【短片】雅虎新商標登場　遭批復古

【綜合報導】美國《雅虎》公司(Yahoo)的新商標終於登場，但未獲外界好評，遭批風格過時，好像是90年代的舊商標。

新商標採用了optima字體，字形和舊商標相比較為削瘦，雖然外界預期《雅虎》的新商標會刪去驚嘆號(！)，但最後的設計仍保留下來。至於在《Yahoo》商標的最後一個字母「O」，與舊商標一樣，字體都稍微放大，像播放電視廣告時，「Yahoo」的讀法最尾調高音調的「擬聲」效果。

《雅虎》雖然花了數個月，為新商標大搞市場推廣，但外界對新商標評價一般，著名美國科技部落格《Techcrunch》認為，新商標的風格，類似已經收掉的網頁服務公司Geocities，在90年代的舊商標，但現在已不是90年代，給人的感覺過時。

16樓頂墜下　女子送醫不治

【陳韋劭／新北報導】新北市1名32歲的羅姓女子疑似因精神疾病發作，今天下午2時許從土城明德路1棟社區大樓16樓頂墜下，羅女先撞擊3樓露台的遮陽棚後才墜落地面，附近民眾聽聞聲響時，羅女已經口鼻出血倒在路旁，警消人員獲報到場立即將其送醫，但羅女仍因嚴重內出血宣告不治。
 
警方調查，調閱大樓監視器畫面發現，羅女獨自搭乘電梯到頂樓，但案發現場和住處都未發現遺書，警方將待死者家屬到案說明後，報請檢察官相驗以釐清死因。

酒醉男搶乞丐　200元沒到手反被逮

【潘姵如／台北報導】連乞丐都搶！1名46歲的劉姓男子，昨晚與友人在林森北路的公園喝酒。結束後，醉醺醺的劉男想到馬偕醫院探訪朋友，步行中遇到在路邊吃東西的66歲曾姓男子，見曾男放在紅色菜籃裡的200元硬幣，劉男突然伸手要拿，曾男見辛苦乞討的1天所得竟有人要搶，立即上前制止，不料劉男趁酒意揮拳揍人，還不斷咒罵髒話，硬是要搶200元硬幣搶走，後來因為曾男死抓著零錢不放，劉男才悻悻然地作罷離去。
 
湊巧當時有巡邏警員經過，曾男不甘被打、被搶，上前攔車報案，警方才在對街逮捕劉男，將他以傷害、強盜未遂等罪嫌移送法辦。

0c8f4f8c19af6610108a5314bd85c96f 第2代 Surface 系列產品包括 Surface RT 2、Surface Pro 2 及 Surface mini（名字未知）。Surface Pro 2 將採用Intel最新的 Haswell 平台 i5 晶片，續航力也將提升至7小時。


今日有知情人士通過網路爆料了第二代 Surface 系列產品的相關細節，而 Windows IT Pro 網站資深產品分析師 Paul Thurrott 表示自己也對相關資訊有所瞭解，以下是上述雙方比較肯定的第二代 Surface 系列產品細節資訊。

第二代 Surface 系列產品包括 Surface RT 2（命名為 Surface 2）、Surface Pro 2 及 Surface mini（名字未知），第二代產品從內到外都比第一代產品有所提升。最直觀的變化是，下一代 Surface 的支架將支持雙面翻折，但不知道是否能夠讓設備以多角度固定在平面上。

Surface Pro 2 將採用Intel最新的 Haswell 平台 i5 晶片。處理器的升級幫助 Surface Pro 將續航由第一代的 5 小時提高到第二代的 7 小時，這應該能平息不少消費者對 Surface Pro 續航力的詬病。

新一代 Surface 產品將擁有 8GB RAM 版本可供選擇，是否能夠做到更輕、更薄還不知道。Paul 表示，新的 Surface 產品與舊版的外觀差別不大，他認為新設備與舊款的差別和進步並不顯著，而設備的售價很可能一塵不變。隨著時間流逝，相信會有更多關於第二代 Surface 系列產品的細節資訊出現。

71e0c4b49d84e6205009e24ae0455fec 不讓遠在德國的手機廠商專美於前，小米在今天發表兩項新產品，帶來全新的小米 3 手機與 47 吋 3D 小米電視。依循小米的傳統，兩項新產品照例有著強大規格與逆天價格。小米 3 手機最快在 9 月問世，而小米電視即將在 10 月登場。

儘管小米未能在 IFA 2013 這種世界舞台發表新機資訊，但前 Google  Android 產品副總裁 Hugo Barra 的加入，也讓歐美各國使用者注意到這個在中國壯大的品牌。

今天（5日）下午 2 點整，小米在北京國家會議中心舉辦盛大的新品發表會。先前發給媒體的邀請函以「屠龍刀」及「倚天劍」為封面，預告著發表會上會有兩項重點產品，如今答案揭曉，就是小米 3 與小米電視。

▲小米 3 全機採用鋁鎂合金打造，外觀看起來跟 Nokia Lumia 系列很像啊。

小米 3 規格列表：

  • CPU處理器：Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 2.3GHz 四核心 / Nvidia Tegra 4 1.8GHz 四核心
  • 螢幕規格：5 吋 1920 x 1080 IPS 螢幕（441ppi）
  • 作業系統：Android 4.2.2（Jelly Bean）/ MIUI V5
  • 電池容量：3,050mAh
  • 相機：主相機 1300萬畫素、28mm 廣角、雙 LED 閃光燈；前置相機 200 萬畫素，可拍攝 Full HD 影片
  • 記憶體配置：內建 2GB RAM，16GB/64GB ROM
  • 特殊功能：相機支援 RAW 檔拍攝、NFC、鋁鎂合金機身
  • 機身顏色：黑、白、銀、黃、紅、藍（黑、銀兩色先推出）
  • 重量尺寸：114 x 72 x 8.1mm、145 公克
  • 定價：16GB 版本人民幣 1,999 元（約新台幣 9,700 元）、64GB 版人民幣 2,499 元（約新台幣 12,140 元）

小米 3 分為兩種處理器版本，對應不同的電信商系統，其中 Nvidia Tegra 4 為 China Mobile（中國移動）專屬；Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 的版本為 China unicom（中國聯通）與 China Telecom（中國電信）專用。對台灣使用者來說，我們只能享受到 Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 版本，無緣 Tegra 4 處理器。

容量僅分成 16GB 與 64GB 兩種，刻意跳過 32GB 版本，且價格只差距約 3000 元新台幣，相信大部份的人會直上 64GB 版。根據官方說法，9 月 9 日移動版工程機開賣，10 月中旬移動版正式機上市，但相容 3G 的聯通與電信版上市時間未公布。

【短片】雅虎新商標登場　遭批復古

【綜合報導】美國《雅虎》公司(Yahoo)的新商標終於登場，但未獲外界好評，遭批風格過時，好像是90年代的舊商標。

新商標採用了optima字體，字形和舊商標相比較為削瘦，雖然外界預期《雅虎》的新商標會刪去驚嘆號(！)，但最後的設計仍保留下來。至於在《Yahoo》商標的最後一個字母「O」，與舊商標一樣，字體都稍微放大，像播放電視廣告時，「Yahoo」的讀法最尾調高音調的「擬聲」效果。

《雅虎》雖然花了數個月，為新商標大搞市場推廣，但外界對新商標評價一般，著名美國科技部落格《Techcrunch》認為，新商標的風格，類似已經收掉的網頁服務公司Geocities，在90年代的舊商標，但現在已不是90年代，給人的感覺過時。

標題[請益] 婉拒offer後可以反悔嘛?

上周面試A B兩個外派的工作 A公司要我周一回覆是否可以上班 B公司要一周才有消息 比較下B公司比A公司好的太多了 就在周一婉拒A公司的offer後 很不幸被現任的公司開除了 如果在等不到B公司的offer 各位會嘗試在跟A公司聯繫爭取offer嘛？ 另B公司面試是總經理在咖啡廳親自面試我的 目前人已回大陸 有拿到他的名片 是否應該致電詢問他錄取與否 以上還請各位建議 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.168.129.133

最近兩岸服貿協議吵得沸沸揚揚，估計未來會影響到470萬人的工作，而各個報章媒體也 提到台灣人缺乏狼性…. 什麼是狼性??來做做以下測驗吧!! 問題一：「公司有一個任務，完成了，可以升官並加薪20%；如果搞砸了會被解雇。你會 爭取這個機會嗎??」 問題二：「現在有一主管直空缺，老闆詢問你的意願，但工作內容繁雜，並依定會影響生 活品逐，你願意接受挑戰嗎??」 問題三：「公司接到一急單，老闆要求你臨時加班，你的態度是???」 如果是小妹我回答，問題一跟二我都會很願意接受挑戰，但是問題三就有一些反彈....不 知道這樣是否有一點前後矛盾ˊ_>ˋ 雖然我從來不認為台灣人有輸六仔什麼， 也很討厭矮化我們自己的言論 但是看到這份資料分析還是有稍稍覺得台灣人是否要更積極一點… 也許要接受批評才能更加進步吧!! 關於兩岸的數據分析我就不一一貼上了，大家自己去看吧.... http://ppt.cc/lhmg -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.120.13.124

想請教這間公司評價如何呢， 已有在Soft版爬過這間公司的文章，看起來還蠻兩極的， 加上看到文章時間大約都是2010年左右且都是面試工程師職位的， 我是應徵高雄的行政倉管人員，有事先說明面試及錄取後的受訓都會在台中， 有嘗試在電話中問薪資的部分，不過問不出個所以然， 一直很猶豫要不要大老遠從高雄跑上台中面試， 不知道有沒有人可以分享一下這間公司的相關資訊，謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.171.44.96

稱霸溫布頓的「海峽女雙」謝淑薇/彭帥，台北時間今天凌晨在美網踢到鐵板，以4：6、6：7（5）不敵「中印組合」鄭潔與蜜兒莎(Sania Mirza)，止步於女雙8強，無緣挺進4強。

謝淑薇說，「這場很可惜，輸在一些點上，因為對手對我們也很瞭解。」她也在臉書上留言，「打完收工，回家了！」

謝淑薇與彭帥組合，今年贏得溫布頓女雙冠軍，本屆美網被排在第四種子，優於第10種子的鄭潔/蜜兒莎，雙方激戰近兩小時，反而最後是謝/彭兩人意外打包。

「我覺得這場比賽，雙方都打出很不錯的球，兩盤比分都很接近，」彭帥說，「機會，兩邊都是有的，只是對方把握住了。」

這場8強賽被排在相當於第二球場舉行，今天豔陽高照、頂著高溫，雙方形成一場拉鋸戰。

鄭潔是2006年澳網與溫網女雙冠軍，她的印度搭檔蜜兒莎在大滿貫女雙至少都打進八強，也有豐富決賽經驗，曾拿過2009、2012年澳網與法網混雙冠軍。

謝/彭輸掉第一盤後，第二盤雙方打到4：4拉鋸，謝/彭在第11局解決3個破發點，把比賽帶進搶七高潮。

搶七大戰比賽非常緊張，氣氛凝結，雙方戰到5：5，可惜鄭潔和蜜兒莎以更完美的經驗、搭檔，連續得分，淘汰謝淑薇和彭帥。

謝淑薇與彭帥在第二盤僅4次非受迫性失誤，遠低於中印組合的14次，但就是欠缺臨門一腳；反而是鄭潔在網前頻頻上演漂亮截擊，負責後排的蜜兒莎強勁穿越球，讓海峽女雙疲於奔命。

「其實我自己打的不太好，我失誤好多喔，」謝淑薇很自責，「這場我們的反應真的有點慢，也沒話說啦。」

陸地王頻出，新鴻基218億RMB拿下上海新總價地王

大陸近期地王頻出，繼昨日北京出現單價地王之後，今(5)日新鴻基地產(0016.HK)以217.7億元(人民幣,下同)拿下徐家匯中心項目、成為上海總價地王，價格僅次於廣州亞運城地塊。

新浪財經報導，徐家匯中心項目底價175.26億元，面積9萬9,188.80平米，主要用途為商辦、餐飲。今日開標經過半小時激烈競標之後，最終由新鴻基以217.7億元拿下，高出起標價42億元，溢價率約24.2%。

今日下午，大陸還有機會再出新地王，杭州熱門地塊華家池、蘇州金雞湖地塊亦即將出讓；有網友調侃大陸進入了「地王日」。

昨日下午，融創以21億元的總價，奪得北京農展館地塊，折合樓面價7萬3,099元/平米，拿下北京的新單價地王。

盼年終賽收尾 薇帥再累也要拚

看得出來，謝淑薇真的累了。

賽後採訪，她與彭帥兩人話都有點講不出來了，天生聲音就輕柔的彭帥，幾乎細到都聽不到了。

「我本來發球就很弱了，」謝淑薇不忘挖苦自己，「這場更弱。」

兩人都將好好休息幾天，接下去還要拚東京，中網等幾項比賽，就是為了要確保參加年終賽的資格；也因此，兩人可能得選擇性放棄幾站賽事、例如廣州，不然她們的身心差不到都快到極限了。

今年WTA年終大賽於10月22日在土耳其伊斯坦堡舉行，年度排名女單前8、女雙前4才能參賽，謝/彭二人目前吊車尾排名女雙第四，以積分來看仍無法確保一定能晉級。

「打到現在，我的背、我的手，每天都很不舒服，」謝淑薇說，「然後我因為上半年生病，所以很容易疲勞；東京跟北京的賽事，我們要拚雙打年終賽，所以一定得參加，像廣州的話，可能只打單打吧，不然一直單雙打都參加真的很累。」

今年大滿貫賽事全部結束，雖然以美網八強作為收尾，回顧本季表現，謝淑薇已經很滿意。

「紅土上，我們拿了羅馬冠軍，我們也拿了溫布頓（草地）冠軍，辛辛那提是硬地，我們也贏了，」謝淑薇說，「證明這三種場地我們都是可以打的，短短幾個月內，能拿到不同場地冠軍，而且都是蠻大的賽事。」

接下來，「海峽女雙」就要以年終賽為最重要目標，畢竟已經這麼接近，她們寧願單打輕鬆打打，雙打絕不能放棄。

「一定要拚年終賽，」謝淑薇堅定地說「怎麼樣都要擠進那個門檻內。」

淡北道路不同調 朱立倫：持續溝通

台北高等行政法院撤銷環保署對淡北道路第一階段環評有條件通過的處分，部分台北市議員和官員叫好，讓人對此案有「雙北市不同調」批評；新北市長朱立倫今天表示「不會啦！」，此案跟台北市主要是出口部分有3個選擇，很多關渡居民希望能連接「洲美」，新北市將會再與台北市協調那一個出口，儘量不要影響關渡地區居民。
