行政院今晚表示，法務部長曾勇夫向院長江宜樺表明，辭職是為捍衛政治清譽，避免影響後續調查；江宜樺肯定並勉予同意。

特偵組上午召開記者會，指法務部長曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌涉嫌接受立法院長王金平、立法委員柯建銘關說，違法指示高檢署檢察官林秀濤就柯建銘背信案不要上訴，讓全案定讞。

特偵組認為曾勇夫涉嫌接受關說，函送監察院審議；陳守煌涉嫌「建議」檢察官勿提上訴，違反法官法情節重大，移付個案評鑑。

關說疑雲引發政壇震憾，行政院長江宜樺下午3時30分約見曾勇夫了解情況，曾勇夫下午4時40分離開行政院後，江宜樺隨即轉往總統府向總統馬英九報告。

江宜樺傍晚回到行政院，再於晚間7時20分約見曾勇夫，曾勇夫8時10分離開後，晚間近9時50分舉行記者會宣布請辭。

曾勇夫記者會結束後，行政院隨即發布新聞稿指曾勇夫下午到行政院向江宜樺報告事情經過，並表明政務官以政治清譽與政治責任為首要之務。曾勇夫強調，辭職不是因為特偵組的指控內容，而是為了捍衛自己的政治清譽，避免影響後續調查，因此負起政治責任。

行政院說，江宜樺當場肯定曾勇夫捍衛清譽的決定，勉予同意曾勇夫的請辭，法務部長職務將由法務部政務次長陳明堂暫時代理。

藍普最經典的應該還是這個判決了吧 收音清晰，態度正確 不過時間也過真快，不知不覺這是6年前的事了...... 中職後來的外籍裁判好像也沒有比藍普更好的 真是不勝唏噓 --

標題[討論] 演唱會的晚上怎麼過?

看到這次回新竹沒有加班車 就在想 該不會又要在麥當勞過夜了吧? 想到兩年前小巨蛋演唱會 跟同學在11點多結束後到了火車站 結果發現沒車，之後去客運站問，還是沒有 這時一個老杯走過來問我們要去哪裡 我回答回新竹 他就說那邊剛好也有對男女要去新竹 一眼望過去，果然有一對男女，手上還拿螢光棒(都是五迷耶) 老杯說要開車載我們去，4個人算比較便宜 結果開價一人500!! 跟同學討論了一下，覺得再等幾小時坐火車比較省，馬上就動身前往麥當勞 (這時老杯還在後面吶喊，那算400...) 到了麥當勞 竟然看到不少疑似五迷的人(有人穿笑臉的衣服，有人手上拿著動物帽...) 突然感到很欣慰，原來我們不是孤獨的(喂XD 坐到了一位五迷旁邊，點了杯飲料，聊了一下，之後想睡覺，但是麥當勞整個很難睡，有音樂，桌子又很硬QQ 當下決定以後再也不要露宿街頭了 不過這次好像也要這樣過了= = 話說之前有搭過空軍一號(俗稱野機車) 晚上都有班次，可是收費貴5成左右 還在考慮要不要坐@@ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.72.177.231

標題[心得] samsung送修記

手機是s5570 因為使用一陣子 返回鍵有點不靈光 保固還沒過 想說送修一下 第一次送修速度很快 快中午送修 吃個飯晃晃就好了 這也是悲劇的開始 一回家就發現 咦 怎麼沒訊號 正逢當時颱風天 也沒在意 以為是颱風天訊號不好 沒想到過了幾天 颱風都過了 我的訊號還是回不來 只好送修第二次 第二次送修速度就比較慢了 隔天才能拿 拿到當下也未覺有異 回家後看起來整個都很正常 但一下下就沒電了 充飽電後隔天使用不到一天 出門回家八小時手機居然沒電到關機 晚上充飽電後 睡醒居然就沒電了 帶著沒電的手機出門整個就是很幹 只好再去送修第三次 第三次送修也是隔天才好 今天拿到睽違已久的正常手機(目前看起來是這樣) 心得:雖然三星服務人員態度很不錯 但送修品質真的很爛 一個問題解決又多一個 最扯的是每次都跟我說換機板 爛機板可以丟了吧 難道把我換掉的機板 換給下一個人用嗎? 不然怎麼我換到的機板都是有問題的 今天去拿手機時 還有一個人咆哮 說他修了一個月還沒好 咆哮到跟其他的顧客吵起來 看來修不好我不是個案 只能說運氣運氣 希望大家都別買到機王 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.5.143

【綜合報導】美國奧克拉荷馬州因濕涼氣候，吸引大量蟋蟀來襲，當地處處可見蟋蟀軍團，從建築物牆上，馬路邊到民宅內，居民不堪其擾展開撲殺，沒想到問題更加嚴重。

不只因為蟋蟀會發出可怕的惡臭，猶如腐肉的味道，和擾人的叫聲，蟋蟀喜歡吃屍體的特性，撲殺蟋蟀只會製造更多食物，造成更多蟋蟀繁衍，不過根據奧克拉荷馬大學教授表示，這波蟋蟀災難只會再多維持數星期就可結束，蟋蟀交配產卵後就會死亡。

遇到盜用手機消費的案子，想請教版上的各位可否提供一些意見 故事有點長，若有意提供意見的人請耐心看完，感謝! +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 今天收到一封莫名的簡訊 上面附了一個網址，說是和表妹一起去旅行，覺得好想再去一次 因為之前換過手機，有些朋友的通訊錄沒有全部轉到新手機 於是點進去看看是誰傳了照片 結果就收到中華電信傳來正在使用839小額付款服務的一封簡訊 並有一組驗證碼，並應於10分鐘內登入否則失效。商品金額1000元 我覺得很詭異所以沒有登入 後來不放心就打去中華客服問 他竟然說我已經交易完成了!!!!!!! 買了什麼東西呢? 遊戲點數!!!!!! 什麼遊戲點數我也不知道，因為我連網頁都沒看到 跟誰買的呢??? 樂點卡數位科技股份有限公司!!! 這什麼我連聽都沒聽過 手機也沒被偷，就在我手上 想當然爾客服就是請我直接跟樂點卡聯繫，撥打了客服給的電話(電話1) 電話1轉語音叫我撥打另一支電話(電話2) 電話2也轉語音，完全沒有客服人員忙線中或撥9/0為您服務之類的 於是我又撥了中華客服，另外一位客服跟我說交易對象是遊戲橘子 撥了遊戲橘子的總機，這回接通了! 但總機說他們沒有處理這部份的問題，於是請我撥另一支電話(電話3) 問題是他給的這支電話(電話3)就是樂點卡的電話(電話2) 不信邪的再撥一次，仍然與剛才一樣轉語音，只提供線上文字客服 (很懷疑那設電話有什麼用嗎?還是公司根本就人去樓空) 一番來回之後我確信是出問題了 於是上網發現去年就有許多這樣的案例 立刻報警處理(但警察竟然說沒有接過類似的案件) 後來去中華電信調出小額付款明細 竟然有3筆消費共計5000元(只收到一封確認簡訊) 關於中華電信839小額服務的部分 中華表示這個功能是自動開通 但我家人的卻沒有自動開通 不知道哪個才是對的 不過最好就是去把它關掉比較安全 也不要好奇去點什麼亂七八糟的網頁 請問目前除了報警處理之後，對於中華電那邊如何主張 我不要付款呢? 麻煩大家幫忙一下了，謝謝!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.232.251

標題[問題] 遲發薪資...糾結要不要離職

本人在 某間旅行社 工作快滿3年了... 考慮離職原因: 1. 常常遲發薪資 (原本10號發薪，近兩年老是15~25號發，今年更誇張，偶爾拖到隔月月初 才發) 2. 公司沒冷氣 (其實有冷氣，但除非很熱很熱才會開，而且只開中午休息時間) 3. 常常有費用遲繳 (譬如公司的管理費、電信費，老是要等到對方催款或電話線路被停用才會繳) 糾結原因: 1. 老闆人很好，對員工客氣有禮貌 2. 待遇不錯 (30K，而且不用另外扣勞健保) 3. 工作單純，沒有業績壓力，都是文件內勤，接接電話，整理資料 4. 朝九晚五，周休二日，不用加班 ========================================================================== 公司原本有6個人，但老闆老是遲發薪資，其他5人都離職了， 員工目前就只剩下我1人，老闆會自己跑 case，接到 case 後我只要處理後續文件， 其實還算蠻喜歡這份工作，但遲發薪資的問題老是存在。 已多次發簡訊告訴老闆 "急用、有貸款要付、要給家人生活費"...等等， 一開始會盡快給我，但只要沒發簡訊，就會故意一直拖一直拖... 8/10 原本該給我的薪資，今天 9/6 了 還是沒收到， 我不想使用勞基法撕破臉， 畢竟，如上述的糾結原因，老闆除了遲發薪資，但對我還算不錯。 我想趁中秋節時，跟老闆請款 8/10 及 9/10 該給我的薪資， 就說放假要帶家人出去玩，所以需要用到錢， 然後，等放假結束也不回公司了， 就傳簡訊說明: 「謝謝老闆這幾年讓我在這間公司學到很多， 但我不想再過著常常在月底時，要先跟朋友借錢繳貸款的生活了， 很抱歉無預警提出辭呈，請見諒。」 這樣會犧牲掉9月工作的工資，但已經無所謂了， 我只是心很軟，不知道這樣會不會對老闆很不好意思， 大家能給我意見嗎? 或是簡訊有更好的說法嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.252.67.5

法務部長曾勇夫今天晚上宣布請辭，他保證絕對沒有向檢察官或檢察長關說，但擔心這件事情造成法務體系紛擾、業務推展困頓，也認為機關未來的發展最重要，他決定請辭。

曾勇夫說，感謝所有同仁3年多來同心協力，他也數次強調清白，表示對莫須有的指控不齒；曾勇夫表示，他願意以平凡百姓的身分，為自己的清白奮戰到底。

「請辭是誰的意思？」曾勇夫說他不知道，他替自己負責任；「是不是被行政院長江宜樺逼退？」曾勇夫聽見記者提問，他說逼退講得太重，不願多做說明。

記者接著問：「府內有說希望你知所進退嗎？」曾勇夫沒有正面回答，記者會不到10分鐘結束。

【蔣永佑／台北報導】特偵組針對有關高檢署檢察官林秀濤及陳正芬表示，特偵組曲解兩人意思，再度發出新聞稿澄清，林、陳訊問時都有錄影，內容顯示高檢署檢察長陳守煌曾暗示林秀濤就全民電通案不要上訴，特偵組並無誤會兩人。
 
特偵組新聞稿指出，特偵組檢察官於訊問證人林秀濤、陳正芬均全程錄音、錄影，林、陳於具結後接受訊問，訊問完畢後，也有簽名，並經勘驗錄影、錄音內容，均與筆錄內容相符。
