撐了一年多了MOTO MS3最近真的快不行了~~ 開FB或LINE，瀏覽網路，撥接電話常常都會LAG~~ 常常都等一陣子跳出"沒有回應"..... 剛好最近看到種花電信有大省方案~~ (門號也用5年以上不知道有沒超過10年~~) 目前是想搭533， SONY XL, SONY TX, LG O GJ 三選一~~ 因為一些個人因素可能要等到8月~9月才能換機 (會不會到時就沒有LG O GJ 黑色機了...XDD) 不知道台北市哪裡有實體機展示呢....?? 想要操作看看LG的介面~~~ 3Q~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.229.190.114

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】台灣兒虐案頻傳，根據台灣家扶基金會統計，台灣地區平均每天有高達52位孩子遭受「不當對待」，特別在今年4到6月發起「用愛包圍受虐兒」募款活動，目標1千5百萬，但基金會執行長何素秋坦言，「受到大環境景氣不佳及高失業率影響，募款受挫，到6月底止只募達27%的目標，特別將募款活動延至7月底，希望社會大眾號召親朋好友集氣，一起支持「用愛包圍」行動。

【賴又嘉／台北報導】大同子公司、發展太陽能矽晶片的綠能科技(3519)，2011年間因公司虧損，按規定應降低財測，但綠能科技卻未依規調降財測，直到8月才公告，檢調發現，有綠能科技內部員工涉嫌於公告調降財測前，開始賣股，企圖規避損失，違反《證券交易法》。
北檢今持法院核發的11張搜索票，到綠能科技總公司及相關嫌疑人住處搜索，並查扣相關帳冊，並約談現任總經理林士源等10多名嫌疑人及證人，估計深夜移送北檢複訊。

【張芳榮／台北報導】警方昨晚在台北市錦州街一處大廈內，查獲10名青少年抽K煙，查扣4包K他命。這些青少年竟然向警方表示，因為學校放暑假無聊，才會1個拉1個，邊打電玩邊抽K煙。
警方調查，38歲的陳姓男子將自己的租屋處，提供給青少年休息玩樂，還免費提供K煙。陳男竟大言不慚的說：「在這裡玩，總比到酒店，或在外頭四處遊蕩來得好，我是在做善事！」警方訊後將陳男及10名青少年依毒品危害防制條例法辦。

【大紀元2013年07月05日訊】〈大紀元記者蔡上海嘉義報導〉台灣鯛價格崩盤，5日池邊價格（收購價格）每台斤只剩17元，但成本就要30元上下，養殖戶叫苦連天，嘉義縣長張花冠替養殖戶請命，請中央救救養殖戶，提出有效的護魚政策，不要讓漁民血本無歸，看不到明天。
外銷市場一度看俏的台灣鯛（吳郭魚），去年4月至今，價格一路往下掉。根據農業處提供的數據，台灣鯛內銷菜魚每台斤從31元跌至23元，外銷條凍27元跌 到19元，外銷切片近40元跌到現在的20元，但成本1斤29~32元，漁民現在是賣也虧，不賣就血本無歸，忍痛求售，賣愈多，賠愈多。
張花冠5日中午由縣議員陳鳳梅、義竹鄉長黃金茂、農業處副處長蕭瑛碧等人陪同，實地前往義竹鄉新店地區了解台灣鯛養殖情形及市場現況。張花冠說，漁業署於5月31日啟動「鼓勵吳郭魚加工廠加工外銷計畫」，補助加工廠外銷切片每台斤5元，條凍2元，計畫實施後台灣鯛價格不漲反跌，問題出在漁民辛苦養殖的魚透過魚販和加工廠出貨，補助給了加工廠，漁民卻什麼都沒有，未能受益。
張花冠無奈的說，養殖產業生產成本年年高漲，飼料和電價一路漲，養殖業很艱辛，漁民快要撐不下去了。中央不重視農漁業面臨的困境，包括農業人口老化，年輕的農業專業人員不願進入農業生產，產銷結構及調節失衡對農漁民非常不利。
為挽救台灣鯛養殖業者，張花冠疾呼中央救救漁民，徹底檢討執行方向及政策缺失，採取補貼減輕漁民損失、專案零利率貸款解決漁民資金需求、計畫性凍存及確實啟動團膳使用國產養殖魚等相關因應調節措施，穩定漁業產銷及漁產品價格，以免產銷失衡問題一再發生。◇

【綜合報導】媚登峯集團涉嫌賣過期產品、盜刻會員印章向國稅局擅查會員財產找「肥羊」，媚登峯連雲店店經理廖函雯坦承盜刻，辯稱擔心貸款瘦身的年輕會員財力不足，才指示美容師拿盜刻印章及會員身分證影本，向國稅局查個資。
該集團總裁莊雅清昨含淚公開鞠躬道歉，聲稱不知情且哽咽說：「員工會做出這種事，顯示訓練還不夠，會負責到底。」還喊出招牌廣告詞： 「trust me！you can make it！」媒體追問仲介植牙部分，莊推稱檢調偵辦中，無法說明。
檢調還意外查出莊雅清、總經理徐月霞另涉嫌仲介貴婦找哈佛密醫陳俊龍植牙，訊後依詐欺、偽造文書及違反《醫師法》諭令兩人各10萬元、12萬元交保。

【綜合報導】根據法新社的最新消息指出，負責治療曼德拉的醫生在6月26日為曼德拉子女遺骸訴訟案，遞交相關法律文件時就表示「曼德拉已經是永久植物人狀態，得靠人工呼吸器維持生命。」醫生並建議家屬應該關掉人工呼吸器。
曼德拉3名3名子女的遺骸，經南非東開普省高等法院星期三判決，要求曼德拉孫子曼拉必須歸還，法警立即於當天下午執行判決，從曼拉的姆維索莊園(Mvezo)，挖出遺骸並移回原葬地庫努家鄉。

| 崙背奉天宮 媽祖顯靈的傳奇故事

【大紀元2013年07月05日訊】（大紀元記者廖素貞台灣雲林報導）已有200多年歷史的崙背奉天宮，創建於清嘉慶二年，奉祀天上聖母，為崙背鄉內歷史最悠久的廟宇，建築堂皇，剪黏雕刻均出自名匠之手，據老一輩的鄉民傳說，在第二次世界大戰末期，盟軍大肆空襲臺灣時，幸賴奉天宮的天上聖母顯靈，讓鄉民免於一難，雖然事隔近70年，仍然是地方父老茶餘飯後閒聊的傳奇故事！
民國34年農曆三月十九日，盟軍大肆空襲臺灣時，一枚500公斤的炸彈，投向崙背街上的上空，炸彈引信管竟然卡在奉天宮屋頂雕塑的龍鬚上，接著衝毀一口防火蓄水池及一枝電線桿，最後掉落在離奉天宮50公尺處的民宅二樓上，雖經衝撞但未爆炸，讓鄉民免於一難，日本軍方派員堪驗亦百思不解，鄉民咸認媽祖顯靈庇佑，從此香火鼎盛，遠近信眾絡繹不絕。
嘉慶初年連年苦旱，五谷歉收，瘟疫肆虐，村民饑病交迫，於是迎請湄洲媽祖遶境驅邪，三日後疫疾頓然消失，村民感念媽祖神威，於是集議興建一竹茅暫當廟宇奉祀，隔年完工，定名為「奉天宮」。光緒13年（公元1887年）第一次重整，民國20年（1931年）地方士紳發起再次重建，興建佔地200坪磚造瓦頂的廟宇，建築堂皇，剪黏雕刻均出自名匠之手，就是今天的奉天宮建築。
行政院政務委員兼省主席的林政則，今（5日）赴崙背奉天宮參拜，在鄉長李永茂、奉天宮主委李明恭，代表會主席梁献東、縣議員李合同及地方人士等多人陪同下，祈求國泰民安，並贈匾「慈曦普照」表彰奉天宮多年來對地方弱勢族群照顧甚多，不僅捐助921地震及99風災受災戶，且捐贈消防設備，巡邏車、清寒助學金、急難救助---等，充分發揮天上聖母慈悲心懷。

| 中市原民會主委被爆假公濟私 用公務車載家人購物

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】台中市議員黃仁今天在總質詢時，播放一段由中市原住民委員會主委吉娃思巴萬的前司機提供的爆料錄音帶，質疑從去年至今年初，吉娃思巴萬多次涉用公務車載家屬參加各項原住民活動，載家屬到南投春陽部落購物，還將該會收購的的農特產品蜜梨及梨山茶等請司機載回自己家中。他質疑吉娃思巴萬「假公濟私」、「公器私用」，要求吉娃斯巴萬當場認錯且「引咎辭職」，否則將送檢調單位查辦。
市長胡志強則認為，市議員提出很多陳述，如果屬實，理應究辦。吉娃思巴萬澄清指出，水果是做公關轉送他人，茶葉則帶到辦公室請客人喝，絕無公器私用的情況。

【綜合報導】吳亞馨自去年8月捲入李宗瑞淫照風波後，曾消沉一時，昨她和許維恩亮麗擔任日系美妝店形象大使。她被問有無聽過「土耳其版李宗瑞」？她撇說：「我前陣子出國，不知道發生什麼事。」深怕直白個性再惹禍。
她昨結束活動後坐上休旅車直奔大直，發現跟拍後，就在美麗華百貨前下車，換搭計程車到內湖文湖街某豪宅，該處與她去年底砸4千萬元買的4層樓透天住宅不同，她連忙解釋那豪宅「是朋友家」。

【綜合報導】擔心埃及局勢擴大成為中東地區的危機，人在坦尚尼亞進行訪問的美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）周一證實曾親自致電給埃及總統穆希（Mohammed Morsi），希望穆希能「妥善處理危機」，並避免埃及的局勢失控。
一位不願具名的華府官員表示，白宮的立場盼望穆希能夠立刻採取行動來回應反對者的訴求，美國政府的努力還包括了：參謀首長聯席會議主席丹普西（Martin Dempsey）向埃及政府警告，美軍駐紮的國家中一旦出現該國軍隊參與違憲的政變行為，美國將減少軍事援助；美國駐開羅大使館的官員也已與埃及反對陣營接觸過。華府官員透露，這表示白宮已改變了先前對於埃及的「袖手政策」（hands-off approach），並在局勢尚未惡化前介入。

【呂品逸╱新北報導】昨天晚上9時許，國道一號汐五高架傳出火燒車意外，一輛行進間賓士車車頭突然竄出濃煙，緊急靠路肩後引擎蓋起火燃燒，嚇壞路過的駕駛，消防隊緊急趕往現場，雖然迅速將火勢撲滅，但賓士車車頭已被燒的面目全非，所幸過程中無人傷亡，詳細起火原因仍待釐清。
