| 「音樂奇才」色心大發 藉機非禮學弟

【綜合報導】新加坡一名22歲、被稱為「音樂奇才」的業餘音樂人梁維宏，去年在《臉書》(facebook)上認識一名小自己3歲的同中學畢業學弟。當地媒體報導，梁維宏日前約學弟到家中作客，天氣熱，他裸著上身、只在腰部圍著一條大浴巾。原本2人在聊天，梁男卻突然在電腦上播放一名男子自慰的影片，又在自己的下體部位放了一個「情趣玩具」，叫學弟伸手撫摸，學弟不斷拒絕，甚至連看都不敢看那個「玩具」。
學弟趁梁男不注意，起身跑到客廳，梁男從房間追出時竟已全裸，還硬拉他的手摸自己下體，接著就把他推倒在地，還伸手進他的褲子，學弟奮力抵擋無效，慘遭非禮。期間學弟因為從小就會氣喘，一度發作，但梁男仍不願停手。梁男事後遭學弟提告，但向法院提出「注意力缺陷多動症」的診斷證明，日前法院宣判，被判處1年有期徒刑。

【綜合報導】根據日本「週刊文春」最新報導指出，日本前首相鳩山由紀夫及首相安倍晉三的夫人安倍昭惠，和中國間諜吳汝俊關係密切，週刊文春以「操控鳩山由紀夫、安倍昭惠的中國間諜」為標題報導。
中國政府相關人士透露，50歲的吳汝俊是北京中國現代國際關係研究院（CICIR）的情報員，9歲進入京劇團，1984年從中國戲曲學院畢業，25歲和大他21歲的日本女人結婚，婚後旅居日本成為音樂家，出演多場由中國駐日大使館贊助的中日交流活動。2002年正式在日本出道，開始在各地公演。吳汝俊和前首相鳩山夫婦關係密切，鳩山曾4度訪問中國。
安倍昭惠於1996年認識吳汝俊，2006年安倍昭惠還曾在他的陪同下到北京一遊。安倍昭惠接受週刊電話採訪時表示，吳汝俊絕對不是間諜，他從未問過有關政治的事，而且她也曾聽說過吳汝俊是間諜的傳言，無論他是不是，她從沒告訴吳汝俊任何有關安倍的事。
不過日本早稻田大學客座教授春名幹男表示，間諜是想在很自然的對話當中獲取重要情資，像是首相安倍的身體情況、交友關係等，認為安倍昭惠未免太沒戒心。

| 屏東績優員警再爆假績效 坦承7萬元交保

【胡守得／台北報導】屏東縣警局評為績優員警的車城分駐所警員歐玉琪，因經營賭場牟利，本月初被屏東地檢署起訴、調職；廉政署再發現，歐員今年3月為爭取辦案績效，竟與目前在監的黃姓線民製造假檢舉、惡意栽贓列管的吸毒者吸毒，廉政署昨天會同屏檢將他逮捕到案，漏夜偵訊後，歐員坦承，以7萬元交保候傳。
歐玉琪於2010年任職屏東東港警分局南州分駐所期間，破獲多起竊盜案件，獲縣警局表揚為「績優員警」；去年8月警政署跆拳賽，更奪得銀牌；廉政署調查，歐員與黃姓線民選定轄區內毒品素行人口為栽贓對象後，由黃男製作不實檢舉筆錄，進而聲請搜索票獲准，黃男再將毒品吸食器置於被害人住處，歐員執行搜索時當場「人贓俱獲」，涉嫌偽造刑事證據誣告等罪。

唐柏橋說：「帶話的人非常清楚地說，這個智囊團直接跟胡錦濤打交道的，……如果你做顧問的話，你的任何想法，就直接會在胡錦濤辦公桌上。所以他說這樣對法輪功問題，對所有問題不是有幫助嗎。」
唐柏橋說：「他們的觀點就認為，（法輪功）這是一個無解的事情，就是胡錦濤啊，就算我們有誠意想解決，好像也解決不了，他們（法輪功）想要共產黨倒台，怎麼處理都是想要共產黨倒台，但是（胡錦濤）他們又不希望（中共）倒台，他說我們要給他們（法輪功）平反，他們（法輪功）也不答應啊，他們要解體共產黨啊（堅持要法辦江羅劉周）。」
對此，唐柏橋當時就對胡錦濤特使建議，既然無解，那就釋放所有法輪功學員，看看事情會不會出現甚麼變化。
江澤民當初計劃的是「三個月內消滅法輪功」，他萬萬沒有想到的是法輪功深入人心，十多年過去了，國內和海外的法輪功不僅沒有被鎮壓倒，反而傳播到更多的國家和地區，就像世人看到的，每一次對他們的打壓，都是對他們的弘揚。連中共內部都不得不承認，之所以要掩蓋，停止在媒體上的狂轟濫炸，是因為無論怎麼做都幫助宣傳了法輪功。
怎樣解決法輪功問題，已成了中共內部的「燙手山芋」。誰要想真正面對中國社會問題，無論建立法制社會，還是建立和諧社會，就是一個正常社會吧，任何黨的領導人都避不開這個問題。要麼替江澤民揹黑鍋，但這是對一億人的迫害啊，只要還有丁點良心的人都無法承載其重！
1999年5月3日，澳大利亞的中國問題專家大衛.霍姆（David Holm）教授在媒體採訪時談到他的理解，法輪功「這不是一項推翻共產黨的運動，這項運動其實與推翻共產黨根本不沾邊。如果說對共產黨有所挑戰，只不過是因為共產黨認定了這是對它在多大程度上的挑戰。」【5】霍姆先生看到了問題的根本所在。
實際上，法輪功學員在殘酷迫害初期，一直本著大善大忍的信仰向江澤民呼籲，希望他能糾正錯誤，停止迫害，差不多給了江兩年時間，但是江澤民已是喪心病狂，要一條道走到黑了。在一份事後披露的文件中，江於1999年6月7日曾坦言，「法輪功鼓吹『真、善、忍』，給了我們動手『消毒』的機會。相比之下，其他氣功組織就不那麼容易解決，很可能在全國引起劇烈動盪，甚至於製造暗殺、毒氣、爆炸等恐怖暴力活動」，「法輪功講『真、善、忍』，我們的打擊工作就可以放手進行。以後利用打擊法輪功的經驗，可以有效的運用於其它氣功組織。」
後來，法輪功學員又給了中共幾年時間的機會，希望中共能阻止江澤民的一意孤行。不幸的是，江澤民是在利用中共這台機器來發動和實施迫害的，或者說，江澤民和中共是在相互利用。法輪功學員對政權不感興趣，對中共的迫害一直採取的是理性和平講清真相的做法，唯一的目的是制止迫害。但是，為了迫害，江澤民不惜把「真、善、忍」道德標準公開說成是不好的，這是在危害中國人民，毀滅中國的未來。至今的事實表明，中共的這場迫害從來沒有停止過。你有你迫害的暴政，我有我反迫害的最基本權利，《九評共產黨》就是在這樣的背景下發表的，讓人們看清迫害的真相，認識中共的本質，不在這場對世人良知殘酷迫害的運動中失去做人的起碼底線。如果解體中共才能停止迫害，那就是共產黨逼著法輪功學員作出這樣的選擇的。

因為要去新左營搭火車去台南 但是上次去 要等到二樓高鐵開門後才能去坐火車 但是 好像有人說 新左營的火車站很早就開了 請問 若車很早開的話,要怎樣走到台鐵新左營去坐車呢? 是走一樓 還是二樓?還是 哪裡呢 感謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.174.40.143
