【綜合報導】河南鄭州滎陽康寨村民，24日下午4點左右與入村強拆佔地的政府人員發生衝突，當地政府出動約百名警察鎮壓，拘捕10多人，後來警察被近3千民眾包圍，最後不得不撤離，村民則搶走一輛警車，並在車身貼上「非法佔地，無法無天」的標語。

據現場目擊者表示，現場有幾千人圍觀，警察當時已將被捕村民拉上車，一老伯搬來小板凳，坐在被村民搶去的一輛警車前，用喇叭嘲諷地高呼「貪官萬歲！強拆萬 歲！老百姓算個球？！」

村民包圍警員期間，一名實習女警嚇到哭了，由於村民人數眾多，警察寡不敵眾最後選擇撤離，但警車還在群眾手中。

不過，當地知情人士表示，警察肯定還會組織人員進村，他們相當擔心村民的安危。

趙文也在騰訊微博上發文，並問代號「sherry84」的網友「是你嗎？」，而顯然「sherry84」就是郭婷婷，她果真回應說，「我本來就是去採訪的啊，只是習總以為是普通市民，本報一同事未經過我同意就把內部群裡的話發到微博上，被我發現後馬上要求刪帖，但已被@學習粉絲團轉載.....。」這段話，也形同證實了「郭婷婷」的身分。

【綜合報導】總統馬英九連任國民黨主席成功。不過回顧日前他因為認為政績亮眼卻不被人民認同，感到委屈哽咽。對此世新大學客座教授王健壯認為，馬總統犯了「四個不到」錯誤，才會導致這個結果。

世新大學客座教授王健壯今天在《聯合報》論壇版發表《馬總統的「四個不到」》一文中指出，馬總統面對日漸低落的支持度，以及同黨同志的撻伐沒有反躬自省，反而卻一再細數政績，來反駁外界批的「無能」。

馬政府執政五年多，犯了多項重大錯誤政策。例如：五都改制、賦稅改革、組織改造、證所稅開徵、以及十二年國教。不僅讓人民無所適從，更讓人民身心俱疲。馬總統往往忽略重點、輕忽配套，低估民意反彈，「抓不到重點」，成了馬總統第一個領導問題。

第二個問題則是「學不到教訓」。以租稅政策為例，馬執政五年多來，造成台灣稅損龐大，造成國家財政入不敷出，馬總統卻從未反省。
第三「踩不到煞車」，馬總統因為抓不到重點，也就沒「停損」習慣，就像駕駛只會在出事前一刻踩緊急煞車，弄得全車乘客痛苦不堪。
如果領導人能找對人才並賦予權責重任， 或許還能補救領導人的缺點，但馬英九的第四個領導問題卻是「找不到人才」。

因此可以預言的是，在可見的未來，如果馬總統不能改掉「四個不到」的缺點，馬政府仍然會繼續在政策上犯錯，政績也不可能會有重大改善。
