大家晚安^^ 先說明，以下有Glitz hair抱怨文，純屬個人感觀及喜好問題 和大家分享，提供參考囉 有圖證明 ---------------------------------------------------------------- 會去glitz主要是因為板上他的推薦文很多，所以就預約了 本來想約的設計師Edison已經離職 一時不知道要改約哪位設計師 預約小姐說，第一次來店燙髮不指定折扣較高 想說就不指定好了 當天幫我做服務的設計師是SASA 一開始溝通，我就有要求 因為我是自然捲，所以瀏海不要燙S或任何弧度就刷直不要過貼就好!! 他也說，我的瀏海自然捲燙完後就不會了 結果呢? 就是還有弧度阿，S形狀更嚴重(尤其遇水或遇汗後)，也毛毛的 由於我是燙上直下大捲，所以還加錢做她們推銷的五劑護髮... 她們說這樣燙出來的效果會更好...但瀏海就還是毛毛的阿(看起來髮質就很不好) 弄好的當下，其實我臉已經有點變了 因為本人真的很不喜歡Q的瀏海，我就有自然捲了阿(怒) 也對他們失去信心，就草草結束(唉~弄下來也不算便宜也) (PS助理的指甲也屢次在洗頭時刺到我的頭皮，並不是很舒服) 後來，我實在受不了毛躁兼S型瀏海(我明明就要直的阿TOT) 就跑去MOMO魔髮屋，請MOMO幫我燙直瀏海+染髮 這次用完我真的非常滿意! 關於之前MOMO有板友提出她排預約客人排很滿，所以等太久的問題 但我覺得MOMO已經針對預約部分做改善及調整 今天我並不會覺得很多人擠在同一個時段，MOMO很忙 而且我的頭髮中段髮質受損嚴重 導致上色飽和度不佳，有色差 MOMO還免費額外幫我做補色的動作，真的很大心 最近MOMO有進哥德式柔漾護髮(四劑式)，下次我會回去做 到時成果如何，會在和大家分享心得 誠心推薦MOMO魔髮屋 平價奢華^^ momo電話:0953-314265/0980-590759(am10:00~pm6:00) line帳號:a690130 工作室:臺中市太平區宜昌路332號11樓 公休日:星期日 glitz(sasa)瀏海http://ppt.cc/AqIg 這還是給她們剛弄完時吹過的照片，之後遇到汗超S的瀏海，請原諒我不想PO(淚) MOMO補救後http://ppt.cc/y~rq http://ppt.cc/E8HW -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.67.207.44

「八一八拆政府行動」晚會後民眾翻進鐵門靜坐，千人在廣場上靜坐，並陸續高喊「昨天拆大埔、明天拆政府」，現場動態透過網路直播（http://www.ustream.tv/channel/ nonukestw），直到午夜仍有超過千人觀看，螢幕中群眾在地上塗鴉，畫上怪手及「把國家還給人民」字樣。

不過台灣農村陣線也在臉書上發布訊息指出，內政部附近已開始聚集大量警力，林森南路有三輛警備車約一百人的保六警員集結，立法院內也聚集大批警力，預期可能會從聯合辦公大樓的外交部領事局側的小門進入清場，而立院內似乎安排了更多的警力，最遲更能清晨就會展開清場動作。

【綜合報導】德國總理默克爾的專機，上個月據傳曾遭一名吸毒者潛入，18日媒體公佈的軍方記錄證實了這一事件。

今年7月25日，停留在科隆波恩軍用機場的政府專機被不知名者潛入，此人先潛入機艙，後又進入駕駛艙，在那裡按下了緊急事故按鈕，科隆波恩機場指揮台以及國防軍指揮部同時接收到警報，要求現場守衛解釋情況。

守衛在現場發現了一只提包，裡面裝有大麻、冰毒等毒品，但一時無法斷定潛入者當時的位置。20分鐘之後，守衛在提包中又發現了一張記載提包主人個人資訊的字條，初步斷定此人生活在科隆，為土耳其裔德國人，26歲。不過，此人在警方的信息庫中沒有犯罪記錄。半小時之後，現場仍舊沒有發回關於潛入者的更多消息，國防軍將緊急警報提昇至最高級別1級。國防軍擔心此人會開動專機，機上油箱中裝有約8噸油，如果專機啟動在地面和其它飛機相撞，後果將不堪設想。

儘管機場旁邊即駐扎著國防軍空軍的一個營地，但直到事件發生40分鐘之後，軍警才出現在現場，卸掉了機身上的電池，從而控制飛機啟動。2小時之後，聯邦刑警也來到現場。之前除了守衛之外，沒有人試圖和潛入飛機的人取得聯系。由於不知道潛入者的具體位置，警方通過話筒向機艙內喊話，但沒有得到回應。3小時之後，警方決定利用警犬搜尋潛入者，最後終於發現其躲在機艙後部而將其逮捕。

軍方的記錄稱，這位被警方稱為T的潛入者先來到機場邊上的空軍軍營，假稱有事被獲准進入。之後爬越圍欄進入機場，警方在圍欄上發現了T的DNA。T的職業是健身教練，被警方抓捕時僅身著內褲。T自稱因失戀而作出這一舉動。
　　
媒體經過調查發現，這架被“入侵”的專機當時沒有上鎖，駕駛艙門也處於開放狀態，完全違反航空規定。此外，地面跑道上設置的震動警報，也因建築工地的存在而關閉，致使T可以非法登機。

德國政府專機型號為空客A319，購置於3年前。機艙裡設置有私人辦公室及一間十二席會議室。主艙能運載32位乘客。事件之後，該機左機翼部分須重新刷漆，並替換了一個緊急滑梯。經過試飛之後，該機從本周起已重新使用。

【孫英哲／彰化報導】馬路奇景！社頭鄉公所近來發包清水岩路柏油舖設工程，離譜的是，路旁有一輛腳踏車未遷走，趁半夜施工的包商竟直接把柏油從腳踏車的後輪舖過去，居民今天早上出門看到時，都直呼太離譜，痛罵包商施工太草率。

當地居民將上述狀況拍照貼網後引發討論，有人罵包商草率施工，連腳踏車都懶得移動；但也有人認為是腳踏車車主不對，沒在舖柏油前把車移走。

社頭鄉公所獲報後，已通知包商將腳踏車後輪從柏油中拉出，並該地放置警示標誌。

【大紀元2013年08月18日訊】(大紀元記者黃清綜合報導）8月17日，大陸媒體曝光，中儲糧河南分公司系統110名「碩鼠」利用國家「托市糧」收購政策，以空買空賣「轉圈糧」28億斤，騙取糧食資金7億多元，收受賄賂、貪污挪用糧食資金等系列案件，揭開了中儲糧系統運營監管中存在的巨大漏洞。

據《瞭望》新聞週刊報導，目前，系列案件已經法院審理判決，但還有多起案件正在偵辦過程中。

28億斤「轉圈糧」騙7億資金

據河南省檢察機關發聲稱，中儲糧河南分公司51個下屬糧庫，至少有35個存在「轉圈糧」。已查出河南各直屬糧庫「轉圈糧」28億斤，總價值28億多元，直接騙取的國家糧食資金超過7億元。

河南中儲糧系統曾有4200多個企業代儲糧庫，有的糧庫糧食收購入庫時缺斤短兩，存儲中被盜賣等導致的虧庫非常普遍。如漯河直屬庫下屬的一個代儲庫，2010年就被偷賣掉3萬噸價值6000萬元的小麥。

據河南省檢察院反貪局掌握的情況，2011年，中儲糧河南分公司下屬各糧庫虧庫總數達26萬噸。

糧食業界人士提出，中儲糧在經營運作流程上存在巨大漏洞。

中儲糧原高管被重判

7月13日，《新華網》報導稱：從河南省鶴壁市中級人民法院獲悉，中國儲備糧管理總公司河南公司原董事長李長軒受賄、巨額財產來源不明一案日前審結。李長軒被處無期徒刑。

網友「清風凜人」對此評論稱：一把大火燒的蹊蹺，終於燒出了個狗官！可這只是一只蒼蠅，老虎呢？制度不改革，蒼蠅滅不盡！老虎也只是燒點皮毛而已！

沉寂2月 中儲糧5.31火災遭國務院督查

今年5月31日中儲糧火災驚動大陸民眾，當局掩蓋慘重的損失。在沉寂了約2個月後，中共國務院安委會掛牌督辦「中儲糧火災」事故，稱要「徹查事故原因」。

此前，大紀元曾報導，中紀委書記王岐山作為習近平的「反腐」急先鋒，派駐中央巡視組下到各地調查期間，遭到體制內的利益集團的頑抗。中儲糧、中石油、中儲棉等「中字號」的大型國營企業在不到一個月之內接連爆發離奇大火，損失慘重，但當局一直欲蓋彌彰，給出的起火理由更是荒誕無稽，遭民眾唾罵。

7月24日，《新華網》報導：國務院安委會辦公室日前印發通知，決定對中儲糧黑龍江分公司林甸直屬庫「5．31」火災事故查處實行掛牌督辦。

根據中國儲備糧管理總公司此前的通報，5月31日13時16分，中儲糧總公司所屬黑龍江林甸直屬庫發生火災，共有80個儲糧貨位表層過火，過火倉位共儲存糧食5.14萬噸。

中儲糧的謎還沒解開，中儲棉又火了，說是雷雨天的「雷擊」導致，損失了2.46萬噸棉花，民眾情緒穩定。

針對中儲糧、中儲棉詭異大火，民眾譏諷：巡察組只不過是一個查賬部門，不是火神下凡，怎麼只是想去哪兒還沒有動身，哪兒就開始大火了？日本鬼子實行三光政策，那還要自己動手燒，我們的巡察組人還沒去，只是有個想法，不懂人言不通人性的配電箱都會主動短路，天庭神仙雷震子都要暗助雷劈中儲棉，這究竟是巡察組的氣場強大還是中儲糧中儲棉碩鼠自救？

【綜合報導】楊丞琳昨午斥資300萬元，舉辦新歌發表會，近來身體微恙的她體重狂掉3公斤，高162公分僅剩下43公斤，臉型明顯小一號，也讓楊媽媽特找一小碗就要價750元的「滴雞精」給女兒補身體。楊丞琳笑稱：「喝了氣色比較好，絕不是針對唱歌，因為我唱歌本來就很有力。」

她昨穿白色洋裝，搭配5公尺寬的巨型機械羽翼，化身彩色蝴蝶，抱病獻唱6首歌曲，在台上直呼：「今天大肆咳痰流鼻涕，但我要繼續唱，因為我很勇敢！」立刻引起現場1500名粉絲尖叫打氣。

【陳雍仁／苗栗報導】瓊斯盃女籃賽最後1天，上演經典戲碼中韓大戰，中華女籃背負必須大勝壓力應戰，雖力拼全場，但面對強悍的南韓國家隊，攻守表現都居下風，終場以52比75慘敗，僅獲第3名，是中華女籃近12年參賽最差成績。
 
南韓賽前就預告：「今年來參賽，就是為了擊敗中華！」一開賽果然展現超強氣勢，靠著兇猛火力與嚴密防守，一路壓著中華打。中華雖力圖振作，但無奈進攻頻頻受阻，不僅無法追近比分，落後差距還被愈拉愈開。
 
南韓贏球後，以5戰全勝戰績，第10度在瓊斯盃封后，南韓本屆派出國家隊陣容，但仍以年輕培訓球員為主，被稱為「1.5」軍，但在瓊斯盃的表現仍令人驚豔，打出成熟球風。
