曾演出知名美國影集《歡樂合唱團》（Glee）聲樂老師一角的夏安傑克森（Cheyenne Jackson），2013年才跟老公蒙提拉帕卡（Monte Lapka）離婚，沒想到日前在instagram上爆喜，大方秀出他與新歡傑森朗道（Jason Landau）的婚戒照，更表示2人已於14日在加州完婚。
 
夏安在前段婚姻中，與蒙提愛情長跑11年，2人於2011年結婚，他曾在推特上開心表示「我終於要嫁給最棒的男人了！」沒想到婚姻維持不到2年便告吹。他離婚後火速結交新歡傑森，2人更於今年宣布婚訊，不少粉絲紛紛留言祝福，希望他這段婚姻會過得更好。他也請來不少《歡樂合唱團》演員參加婚禮，跟大家分享他的喜悅。（陳薈涵／綜合報導）

台灣8月沒有颱風，曾文、烏山頭水庫進水量少，兩水庫蓄水量僅剩3億9千萬噸，加上9月進入枯水期，降雨機率大減，嘉南農田水利會昨舉行抗旱會議，決定嘉南平原二期稻作採供水9天停灌7天節水因應。

今年8月沒有颱風，曾文水庫集水區累積雨量僅及往年的4成，再不降雨，恐會影響明年民生及灌溉用水，水利會昨天上午召開緊急抗旱會議，邀各水利工作站人員開會，決定節水措施。

管理組長謝勝賢指出，8月颱風季卻出現無颱狀況，是多年來罕見；全台最大水庫曾文水庫集水區8月累積雨量僅400毫米，較往年少了600毫米。

由於曾文和烏山頭兩座子母水庫總蓄水量3億9千萬噸，較往年少了1億5千萬噸，加上9月起至明年5月，南部將進入枯水期，降雨機率大減，嘉南農田水利會擔心如再不降雨，將影響嘉南灌區今年秋冬、明年春季雜作及一期稻作灌溉，提出節水方案。

為節省用水，謝勝賢表示，即日起水利會將採供水9天停灌7天節水措施，首波可省下約2800萬噸用水。嘉南水利會長楊明風籲請民眾未雨綢繆，共同抗旱。

配合推動國家防災日，桃園市大業國小今天上午舉辦地震避難掩護演練，為讓演練逼真，模擬九二一大地震的景象，活動特地選在上午9時21分，當地震鈴聲響起，各班老師立即帶領學生，頭戴市公所甫購置的防災頭套，從各班級的位置，依序湧入操場，師生井然有序抵達操場，演練過程逼真。
 
桃園市長蘇家明指出，「防災頭套」的概念，來自於日本家庭，大家都會製作一個屬於自己的防災頭套，發生地震的時候，即可用來保護頭部逃生，平時可當座椅靠背、午睡枕，地震發生時，套在頭部緊急逃生，立即發揮逃生功能，可防止掉落物品傷害頭部，增加逃生機會，因此，對師生而言，防災頭套是一項多功能的防災物品。（石明啟／桃園報導）

空姐不再穿窄裙，威航今發表新制服，捨棄傳統合身套裝，改穿起休閒機能潮裝，並著褲裝，威航總經理隆章琪表示，預計最快11月可首航曼谷，首波將推萬張以上的超優惠機票，號稱將比888元低，最快10月下旬開賣。

另將推出銅板價機上餐點，主打台灣小吃，還有鹹酥雞加啤酒套餐，也僅要200多元，威航表示，機上餐點強調便宜又好吃，價位從40元到250元不等，應是各家低成本航空中最平價的。（李姿慧／台北報導）
