漢堡Wasserk Billstedt區的文化中心在2007年成立「嘻哈學院」（Hiphop Academy Hamburg）。這個獨特的流行文化訓練計劃廣受歡迎，也吸引來自全球社教機構到此取經。

Wasserk Billstedt區的居民有不少是新移民。文化中心為新移民家庭的第二代設計了不同年齡層的課外才藝活動。

為了吸引精力充沛的青少年參加活動，中心將訓練課程設定在流行文化，設立嘻哈學院，邀請在德國有名氣的嘻哈歌手、街舞舞者、Beatbox口技專家和DJ來授課。

住在漢堡地區年齡在13歲到25歲之間的年輕人都可以報名參加嘻哈學院的免費課程。學院的負責人表示，目前有550名學生，分別參加基礎、中級及高級訓練。完成高級訓練，成績優異的學生可獲選進入學校的舞團，就有登台演出的機會。

嘻哈學院的舞團在德國已小有名氣，每年在德國各地演出40場，還曾應邀到法國馬賽及俄羅斯的莫斯科和新西伯利亞（Novosibirsk）演出。

學院負責人知道台灣的青少年對嘻哈流行文化非常感興趣，最近透過台灣駐德國的單位聯繫，希望也能夠與台灣的學校交流。

嘻哈學院的學員有70%是移民家庭子弟。不同文化背景的青少年一同練習年輕人都熱中的流行文化，也有助於促進族群融合。德國政府非常肯定這個機構的用心。德國總理梅克爾在兩年前曾訪問嘻哈學院，讚揚其成就。

免費教學的嘻哈學院需要社區的支持。每年新學期開課，學院會為贊助訓練計劃的社區民眾辦說明會，除了學生的表演，指導老師也會上台介紹流行文化，讓社區認識學院推動的工作和成效。

學院負責人表示，過去幾年學院在漢堡已經辦過80次活動。學院也經常有來自世界各地的訪客，平均每年前來參觀的各界人士超過5萬人。

總舖師觀後感。（有點雷） 一面倒的好評，讓我抱持著滿腔期待去看， 卻沒得到相對應的感動。 首先，我還是必須說， 國片如果跳脫不出本土傳統這樣的題材， 就會永遠被侷限住。 ====== 一部電影，大概可以分三個地方討論， 1.劇情 2.角色 3.配樂 總舖師的配樂我覺得非常好，我在這邊就不太討論了。 1.劇情： 以總舖師為題材， 但我卻看不到對於總舖師這個傳統職業更深刻的內涵及衝突。 拿最近我很愛的本土題材電影"阿嫲的夢中情人"來做比較， 在整部片中間， 其實可以看出國片的興衰以及身為國片導演當時心裡與現實的矛盾， 在是在總舖師這部片裡面其實我看不到什麼， 真正有學到的大概是憨人師跟小婉說的那段故事吧。 再來這樣的題材，類似的搞笑模式， 其實前面已經有很成功的食神為代表， 總舖師沒有超過反而還有些許食神的影子存在， 這就跟王詩安要跟BIRDY比較的問題一樣， 既然沒有把握超過，那這樣的題材就會反而是敗筆。 2.角色： 對我而言整場的亮點還是在林美秀跟柯一正身上， 林美秀的舞台底子強到不行，配合著他以來最拿手的媽媽角色， 可以算是無懈可擊。 柯一正的戲份很少，但是也是個全身都是戲的老演員， 在後面出現的那段，確實也讓我眼淚掉出來。 剩下的演員，我覺得總有些問題， 葉如海如果沒有口音，那本身的笑點就沒了， 我只能說，國片中如果有楊祐寧跟楊一展這兩個人實在讓我很難入戲XD 小婉在戲中，雖然表現還算可以， 但是總還是生澀，或許有其他更好的角色人選？ 至於，很多人認為的亮點----召喚獸。 我真的覺得不知道他們在幹嘛， 不是他們本身的問題，是整體角色設定實在太跳， 甚至我覺得有些多餘。 更別說整體刻意營造的笑點，我真的覺得我笑不出來。 PS：我整個反而期待著被剪掉的客串角色， 或許他們的出現會給整部片大加分？ ======= 現在的國片要賣座很簡單， 1.選一個本土題材 2.找幾個硬底子老演員 3.找幾個偶像劇男一女一 大概就可以拍了。 但是一路這樣看下來， 如果沒有本土題材，又沒有這些硬底子演員， 到底我們的國片還剩下什麼？ -- ◤ ◤ ◣ ● Ο ο ◤ ◣ ◣ ◣ ◤ 。 ο ○ 。 ○ °● ◣ ≡ ◤ ° ο Ο ◣ ◤ ◤ ◣ ≡ ◤-- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.44.246.171 ※ 編輯: sssh 來自: 114.44.246.171 (08/24 10:21) 噓 ericcharng:噓你這樣還不給負雷 怕被護航大軍噓用普雷緩頰也太孬 08/24 10:31

正在進行的洋光大戰 主場的光芒隊 面對很難掉分的黑田博樹 在2局下半時 首先由 M. Joyce出發 並順利擊出安打代表追平分站上一壘 此時輪到全隊打擊率最高的 J. Loney打擊 眼見可能會是投手戰 西瓜下了觸擊戰術(可能+打帶跑) 由三壘指導教練向場內傳送給隆尼 此時隆尼似乎對這個戰術和暗號有點confuse 於是退出打擊區再度向三壘指導教練確認暗號 最終觸點失敗後，打了一個左外野的高飛球被接殺 並無推進效果 卻致使黑田不斷向一壘的Joyce作出牽制 我想說的是 看錯暗號是一回事 即便球員今天是中心打線 但對於總教練下的戰術 能有這樣懷疑的態度嗎? 但你又一次的向教練團作出確認的動作 不就全世界都知道我(攻方)要下戰術 這樣反而是造成戰術執行上的困難與失敗率機率的提升吧! 我自己覺得好像有點"白木" 可能話重了一點 舉個例子 雖然感情上休華特不可能叫CD點球 但如果真的要點 即便是你中心打者 也不容質疑總教練吧! 還是得確實執行不是嗎? 更何況是難以捉摸的西瓜 大家覺得呢? 個人覺得隆尼當下這樣的反應是不聰明的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.226.9

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】行政院主計總處今公布7月失業率為4.25％，比6月上升0.11個百分點，失業人數也增加1.4萬人達到48.7萬人。主計總處國勢普查處副處長羅怡玲說，失業率上升主要是受應屆畢業生投入尋職影響，上月初次尋職者增加1萬人所致。和去年同期相較，失業率仍降低了0.06個百分點。

依年齡別分析，20到24歲失業率14.05％最高，比6月增加0.71個百分點，主因也是社會新鮮人開始求職；依學歷比較，大學及以上程度失業率5.51％，也成長了0.26個百分點。我國失業率仍居亞洲四小龍之冠，高於香港3.3％、韓國3.2％、新加坡2.1％。

【綜合報導】每天一定要喝咖啡提神嗎？現在美國一研究團隊研發出咖啡因能量噴霧劑，用噴的就能振奮精神，不用擔心口中留異味，也完全無熱量，而且提神效果比喝一杯咖啡還更持久，一瓶噴霧器可噴上160次，相當於40杯咖啡的咖啡因含量。
 
研究團隊表示噴霧器裡主要成分就是咖啡因，原理就像戒菸貼片一樣，液態咖啡因也能滲入細胞膜讓人體吸收，困難在於要將咖啡因液態化相當不容易，最終研究團隊利用酪氨酸(Tyrosin)增加咖啡因的可溶性，成功研發出這款能量噴霧劑。
 
噴霧劑可噴於脖子或手腕，就像擦香水一樣，只是這款噴霧劑沒有味道，但研發團隊建議一天不可噴超過20次，研發團隊目前在籌資網站上販售商品募集創業基金，一瓶售價15美元，約是450塊台幣。

【楊景婷／綜合報導】柳翰雅（阿雅）、錦榮主演的電影《粉紅女郎》昨在成都首映，該片百分之80的外景都在成都拍，讓阿雅十分懷念，她回憶在成都拍片時，每天都吃著泡辣椒油的各種小吃，還體驗了成都水上麻將跟著名的烏篷船，直呼：「好像跟成都談戀愛一樣。」

【施春美╱台北報導】北市就業服務處訂下月7日舉辦大型科技業就業博覽會，共41家廠商提供近3千個工作機會，職缺比去年同期增逾1倍，知名科技廠商幾乎全到齊，如友達光電、晶元光電、力晶科技等均大舉徵人，其中宏正自動科技祭出優渥薪資搶人，除學士起薪4萬元，碩士最高6萬5千元，博士更可達10萬元。  

宏正自動科技協理王安倫說，9月為科技業的轉職潮，近來服務業當道，導致科技背景者轉往餐飲業發展，出現人才荒，今年積極儲備人才，除砸大錢招募工程師，也徵求產品行銷專業人才，「學士起薪4萬元，碩士最高6萬5千元，首度徵求具高階模組運算能力的博士，月薪6萬5千至10萬元不等」。
