菸捐恐再漲25元？今（9/17）台灣吸菸者權益促進會前往立院請願，針對立法院本會期優先項目「菸害防制法」第4條修正案提出呼籲，訴求立院審議應「凍漲」菸品健康福利捐。菸權會表示，人民有納稅的義務，但沒有「納捐」之義務，是為違憲之徵收，要求立院訂出停徵菸捐的落日條款。

台灣吸菸者權益促進會理事長陳麒安說明，菸品健康福利捐其依據為「菸害防制法」第4條，而非從屬菸酒稅的附加稅，「菸酒稅法」第22條明定　菸捐課徵為菸品，應由稅捐機關收菸酒稅時代徵，課徵主體為菸品製造商或進口商。當菸商將菸捐轉嫁給消費者，而消費者被迫接受一個憲法沒有義務要繳的費用捐。...(閱讀全文)

「經濟部中台灣創新園區」今天在南投中興新村舉行開幕儀式，由經濟部部長杜紫軍主持，副總統吳敦義、南投縣陳志清代縣長等和產學研界代表，共同見證中臺灣產業創新歷程的重要時刻。

吳敦義說，「中創園區」是政府推動「愛台12項建設─中部高科技產業新聚落」的一環，也是「產業創新走廊」，落實在中臺灣的典範案例；為促進中部地區經濟發展及產業創新轉型，中創園區營運後，將以工研院及資策會為兩大主力研究團隊，聯結中部地區大專院校及研發法人資源，形成中臺灣產業創新驅動平台。

當可以勇敢面對心中自己的時候 你一定可以從中得到快樂 因為，「快樂是自己找的！」(曼玲經典語錄) 若無法坦然的面對自己 那其實「不自由的是你的心，不是你的人！」(楊爸經典語錄) 我相信現在的城偉與曼玲，他們都找到了！^^ 雖然他們都找到了改變的方法 但對於他們兩人來說，似乎是沒有交集的 對於城偉來說 他因怡芳而將他的憂鬱症給治好了 實際上來說而是城偉不在逃避他內心的自己 去正視他心中原本害怕的心 而曼玲是 嘗試獨自獨立自主的過程中 經由Ken導而知道如何尋找快樂的方式 對於他們兩人來說，其實是好事的 只是城偉對曼玲的心似乎還感受不出來有那種回到最初的感覺 反而似乎慢慢的有越來越遠的趨勢 不知在此次的「實境秀」中對兩人是否有所改變？ 只能看看之後的劇情的發展了 在另一方面也看到了在演藝圈中 一旦當上一夕爆紅的明星，在這樣的光環下 似乎需要有所醒悟與找到迷失的初衷 就好像城偉對怡芳說的 若要跟演藝圈的大明星交往，真的要有所覺悟 因為，已經不是平凡的了！ 就好像翔雅對春生說的「包包理論」 「每一個人都會找到屬於自己的包包！」 真的，只是在挑包包的過程中，是否還是會挑錯？那就挑錯吧 因為那是在尋找的過程中間總是會有這樣必經過程 相信會找到你心中最初美好的那一個！^^ 而在實境秀中 真的要為靖倫拍拍手 最後念那一段一串到底的台詞，你背的很辛苦喔！厲害！厲害！ 在廋廋姐的那一段表演，我想應是這集中我笑的最開心，哈哈哈 我想曼玲的那個「抱抱」動作，應是一個爆點才是，看看之後會不會出現了！ 下集又會帶來什麼精彩的呢？實境秀的延續嗎？^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.224.15.96 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/TaiwanDrama/M.1410788576.A.23D.html
