其實雷了這個，並沒差太多 因為這部片，哏實在太多太多了 老實說，看預告片時，說到票房超越鋼鐵人三 我真覺得真他媽的鬼扯，應該就是泰國人只愛看國片吧 首映當天，抱著看鬼片的心態去看了(泰國最近的鬼片真的有失水準啊) 不過愛看鬼片的我，也只好再衝了，被嚇到兩三次就算賺到 結果......... 說票房超越復仇者聯盟我覺得也不誇張啊...... 我想，應該會有很多人跟我一樣 一部片再好看，也不會再去看第二次，最多等dvd，在電腦上看 但這片，真的會讓我超想再去看一次的 笑點來說，覺得比看周星馳的任何一部片都笑得還要瘋狂 沒貶低星爺的意思，我還是覺得星爺的笑料無可取代 但或許是在緊張的氣氛下所穿插的笑點，特別讓人在情緒轉換中，更覺得好笑 就如之前的見鬼十，陳柏霖敲碗實在太經典了 不過這片沒有見鬼十嚇人，感覺就真的是喜劇片 首映的一大早，沒有很多人，可能整個戲院才二十個人 但大家笑到完全不顧旁人了，我也很放心的放聲大笑 最後......居然聽到旁邊有女孩子啜泣的聲音@@ 老實說，一向感性、看到感動情節就會落淚的我，這次我沒哭 但我笑到失控所流下的淚還沒乾... 這就是我想再看第二次的原因，笑哏超多消化沒完，而最後情緒轉換好快啊~~ 還來不及收回那爆笑的情緒，就來超感人的收尾，最後片尾還轉回溫馨 意猶未盡到極點了.... 看到版上這片的討論好少，只好來讚聲一下了 希望喜歡這類片子的版友千萬別錯過這部好片 別因為泰國近期出的一些爛鬼片而卻步 每天睡覺前都會想一個問題.... 東東，真的很重要嗎~~ 小奈真的好可愛，小邁也白吃的好可愛 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AWK9HjP690s
