【陳幼英／台北報導】藝人蕭淑慎7月底左眼受傷看醫生，當時她被診斷是長期待在冷氣房，加上戴隱形眼鏡多年，導致眼睛過乾，眼球表面撕裂，今她舊疾復發，又在臉書放上左眼受傷，看醫生後包成獨眼龍的照片。
 
蕭淑慎今天下午在臉書寫著「獨眼龍又重出江湖了…到底是怎樣？ 乾燥問題沒有！ 整天玩手機也沒有！ 到底？到底？到底？到底？」不解自己的左眼球為何又出現撕裂傷。

【綜合報導】中國「發展」智慧手機的進程幾乎與世界同步，市場上叫不出牌子的白牌機種類之多，絕對居世界之冠，很多長得和iPhone一模一樣、開機後卻是詭異作業系統的手機，甚至多次被國外主流媒體拿來作文章。其實，要在山寨天朝大國走出自己的路，原本就是從模仿、拼貼開始，擷取各家優點再加以消化改良，進而成為自己的品牌，北京小米科技能走到這個地步，實屬不易。

今天(5日)發表的新旗艦機M3，有著號稱智慧手機史上「運算最快」的雙平台多核中央處理器，搭配著可說是各品牌頂尖的配備，與「不嚇人」的價格，相信會在年底的智慧手機市場上發揮絕對的影響力，但隨著發表會網路現場直播，兩岸網友就算沒拿到實機、沒有開箱文，仍然出現一片毒舌批評聲浪。

首先最大的「相似度」就在外型，許多網友第一眼的反應都認為，小米機和遭到《微軟》(Microsoft)併購的芬蘭手機大廠諾基亞(NOKIA)末代旗艦機Lumia系列，機身的線條十分類似，但也有網友認為，智慧手機機身其實就這個樣，「難道要做成圓形嗎」；而隨著規格公開，M3不能自行更換電池與不支援外接記憶卡的部分也遭到批評。但頂級的各項配備如相機鏡頭、手上有水或戴手套也能操作的超靈敏觸控螢幕、多採防護套等，仍讓人驚艷。

近來已有秋意，墾丁國家公園管理處為讓民眾目睹數萬隻的「群鷹漫天」自然現象，將在9月底舉辦「秋，飛起來是鷹」體驗活動。

墾管處表示，墾丁國家公園過境數量最多的猛禽是赤腹鷹，過境高峰期在9月中、下旬，單季最高紀錄是2004年的22萬多隻，近幾年來每年也有超過10萬隻的過境紀錄。

墾管處指出，秋天的墾丁是台灣賞鷹的首選，清晨早起看鷹－無論是「鷹柱」、還是「鷹河」、「鷹海」、「鷹空」都有可能親眼目睹；以肉眼直視鷹銳利的眼神、辨識牠們的羽色。

墾管處預定在9月28至29日舉辦2天1夜的賞鷹活動，名額30人，額滿為止。報名費用每人新台幣1650元，活動詳情、報名及繳費可上網（http://www.ktnp.gov.tw）查詢。

屏東恆春漁民蔡波疑似越界到菲律賓捕魚，遭當地水警扣押。海巡署今天說，全力保護漁船在南方專屬經濟海域內合法作業。

外交部轉述據蔡波說法，他4日下午3時在北緯21度巴丹群島的島嶼「Ditarem」休息時，遭「持有武器、著便裝」的菲律賓人留置。隨後蔡波和膠筏被帶往巴斯戈的看守所，並交由當地警局留置，菲警未說明留置理由。

行政院海岸巡防署表示，蔡波被扣留在菲國雅米島海域，是我國暫定執法線以南；遭扣押時，膠筏可能未裝設船位定位器，相關單位難在第一時間掌握資訊，預定指派福星艦前往附近海域。

海巡署指出，在台菲漁業會談協議達成前，以南方200浬為專屬經濟海域為巡護範圍，並把巡邏重點放在巴丹群島東方、西方和北方海域，不會以護漁南界為限。

海巡署表示，絕對會以護漁為主要工作重點，只要漁船在南方專屬經濟海域內合法作業，也就是不進入其他國家領海作業，會全力保護漁船和漁民安全。

海巡署說，此外，也會依照魚汛期和漁民作業態樣，常態性部署1艘至3艘的大型艦船執行附近海域的護漁任務。

國片「總舖師」全台票房累積已達新台幣1.8億元，並入選釜山影展「OpenCinema」，台式辦桌精神將登上國際。

「總舖師」截至4日已累計1.8億元票房成績，今天釜山影展正式公布參展影片，「總舖師」也被選為大單元「Open Cinema」影片之一，預計將在10月9日於釜山電影中心的戶外廣場首映，全場可容納3、4000人，規模甚大。

導演陳玉勳、監製李烈、葉如芬，屆時將率領主演林美秀、楊祐寧與夏于喬前往釜山影展，希望掀起一股台式喜劇風潮。

【陳郁仁／台北報導】總統馬英九將在下周日與民進黨主席蘇貞昌針對服貿協議作辯論，馬今與媒體茶敘時，媒體詢問蘇陣營說在準備辯論時，有些部會提供資料大小眼，馬總統回應說，主管機關應該都會提供資料，「網路上都查得到，不會有大小眼，我們巴不得提供出來」。

馬總統也說他很認真準備辯論，資料很多，要在有限的時間下準備。
