【陳國偉／綜合報導】台灣鉛球國手張銘煌，剛剛在印度普恩所舉辦的2013亞洲田徑錦標賽，以19公尺61成績，拿下一面銀牌！
張銘煌是台灣男子鉛球20公尺58全國紀錄保持人，今年個人最佳成績是19公尺89，第1次試擲張銘煌飆出全場最佳的19公尺29排名第1，可惜赫布希在第5次試擲，繳出全場最佳的19公尺68竄上領先，張銘煌在總計6次試擲機會，最佳成績僅19公尺61，距離金牌差了7公分。
開賽首日，台灣代表隊累計獲得1銀、1銅，共2面獎牌。

The DC Comics heroes are all god-like in their power, and so in this real-world universeKwere telling our story in, its going to be tough to achieve that, and it has to be done delicately. | 聯大校花命案 凶嫌無期定讞

（中央社記者黃意涵台北3日電）去年發生在苗栗的聯合大學女學生命案，最高法院審酌凶手林昆翰當庭痛哭且跪歉死者家屬，人性未泯，今天判處無期徒刑定讞。
根據判決書指出，林昆翰是苗栗縣聯合大學學生，與同校的林姓女子租屋在同棟大樓。林女去年應屆畢業後，考上台北某家電視台女主播，並於去年6月28日返回租屋處搬家，準備退租。
判決表示，林昆翰見林女隻身搬運行李，主動上前幫忙，並藉機索取手機號碼，但不滿遭林女拒絕後，返回房間拿水果刀再前往林女房間，並趁林女不注意，拿起對方手機撥打自己的手機號碼，藉此獲得林女手機號碼，引發林女不悅。
判決指出，2人發生衝突後，林昆翰拿刀抵住林女頸部，隨後猛刺對方10多下，林女約3至5分鐘即當場死亡。林昆翰隨後心起淫念，褪去對方衣物後污辱屍體。
林昆翰於案發後隔天傳簡訊給父母，謊稱與林女意外遇難，企圖誤導案件偵查。
林女的母親於警詢、偵查中說，林女當天離家抵達苗栗租屋處後，有打電話向她報平安，但是傍晚就無法聯絡到她。
苗栗地方法院依殺人罪、污辱屍體判處林昆翰無期徒刑、褫奪公權終身。
台灣高等法院台中分院認為，林母原本萬幸女兒求學成功、謀職順遂，案發當天也心懸女兒，卻在接獲報平安電話後，再無機會見到女兒神采煥發在職場活躍，重逢之際僅一具冰冷屍體觸目於前。
法院考量林昆翰屢示深深後悔，承諾接受任何刑罰制裁，甚至當庭痛哭、跪歉家屬，人性未泯，仍判處無期徒刑、褫奪公權終身；全案經最高法院駁回上訴，全案定讞。1020703

看到不少人CPU分辨很苦手 現有的文章又年代久遠 就幫大家整理了一下 1. 3代、4代怎麼分 很簡單 就看第一碼數字是3 就是3代，是4就是4代了 至於要不要買最新的 最新的是不是就是最好? 其實不見得 例如3代的3630QM這顆4核心 效能肯定比4代的ULT低電壓還好很多 至於什麼是4核心 什麼是ULT低電壓，請繼續看下去 2. 四核心跟雙核心 之前在光華商場看到一些業務 把工作管理員打開給消費者看 看到4個進程 拿來騙人說是四核心... 一般所謂的四核心 是指"真實有四個實體核心" 在INTEL的代碼內，會多出一個"Q"的字母 3代四核心 3632QM (低熱版本, 35W) 3630QM (45W) 3740QM (45W) 3840QM (45W) 4代四核心 4700HQ (45W BGA特殊版) 4700MQ (45W) 4702HQ (低熱版本,BGA特殊版 ,37W) 4702MQ (低熱版本, 37W) 4800MQ (45W) 4900MQ (45W) 這幾顆CPU，打開工作管理員或是裝置管理員裡面 都看得到8個核心!! 我們卻不會叫他8核心 沒有Q的就是雙核心 例如3230M 打開工作管理員裡面卻還是看到4個CPU! WHY ? 這是因為INTEL有一個模擬技術 每顆實體核心可以再模擬一個邏輯核心出來 所以2實體核心可以模擬出2個邏輯核心 那就看到4個CPU在工作管理員裡面了 基本上2核心跟4核心的效能不能比 會大量運用到4核心的 還是衝一下會用的比較爽 3.正常電壓跟低電壓 正常電壓就是SV = Standard Voltage 低電壓就是Ultra low vlotage 正常電壓效能強 但吃電 且通常做得比較厚比較重 不過同樣價位的筆電 你選擇SV的話 往往可以買到更好效能的處理器 但是不是大家一定要用到這麼好? 我個人認為真的不見得 除非你的需求是會用到重度的計算 像是2D 3D繪圖 檔案一大還是蠻吃CPU的 或是你會做些影音剪片轉檔跑程式之類的 那還是正常電壓的效率好 至於某些人說的SV效能比ULV強很多 一定要買SV不可的 恐怕說的人用得電腦還不夠多 低電壓筆電搭配SSD的話 一定夠順 關鍵還是在整體的價位跟搭配問題 而不是太去計較CPU部分 為何會還是流傳一定要買SV的說法 是因為通常現在的中低階2萬左右的低電壓筆電有個缺點 就是雖然做得薄了 但是省材料成本 重量卻沒有比較輕 重量重 效能又差 那真的是沒啥必要為了那幾mm去買低電壓筆電 但這反而變得倒果為因了 以我個人經驗 Celeron B847之流 搭配一個低階SSD 加上WIN 8 就能勝任日常生活文書處理上網跟影音娛樂 所以沒有太強求的話 真的不一定非衝I5不可 三代的ULV I3 3217U I3 3227U I5 3317U I5 3337U I7 3517U I7 3537U 第四代ULT I5 4200U I7 4500U I7 4600U 最主要還是看結尾的U字 不是看末碼 至於第四代的I3以下 還沒那麼快READY 得等等 4. 3代4代怎麼選 先講正常電壓的部分 因為現在4代只有出QM 4核心和U系列低電壓 所以預算25K以下就沒有選擇上的煩惱 25K以下預算的 還是老話一句: 能等就等 不能等就買 不會有啥好後悔的 3，4代的4核心 效能差距很低 不過4代搭的顯卡較好 (NV 7XX系列) 3代還是有許多搭6系列的 要不然也是6系列rename的7系列例如GT 730 效能就沒有突飛猛進 (不過GT 730跟GT 630比是差很多的) 加上3代大家都已經跳水到溺死爬不起來的情況 除非是預算高 要不然現在買3代是相當划算的 預算如果有35K甚至40K以上 還是選4代吧 至於預算25~35K的可能會比較煩惱點了 因為選擇性會更廣泛 至於低電壓的部分 第4代的ULT效能跟第3代的ULV的效能也差不多 但是省電能力強很多!! 筆電的續航力在相同電池容量的情況下 可以大幅度的提升 所以可以的話還是建議選4代產品 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.204.127.56 ※ 編輯: QuentinHu 來自: 123.204.127.56 (07/04 23:32)

【綜合報導】埃及國防部長塞西(Abdel Fattah el Sisi)宣布軍方版藍圖，莫西發表聲明指控這是軍方政變，呼籲民眾堅守憲法，不要接受軍方策畫的政變，並表示國家所有自由人都會拒絕政變。
軍方單方面宣布莫西下台，並成立臨時政府，不過執政的穆斯林兄弟會尚未有任何表示，支持莫西的民眾也恐將掀起另一波抗議，埃及局勢混沌不明，美國駐開羅大使館宣布撤離所有非必要人員。

【黃仲瑜／新北報導】今天深夜10時許，在新北市五股區新五路92巷內的一處空地，1輛廢棄多年的小轎車突然起火燃燒，附近開車經過的大貨車司機發現，立刻打電話報警，消防隊到達後再10分鐘之內火勢就完全熄滅。
五股消防隊警消表示，附近居民說這輛小轎車已經停在這邊多年，轎車無懸掛車牌，起火原因他們也不清楚，發現的時候已經燒起來了，消防隊表示起火原因還有待火調人員調查才可得知。

【綜合報導】苗栗縣藥房老闆劉宏溪(69歲)，與妻(65歲)開車載高齡96歲母親和外傭去醫院看病後，回程疑因身體不適，距家僅500公尺處衝撞路樹，外傭輕傷、其餘3人不治；檢方今相驗釐清車禍原因。
警方調查，外傭說，出事前老闆夫妻正在聊天，車子卻突然打偏撞樹，也不曉得怎麼會出事。劉宏溪獨子趕到醫院，得知父母和祖母往生，頻頻拭淚，整個人癱坐急診室椅子。
車子在沒有煞車的情況下，失控撞上路樹，釀3死1傷。楊永盛攝

有圖有露臉網誌版: http://huangmajorie.pixnet.net/blog/post/129029440 --------以下為貼上網誌內容的文字版------------ 如果你的化妝包裡沒有這一支YSL的話 那我真是不了解你是不是女人阿~~~~~ 好啦，這樣講是真的有點誇張，在我第一次打開包裝開始用的時候!!!! 我也是這麼誇張的!!! 要定義一下這支YSL唇膏，我只能說 「絕對永遠不退流行 足以代表女人的一支唇膏」 光是包裝，肯定是讓女人們橫屍遍野 中間鑲著YSL classic LOGO 腰帶，腰帶裡是襯著唇膏的顏色 管身是很簡單利落的銀色金屬 光是拿著 便是氣勢非凡 色號：62H601(06) 看起來是一個大紅色的感覺 但是不用擔心，擦起來不會有太豔麗 太過於vintage的那種大紅唇 唇膏本身還蠻軟爛的(很有可能是因為我身處南部、溫度較高) 沒有輕輕的塗抹的話 很容易就會像我一樣(下圖)非常容易融化啊QQ超級捨不得 所以一定一定得記得，要放在陰涼的地方，讓它吹冷氣也不為過阿!! (手背試色) 手背上試色的顏色跟唇膏本身的顏色很相近，透明度再高一點點，有點果凍感覺 顯色度非常棒，來回一次就很飽合 帶有濃郁的光澤感、也帶有水嫩的油光 (全妝照) 搭配有顏色的眼妝也很適合，濃淡程度都可以自已調整 我的素唇本身顏色就蠻紅的，所以只需來回帶個幾次，就非常顯色 來回帶個幾次顏色上帶點冷色感、又有一點點螢光的粉紅 滋潤度可以說是完美，就算已經很乾燥的嘴唇，也能馬上補充滋潤度，不會有裂開、或是脫皮的情況 這是簡單帶個幾次，擦出氣色、有精神的感覺 接著示範擦厚一點、另一種比較豔麗、復古風的感覺 這就是塗抹多次一點的感覺 彩度更高，更能把唇膏本身的顏色顯示出來，單擦唇膏就很有唇蜜的水嫩感 有種吃完油油東西沒有擦嘴的感覺XD 抹比較厚的話油光相對的也比較多，邊邊的地方比較容易暈開 積線問題完全也不用擔心，看圖片就知道完全沒有積線這回事發生~ 建議可以再抿一下衛生紙，把油份抿掉，看起來比較不會那麼油、而且持久度也比較好!!! YSL的唇膏雖然不是很便宜!!!但是如果真的很想要認真入手一支唇膏的話 非常推薦可以入手一支，完全是這個年代的精華啊，傳說中20~80歲的女人都適用這句話，完全不是在開玩笑的 一支唇膏就能有深淺不同的變化，要搭配什麼妝容都很OK，變化性又很高 隨著每個人的唇色不同，擦起來的感覺也會不一樣 淺淺的畫能讓氣色看起來變好、厚厚的塗又是另一種不一樣的感覺，雖然顏色蠻誇張的但是卻沒有風俗味 感覺要來畫咬唇妝的話也蠻適合的，但是本人在唇膏界還只是個小嫩嫩~~~咬唇還是等我練過之後再來試試看好了XD 找個機會一定要再去櫃上看一隻的阿! 以上。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.223.12.170
