斯諾登四處碰壁 俄國漸失耐性

【大紀元2013年07月05日訊】（大紀元記者鍾孟倫編譯報導）美國國家安全局（NSA）承包公司前雇員斯諾登（Edward Snowden）已滯留在莫斯科長達11天，俄羅斯官員表示，斯諾登應儘快尋求其他國家庇護，離開俄國。

俄國外交部副部長雷雅布可夫（Sergei Ryabkov）表示，斯諾登並未向俄國申請政治庇護，他必須得自己解決問題，而不是一直待在莫斯科謝瑞米提耶佛機場（Sheremetyevo Airport）轉機室。日前，俄國總統普京（VladimirPutin）也呼籲斯諾登儘快離開俄國。

據悉，斯諾登已向21國申請政治庇護，法國、意大利於7月4日斷然拒絕。在此之前，德國、巴西、印度和波蘭等國也都已拒絕給予斯諾登庇護。而瑞士、芬蘭、西班牙、奧地利等多個歐洲國家，規定必須在該國境內才能提出避難申請。

雖然有幾位冰島國會議員在在司法委員會（Judicial Affairs Committee）提案，建議冰島給予斯諾登公民地位，但這項提案並沒有很大的支持。斯諾登日前曾向英國《衛報》表示，冰島是最符合他理念的國家。

外媒分析，若無國家接受斯諾登的庇護申請，他將會繼續受制於俄羅斯當局。但俄羅斯並不想因此破壞跟美國的關係，而斯諾登也沒有旅遊證件，俄羅斯可能驅逐他回到之前所待的香港。

[硬體規格] CPU : AMD X3 440 MB : 880GM-UD2H RAM : 金士頓DDR3 2G *2 VGA : 內建 ATI 4250 HDD : WDC 500G PSU : 藍晶鑽 400W O.S : WIN 7 32位元 [問題詳述] 前天覺得電腦有點開始變慢，打完LOL按完繼續遊戲，會停留個10秒左右， 當時CPU使用率並不高，重灌後開全民打棒球CPU使用率突然飆到80~90左右 ，然後畫面變得很頓，CPU風扇清過了，驅動程式換過幾個版本，今天也把 散熱膏上過一遍，網路也把家用改成宗過用網路，但使用率仍然不變。 我已經舉旗投降了= = 參考過mitgreat的文章後，都試過了也沒效。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.241.196.41

陳偉殷之前在復健賽先發5局，失4分，被敲5安、出現2次四壞保送，最快球速93哩(約150公里)，雖然當天他表示狀況很好，對重返大聯盟，還說：「我準備好了。」但之後金鶯移動到芝加哥和白襪比賽，他並未隨隊，而是留在巴爾的摩，並在昨天進牛棚調整。

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】1名機車騎士日前在高市街頭，突從慢車道駛入快車道，結果遭轎車追撞，騎士被當場彈飛，騰空摔落地面，整個過程被隨後而至的轎車行車紀錄器錄下，嚇得目睹過程的女乘客驚呼連連。

車主今將過程PO上網，引起不少迴響，有人回應，「這種不會騎的也是要被撞一次才知道怕」，有人認為「一個開車開很快， 一個騎車愛違規」。警方提醒，10次車禍9次快，遵守交通規則才是自保之道。

【綜合報導】紐西蘭一家時尚夜店「綠人」(Green Man)，最近推出了一款話題性十足的新飲料「鹿鳴」(Stag's Roar)，店家特選公鹿的精液，加上奇異果汁和優格充分攪拌混合後，放進注射筒中，用力一擠「噴」進口中，豪邁萬分。
 
女店長伍德(Sarah Wood)表示，其實不要特別想「鹿精」混在裡面，這真的是款不錯喝的飲料，且營養豐富。店家每天清早從牧場採到的新鮮雄鹿精液，立刻低溫保存在攝氏零下196度的液態氮中，送到店內，經過統計，每針管的「鹿鳴」中，至少含有4000隻活動力極強的精蟲，搭配上富含維生素C的奇異果與優酪乳，喝過的人都覺得是款很好喝的飲料。

店家表示，喝「鹿鳴」時最佳搭配的就是鹿肉乾，只要點「鹿鳴」，都會附贈一盤頂級鹿肉乾。目前推出後，每周五晚上的銷量最好。

我有先爬文了，但是沒有得到解決方式 所以直接發文詢問大家，手機版 排文比較亂，請大家見諒 我本來使用 2.3 版本的手機版Fb 聊天室很正常，手機圖示都沒有問題 升級成 3.3 版本後，點開聊天室 原本應該是白色手機圖示 都變成 綠色 http://ppt.cc/DmlC 我試過移除程式再安裝（全部資料夾刪除） 可是登入後也還是一樣，顯示綠色手機圖示 目前只能使用 2.3版本，3.3就會有問題 我有將帳號換到顯示正常的朋友手機測試，結果也是還是這樣顯示綠色 想請問 有人知道這樣怎麼處理嗎？ 謝謝大家 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 116.59.235.250

剛剛在左營大路上面中華麵包那 有一台三菱的車開在我後面從旁邊超過去開超快沒多久我看他 閃大燈有個人過了馬路後面接著一隻大狗可是後面還有一隻小 狗過到他輪胎下面就被他撞到了，那台車就開到前方等了一下 就開走了。 我就按了雙黃燈停在那小狗的後面，看他在地上翻滾大聲哀號我 真的忘記我要幹嘛了（地上不知道流是血還是什麼），過了一 下他也沒叫了我也不知道該不該下去包他起來還是做什麼，我只 能停在他後面讓他不在被撞到 他被撞到的同時旁邊的大狗也因 為小狗被撞到也在旁邊叫著像是幫我救救他一樣 那畫面一直聽在我腦海裡打轉著，讓我好難過，希望旁邊的路 人有救他或是他的主人（脖子上面有項圈）開車開這麼快不知道 是不是要趕投胎還是怎樣開到人速度也不放慢（開小罵取車上又 沒行車紀錄器可以看） 因為現在回到楠梓了，不知道現在他怎麼樣了? 【綜合報導】國際媒體快訊報導曼德拉已成植物人，南非總統府發布聲明澄清，醫生否認曼德拉已成植物人。

聲明中表示，總統祖馬4日探望曼德拉後，表示曼德拉的狀況，就如同先前說的病況雖嚴重和保持穩定，院方也證實這個說法，並否認曼德拉成為植物人的報導，院方從各大醫院和大學，召集專業人士組成醫療團隊，24小時全心全力照顧曼德拉。

與CB1300發生車禍，對方開的估價單，請明鑑。新增損壞零件照片

　小弟於5/30晚上八點多在新北大橋下橋處與2003年出廠的重型機車CB1300發生擦撞，小弟我停在槽化線上看清右邊那一道是往64快速道路後，隨即打方向燈變換車道，但當我快打正的時候就被他撞上來，撞擊點在右後輪後面的保桿處，當下馬上拉手煞車下來看狀況後發現對方倒在路邊，我馬上打電話叫警察及救護車並放警示牌在路口前。

　目前於和解中對方(家中本身也是重機行)開價404,000，並給了我這張估價單，但是去桃園春日路上的重機行詢問的時候老闆告訴我他們同業之間不方便告訴我估價單上面每一個零件應該有的價錢是多少，不過老闆委婉地告訴我這台車修的話大概才20幾萬，而且這台車二手價目前也差不多20出頭，乾脆買一台完好的二手車給他算了，但我也知道對方不會答應，畢竟誰也不希望原本一台好好的車變成別人騎過的二手車。

　另外因為對方有受傷，所以要告我過失傷害，原本我認為因為價錢有點高不想和解，交由法院來判定我該賠多少，但因為小弟我是職業軍人，如果被判刑而未獲緩刑的話，即使易科罰金也會被撤職，等同於除役，所以目前想以和解為主，只是希望對方不是獅子大開口，而是這張估價單上的價錢要和理，因此請網路上的大大們幫幫我，看一下這張估價單上應該有的價錢各是多少？

　p.s.因為新北大橋下橋處的監視器因為都更的關係所以故障，所以小弟在此跪求5/30晚上2020分左右於新北大橋下橋出發生車禍的行車紀錄器影片，雖然隔這麼久能求到的機率很低，但還是請有的大大傳私訊給我，感激不盡！

　車禍發生我的確是有不對，但我轉的時候後照鏡沒看到對方，而且也不是方向燈一打一轉就被撞到，在沒有監視器的狀況下也只是變成各說各話，對於對方我也拿上十足誠意登門拜訪並送上水果；單位主官部份小弟我也報備過了，還好主官的態度是好好處理就好，只是不知道會不會來個回馬槍？
　
　小弟之前有打給陸軍司令部軍法官詢問，得到的結果是「依據陸海空軍軍官士官任職條例第十條第一點，若被判有期徒刑確定，而未獲緩刑或易科罰金者，予以撤職。」但軍法官也說了，之前有案例是某位軍官也被判過失傷害易科罰金，但未獲判緩刑，所以被撤職了，而這也是小弟所擔心的。

　現在唯一遺憾的就是第一次發生車禍，雖然沒有慌了手腳，但是忘記將事故現場照片拍下（但有跟處理的員警約時間備份現場照片），而且也忘記開了一張腦震盪之類的驗傷單，車禍發生一個月了，應該不能開了吧？

假結婚闖關　相同場景喜宴照片露馬腳

【丁治綱／高雄報導】台灣籍張男(56歲)、熊女(38歲)透過仲介，被假結婚集團吸收成為人頭，分與中國薛女(45歲)、肖男(49歲)假結婚，讓對方能申請來台。兩人分別於今年1月與4月前往移民署面試，但張男4月面試時，審核資料中1張列印出的婚宴照，同時也出現熊女夫妻的婚宴照，兩張照片同樣有新人並肩坐在桌前，但除了新人不一樣外，兩張照片的角度、桌上5道菜的擺設、杯盤位置等，竟然一模一樣，移民署官員深入追查發現不法，將張男、熊女及仲介業者，依違反《臺灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例》等罪嫌移送。

汐五高架火燒車　賓士車燃燒半毀

【呂品逸╱新北報導】昨天晚上9時許，國道一號汐五高架傳出火燒車意外，一輛行進間賓士車車頭突然竄出濃煙，緊急靠路肩後引擎蓋起火燃燒，嚇壞路過的駕駛，消防隊緊急趕往現場，雖然迅速將火勢撲滅，但賓士車車頭已被燒的面目全非，所幸過程中無人傷亡，詳細起火原因仍待釐清。
