大陸股市16日盤中出現異常的激烈飆漲，但最後卻是空歡喜一場，收盤仍然小跌，但周線小漲約0.8%。

上海股市16日開盤相對平靜，但上午盤接近結束時，上證綜合指數突然狂飆，在11時5分到7分的短短兩分鐘內，上證指數從2074點拉高到2134點，更在11時29分時升到2148.23點的尖峰，亦即從下跌1%一變成為暴漲5.6%。

在這段混亂時刻中，上證指數權重最大的20支股票中，有16支漲停板，漲幅10%。不過，指數在下午盤開始一路下滑，收盤時上證指數以2068.45點作收，反比前市下滑0.64%，周線漲幅也縮小為0.8%。

突如其來的飆漲讓投資人、交易員滿頭霧水，但事後調查指向光大證券誤下人民幣70億元的肥單，是造成市場空歡喜的禍首。

光大證券也承認內部交易系統出現問題，該公司股票當天午盤已宣布暫停交易。擁有光大證券的中國光大控股股價，16日在香港股市重挫5.5%。

招商銀行16日下跌0.5%，收人民幣10.99元；中國石化漲0.4%，收4.52元；海通證券收盤漲0.4%，以11.22元成交。

上證指數今年來已下跌8.8%，相對於MSCI世界指數的上漲9.8%，表現可說相當難堪。烏龍下單指數目前的本益比為11倍，遠低於2009年尖峰時的29倍。

富國證券的投資策略師賈柯布森說：「系統出錯的時機來得很不是時候，對市場存有疑慮的投資人原就不少，這個事件將更進一步侵蝕股民的信心。」

一位從事會計工作的姚姓投資人就說：「我當時就覺得，這個市場發瘋了，一定是有人在操縱市場。我對股市沒有信心，因為裡面有太多投機客。」

全球股市歷年來曾多次上演烏龍下單事件，最有名的一次發生在2010年5月，當時一筆空單曾造成紐約股市的道瓊工業指數在幾分鐘內暴跌近1000點。大阪衍生商品平台今年3月時曾經出包，而孟買一家經紀公司去年10月的錯單，也讓CNX Nifty指數在8秒鐘內暴跌16%。

【綜合報導】根據埃及國營媒體中東通訊社報導指出，確認是36名穆斯林兄弟會囚犯在試圖逃獄中身亡。
 
埃及警方18日在移送612名囚犯時，囚犯突然暴動，還出現身份不明的槍手協助囚犯逃獄，囚犯還一度脅持一名警員做人質，警方發射催淚瓦斯造成36名囚犯身亡。

另外埃及臨時政府表示，警方周六與莫西支持者爆發衝突，造成79人死亡，埃及4天暴力的死亡人數增至888人。

內政部則表示，將禁制在首都街頭設置號稱人民委員會的民團組織。

【綜合報導】德國總理默克爾的專機，上個月據傳曾遭一名吸毒者潛入，18日媒體公佈的軍方記錄證實了這一事件。

今年7月25日，停留在科隆波恩軍用機場的政府專機被不知名者潛入，此人先潛入機艙，後又進入駕駛艙，在那裡按下了緊急事故按鈕，科隆波恩機場指揮台以及國防軍指揮部同時接收到警報，要求現場守衛解釋情況。

守衛在現場發現了一只提包，裡面裝有大麻、冰毒等毒品，但一時無法斷定潛入者當時的位置。20分鐘之後，守衛在提包中又發現了一張記載提包主人個人資訊的字條，初步斷定此人生活在科隆，為土耳其裔德國人，26歲。不過，此人在警方的信息庫中沒有犯罪記錄。半小時之後，現場仍舊沒有發回關於潛入者的更多消息，國防軍將緊急警報提昇至最高級別1級。國防軍擔心此人會開動專機，機上油箱中裝有約8噸油，如果專機啟動在地面和其它飛機相撞，後果將不堪設想。

儘管機場旁邊即駐扎著國防軍空軍的一個營地，但直到事件發生40分鐘之後，軍警才出現在現場，卸掉了機身上的電池，從而控制飛機啟動。2小時之後，聯邦刑警也來到現場。之前除了守衛之外，沒有人試圖和潛入飛機的人取得聯系。由於不知道潛入者的具體位置，警方通過話筒向機艙內喊話，但沒有得到回應。3小時之後，警方決定利用警犬搜尋潛入者，最後終於發現其躲在機艙後部而將其逮捕。

軍方的記錄稱，這位被警方稱為T的潛入者先來到機場邊上的空軍軍營，假稱有事被獲准進入。之後爬越圍欄進入機場，警方在圍欄上發現了T的DNA。T的職業是健身教練，被警方抓捕時僅身著內褲。T自稱因失戀而作出這一舉動。
　　
媒體經過調查發現，這架被“入侵”的專機當時沒有上鎖，駕駛艙門也處於開放狀態，完全違反航空規定。此外，地面跑道上設置的震動警報，也因建築工地的存在而關閉，致使T可以非法登機。

德國政府專機型號為空客A319，購置於3年前。機艙裡設置有私人辦公室及一間十二席會議室。主艙能運載32位乘客。事件之後，該機左機翼部分須重新刷漆，並替換了一個緊急滑梯。經過試飛之後，該機從本周起已重新使用。
