| 4歲童患罕病 全身漸變綠

【綜合報導】根據中國媒體《揚子晚報》報導，江蘇鹽城一4歲女童凌語桐去年3月罹患血癌，進行人工幹細胞移植手術後，因出現免疫功能紊亂，導致體內膽紅素過高，結果全身變綠，需要每日輸血和換血漿來延長生命。專家指這種病例非常罕見，全球至今大概只有兩三例。
凌語桐當時證實罹患急性單核細胞白血病，因為找不到完全符合的骨髓，醫生就用凌語桐父親捐出的骨髓，去年7月為其進行半相合造血幹細胞移植。手術後，凌語桐恢復情況理想，但今年5月覆診時醫生發現她血液裏的紅細胞含量急速下降，後來確定她患上自身免疫性溶血貧血，是由造血幹細胞移植後出現免疫功能紊亂引發。
經過手術後，語桐出現體內膽紅素不斷累積現象，導致皮膚發綠。凌先生說，目前要挽救小語桐，就必須降低她體內的膽紅素，措施就是要每天不斷輸血，進行血漿 置換。自從語桐生病，凌先生一家已花費近200萬元人民幣，不僅把住房給賣了，還欠下二三十萬元的債務，「我們不知道還能堅持多久，希望有奇跡。」

【突發中心／新北報導】永和區中和路一棟大樓，今天凌晨3時許，傳出1名25歲男子燒炭自殺，警消獲報後趕到將他送醫，沒想到男子到院後清醒，竟攻擊救護員及院方醫護人員導致受傷。2名遭攻擊的救護人員將驗傷，不排除對男子提告。男子遭制止後，已被警員上銬。

【綜合報導】俄羅斯兩名女跑者，前日在俄羅斯莫斯科舉行的世界田徑錦標賽頒獎台上，公然嘴對嘴，被視為抗議俄羅斯6月通過的反同性戀法，在推特及其他社群媒體上引起熱議。
俄國接力隊在4X400公尺接力賽中奪得金牌，接力隊成員費露娃和妮索娃站在頒獎台領獎時接吻慶祝，雖然有報導指兩人只是接吻慶祝，別無政治訊息，但這一吻卻引起爭論。
俄羅斯總統普丁6月簽署法案，禁止向未成年人傳播同性戀相關資訊，被視為限制同性戀，引發西方社會指摘。自法案通過，爭議聲不斷，有西方國家擔心，參加明年俄羅斯索契冬季奧運的西方選手，權利可能受影響，有人提出杯葛該賽事。
俄羅斯體育部長穆特科周日，指西指摘俄羅斯限制同性戀，會損害冬奧的說法是「牽強附會」。

【綜合報導】根據埃及國營媒體中東通訊社報導指出，確認是36名穆斯林兄弟會囚犯在試圖逃獄中身亡。
埃及警方18日在移送612名囚犯時，囚犯突然暴動，還出現身份不明的槍手協助囚犯逃獄，囚犯還一度脅持一名警員做人質，警方發射催淚瓦斯造成36名囚犯身亡。
另外埃及臨時政府表示，警方周六與莫西支持者爆發衝突，造成79人死亡，埃及4天暴力的死亡人數增至888人。
內政部則表示，將禁制在首都街頭設置號稱人民委員會的民團組織。

| 德總理專機閒置 吸毒者潛入稱療傷

【綜合報導】德國總理默克爾的專機，上個月據傳曾遭一名吸毒者潛入，18日媒體公佈的軍方記錄證實了這一事件。
今年7月25日，停留在科隆波恩軍用機場的政府專機被不知名者潛入，此人先潛入機艙，後又進入駕駛艙，在那裡按下了緊急事故按鈕，科隆波恩機場指揮台以及國防軍指揮部同時接收到警報，要求現場守衛解釋情況。
守衛在現場發現了一只提包，裡面裝有大麻、冰毒等毒品，但一時無法斷定潛入者當時的位置。20分鐘之後，守衛在提包中又發現了一張記載提包主人個人資訊的字條，初步斷定此人生活在科隆，為土耳其裔德國人，26歲。不過，此人在警方的信息庫中沒有犯罪記錄。半小時之後，現場仍舊沒有發回關於潛入者的更多消息，國防軍將緊急警報提昇至最高級別1級。國防軍擔心此人會開動專機，機上油箱中裝有約8噸油，如果專機啟動在地面和其它飛機相撞，後果將不堪設想。
儘管機場旁邊即駐扎著國防軍空軍的一個營地，但直到事件發生40分鐘之後，軍警才出現在現場，卸掉了機身上的電池，從而控制飛機啟動。2小時之後，聯邦刑警也來到現場。之前除了守衛之外，沒有人試圖和潛入飛機的人取得聯系。由於不知道潛入者的具體位置，警方通過話筒向機艙內喊話，但沒有得到回應。3小時之後，警方決定利用警犬搜尋潛入者，最後終於發現其躲在機艙後部而將其逮捕。
軍方的記錄稱，這位被警方稱為T的潛入者先來到機場邊上的空軍軍營，假稱有事被獲准進入。之後爬越圍欄進入機場，警方在圍欄上發現了T的DNA。T的職業是健身教練，被警方抓捕時僅身著內褲。T自稱因失戀而作出這一舉動。
媒體經過調查發現，這架被“入侵”的專機當時沒有上鎖，駕駛艙門也處於開放狀態，完全違反航空規定。此外，地面跑道上設置的震動警報，也因建築工地的存在而關閉，致使T可以非法登機。
德國政府專機型號為空客A319，購置於3年前。機艙裡設置有私人辦公室及一間十二席會議室。主艙能運載32位乘客。事件之後，該機左機翼部分須重新刷漆，並替換了一個緊急滑梯。經過試飛之後，該機從本周起已重新使用。

盛傳山達基教派在美國新墨西哥州的沙漠祕密興建可防核的「外星人教堂」，以及可讓未來教徒從外星球搭太空船重返地球時降落的跑道。最近曝光的照片證實這些傳言不假，色彩神祕的山達基教派也再度引起各界矚目。
據英國《每日郵報》的獨家近拍照片顯示，這個位於新墨西哥州沙漠的基地「Trementina」，依山而建的3層樓建築就是外星人教堂，咸信教堂後面鑿了數條數百英尺深的地道，裡面存放了刻有山達基教創始人賀伯特手稿的不鏽鋼平板或金碟。
該基地的另一特徵是地上鑿了2個重疊的圓圈，每個圓圈裡各有1個菱形圖案。據悉其用意是充作高階信徒在核戰爭徹底摧毀人類後，從外太空搭飛船重返地球時的路標，所以又名「重返地球點」，還可協助信徒循線找到賀伯特的手稿。
基地坐落在新墨西哥州沙漠的中心位置，距離最近城鎮拉斯維加斯約20英里，所以蓋了自己的供水系統。基地上另外建了「迎賓中心」，綠色屋頂的建築群中間有個小庭院。曾獲邀參觀基地的拉斯維加斯前警長加拉哥斯說，屋子裡沒有任何科技設備，看不到電話、電視、網路等等。
加拉哥斯之所以能入內參觀，係因外界盛傳基地的樹叢裡到處安裝了攝影機，狙擊手也遍佈各地，等著射殺擅闖者，為了消弭大家的疑慮，所以邀請他入內參觀。據信他是唯一參觀過山達基基地的非教徒。不過他說，感覺上對方有所隱瞞，也禁止他參觀中心區域。
山達基成立於1953年，擁有眾多好萊塢知名影星支持，包括湯姆克魯斯、約翰屈伏塔等。許多該教派信徒認為人類是7500萬年前由外星人帶來地球的。湯姆克魯斯日前受訪表示，他也認為外星人之說非空穴來風：「你不能完全排除這個可能。若要認為在浩瀚宇宙裡我們是唯一的生物，那就太傲慢了。只是我自己還沒遇到過！」

【施春美／台北報導】苗栗大埔4戶被拆今滿月，農村陣線在凱達格蘭大道舉辦「818拆政府行動－－把國家還給人民」晚會，現場在農陣發言人蔡培慧、遭強拆的大埔張藥房老闆彭秀春發言後，農民楊儒門、詹武龍也陸續發言，楊儒門表示，若政府拆除人民的家園，民眾不能默默接受，應出來抗爭，否則「沉默也是一種暴力。」詹武龍則說，政府要強拆民屋，表示政府財務吃緊，若政府財務吃緊，首個遭殃者就是公務員，因為政府破產，就要先裁公務員，所以此次強拆影響的不只是4戶大埔民眾，連公務員都會受影響。
台北大學不動產與城鄉環境學系教授廖本全表示，這個政府不只不保護基本人權，反而要人民尊重它，「這個政府已經吃定我們了，他以為別人的傷口，我們都不會痛，但我們這次要告訴這個政府，這個土地，任何人的傷口就是我們共同的傷口。」

【羅琦文／高雄報導】高雄市德民路一棟大樓七樓住戶的熱水器，今天凌晨零時30分許，突然起火燃燒，火警鈴聲大作，大樓管理室也廣播叫住戶們逃生，消防局獲報大樓火警不敢大意，出動大批人車前往救火，所幸火勢不到十分鐘就被撲滅，大樓管理室廣播說明是住戶的熱水器起火，火勢已被撲滅，請住戶們安心回家睡覺，但是有住戶說：「這樣鬧下來誰還睡得著啊？」

| 【快訊】埃媒：確認36名囚犯擬逃獄身亡

【綜合報導】根據埃及國營媒體中東通訊社報導指出，確認是36名穆斯林兄弟會囚犯在試圖逃獄中身亡。
埃及警方18日在移送612名囚犯時，囚犯突然暴動，還出現身份不明的槍手協助囚犯逃獄，囚犯還一度脅持一名警員做人質，警方發射催淚瓦斯造成36名囚犯身亡。
另外埃及臨時政府表示，警方周六與莫西支持者爆發衝突，造成79人死亡，埃及4天暴力的死亡人數增至888人。
內政部則表示，將禁制在首都街頭設置號稱人民委員會的民團組織。

| 遭降二級改敘 柯文哲發聲明

台大醫師柯文哲因涉愛滋器捐案，遭司法院公懲會決議「降二級改敘」。目前人在波蘭的柯文哲透過林世嘉發出3點聲明。
柯文哲說，對於無辜受害病患及家人，他深感歉意。
柯文哲說，公道自在人心，他個人可背起所有責任，但他一個人扛，並不能解決台灣器官移植制度的缺失；所有相關單位及個人，都應誠實面對錯誤，才能建立完善制度。
柯文哲表示，公懲會無法釐清真相也就罷了，若以此事做為政治鬥爭工具，才是台灣的大不幸。

最近在拚「親愛的瑞英」， 原本以為五十集的劇應該是落落長不著邊際， 沒想到絲絲入扣集集精彩， 裡面每一個演員都超會演的， 即便是崔允英演的崔浩婷都超有戲！ 不過我有一點不明， 就是像瑞英這樣好的太太， 即便是對友才有所隱瞞， 不過瑞英這三點，什麼該做到的，不該做到的，通通做到了， 而且家庭與事業都顧好了， 沒有半點怨言。 就像友才說的： 「聰明的李瑞英、自尊心強的李瑞英、了不起的李瑞英」 雖然是諷刺瑞英的話， 不過一部份也道出了這三年裡，他眼中的李瑞英。 如果是這樣的話， 為什麼他不肯跟瑞英好好談談他發現了什麼？ 他到底在氣瑞英些什麼？ 這一點我有點不明白， 謹此提出來，與劇友們討論，謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.69.33.252
