台北高等行政法院判決撤銷環保署對「淡北道路」第一階段環評有條件通過的處分；新北市長朱立倫今天上午於林口區表示，法律有法律的走法，目前全案還未定讞，環保署還會繼續上訴，就執行單位角度目前環評還是繼續有效，而淡水地區塞車非常嚴重，民眾也非常期待，「我們會繼續進行我們的工程！」

【林志青╱台北報導】位在台北市忠孝東路4段的一棟商業大樓，驚傳4家公司同時遭竊，總計損失約30萬元，其中1家法律事務所的員工損失鑽戒、平板電腦與現金就高達20萬元，轄區警局大安分局已組成專案小組，初步調查懷疑4家公司遭到同一集團竊盜。
 
這些遭竊的公司都是員工上班時，發現大門沒鎖，接著察覺桌上的平板電腦或抽屜現金不見，才驚覺公司遭竊；警方研判被竊時間點接近，加上手法都是破壞大門入侵，應該是同一集團所為，已採集相關跡證，並調閱大樓及周邊監視器偵辦。

【詹智淵／彰化報導】員林警方今日破獲以主嫌鄭源翔（34歲）為首的暴力討債集團，共逮捕14名嫌犯，起出球棒、模型槍等犯罪工具，警方表示，若債務人無力還債，主嫌就教唆小弟到被害人住處噴漆、放鞭炮，或進入被害人家中，用被害人住家電話打給被害人，要小孩與被害人對話，進而因害怕而付款。

員林警分局偵查隊隊長許平海表示，鄭嫌以竹聯幫南尊會會長自居，夥同女友劉思瑩（31歲），組成暴力討債集團，並在台中市遼陽六街開設「日月千禧茶莊」作為掩護，警方昨晚兵分多路搜索並起出K他命等毒品。

【綜合報導】中國「發展」智慧手機的進程幾乎與世界同步，市場上叫不出牌子的白牌機種類之多，絕對居世界之冠，很多長得和iPhone一模一樣、開機後卻是詭異作業系統的手機，甚至多次被國外主流媒體拿來作文章。其實，要在山寨天朝大國走出自己的路，原本就是從模仿、拼貼開始，擷取各家優點再加以消化改良，進而成為自己的品牌，北京小米科技能走到這個地步，實屬不易。

今天(5日)發表的新旗艦機M3，有著號稱智慧手機史上「運算最快」的雙平台多核中央處理器，搭配著可說是各品牌頂尖的配備，與「不嚇人」的價格，相信會在年底的智慧手機市場上發揮絕對的影響力，但隨著發表會網路現場直播，兩岸網友就算沒拿到實機、沒有開箱文，仍然出現一片毒舌批評聲浪。

首先最大的「相似度」就在外型，許多網友第一眼的反應都認為，小米機和遭到《微軟》(Microsoft)併購的芬蘭手機大廠諾基亞(NOKIA)末代旗艦機Lumia系列，機身的線條十分類似，但也有網友認為，智慧手機機身其實就這個樣，「難道要做成圓形嗎」；而隨著規格公開，M3不能自行更換電池與不支援外接記憶卡的部分也遭到批評。但頂級的各項配備如相機鏡頭、手上有水或戴手套也能操作的超靈敏觸控螢幕、多採防護套等，仍讓人驚艷。

【黃子騰／新北報導】黃色小鴨將於19日於高雄公開展示，目前趕製工程正如火如荼地展開，負責鴨身製作的「大氣層事業有限公司」表示，為了承受高達18公尺的黃色小鴨鴨身，特別選用PVC夾網布來縫製，光是PVC夾網布的重量就高達1000公斤。這款PVC夾網布強韌度極高，成人用盡全力也無法將布料撕開。加上富有彈性，可以抵抗尖銳物品穿刺。記者現場用原子筆、螺絲起子來測試布料，但無論多使力都刺不穿。
 
大氣層事業有限公司發言人樂宇庭表示，公司8月初接獲委託開始製作，12名工人加班趕工，有信心在預定時間內完成。樂宇庭說，黃色小鴨並非公司接過最大的工程，但絕對是最受矚目的一次。

【楊逸民／台中報導】世界青棒錦標賽今進行複賽，日、韓大戰結果出乎意料，原本以為會是場精彩拉鋸戰，沒想到日本機關槍打線發威，竟然提前7局以10比0擊敗南韓。而美國隊也以15比5提前7局擊敗委內瑞拉，美、日兩隊在複賽同樣取得3連勝並列領先。

日、韓之戰，兩隊都推出王牌左投，日本是曾對中華隊先發8局只失1分的松井裕樹，南韓則以對古巴7局16K的林知燮先發，沒想到林知燮只投1.2局被打6支安打，失5分退場，王牌被提前打退場，南韓士氣低落，5、6局再被日本拿下5分，慘遭提前結束的命運。

松井裕樹此役投6局送出6次三振，只被打4安打，無失分，尤其首局面臨1出局、滿壘危機，他連續三振南韓5、6棒打者，力保不失分。山岡泰輔7局後援1局，雖一度被南韓攻占滿壘，但仍以再見三振結束這場比賽。

今天跟著家人來到位於彰化金馬路B1吃飯由於實在沒幾家邊挑了今天的地雷用餐。 一開始已經感覺女服務生臉很臭,不過想說不要跟自己肚子過意不去。這真是惡夢的開始…… 我點了定食炸豬排以及炸豆腐消費NT159 因為沒客人所以餐點很快就好了 好吧,先品嚐豬排…恩味道不錯不會吃不下去，換配角高麗菜品嚐一口差點沒吐出來，整個魚腥味超重。拜託好好一盤高麗菜妳居然加柴魚片。妳以為在吃章魚小丸子嘛？ 換豆腐妳能夠想像豆腐像炸粿一樣難咬嘛！沒錯是真的豆腐炸的跟粿一樣硬還會牽絲呢。 好了真的受狗了，東西吃幾口丟著走人 自己的自身經驗~給各位參考 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.243.238.144

【楊逸民／台中報導】世界青棒錦標賽今進行複賽，日、韓大戰結果出乎意料，原本以為會是場精彩拉鋸戰，沒想到日本機關槍打線發威，竟然提前7局以10比0擊敗南韓。而美國隊也以15比5提前7局擊敗委內瑞拉，美、日兩隊在複賽同樣取得3連勝並列領先。

日、韓之戰，兩隊都推出王牌左投，日本是曾對中華隊先發8局只失1分的松井裕樹，南韓則以對古巴7局16K的林知燮先發，沒想到林知燮只投1.2局被打6支安打，失5分退場，王牌被提前打退場，南韓士氣低落，5、6局再被日本拿下5分，慘遭提前結束的命運。

松井裕樹此役投6局送出6次三振，只被打4安打，無失分，尤其首局面臨1出局、滿壘危機，他連續三振南韓5、6棒打者，力保不失分。山岡泰輔7局後援1局，雖一度被南韓攻占滿壘，但仍以再見三振結束這場比賽。
