【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】歐洲央行（歐銀）決議維持基準利率在歷史低點0.5%不變，歐銀總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）表示，歐元區經濟仍有走疲風險，將維持長期低利率，「不是6個月、不是12個月，是很長一段時間」，為歐銀首度跟進美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）明確表達維持長期低利率立場。
 
此外，德拉吉透露，未來不排除進一步降息，對於存款負利率政策也抱持開放態度，堅定寬鬆立場帶動歐元一度重貶近1%，1歐元兌美元由周三逾1.3下滑至2個月低點1.2883。

【綜合報導】炎炎夏日，周五晚間何妨來場音樂饗宴。剛獲得第七屆「全球華人管樂名校室內管樂奏賽合奏大賽」金牌獎、獲獎無數的北市中正國中第十六屆管樂團，下周一將遠征歐洲「音樂之國」奧地利，以台灣唯一代表身分，參加《Mid-Europe中歐音樂節》表演。同學們認真準備練習，行前特別在明晚(5日)7時，假新北市政府多功能集會堂，舉辦行前成果發表會。

此次發表會不須邀請函、無須門票，開放民眾自由進場，適逢周末假日前夕，提供雙北市民一個不同的休閒選擇。

【綜合報導】6年前在葡萄牙失蹤的英國女童瑪德琳(Madeleine McCann)，至今仍下落不明。

英國警方昨日宣佈重新調查此案，表示警方掌握新證據，認為瑪德琳可能仍然還活著，目前鎖定38名涉嫌人士為追查目標，當中12名英國人，其他人來自歐洲各地。

2007年5月3日，年僅3歲的馬德琳隨父母去葡萄牙度假時失蹤，一度引起轟動。

Motorola今天在美國許多報紙上刊登了他們被Google收購後的第一則廣告。作為 Moto X 手機的預熱，廣告文案和推出的時間都在強調「自由」，以及「美國製造」。

快到美國獨立記念日，在這個時候表達愛國心比較自然，也成為了 Motorola 被 Google 收購後第一條廣告的主旨。在Motorola更改商標穿上「呼啦圈」後，這個帶著新商標的「跳水」廣告在 7 月 3 號的紐約時報、今日美國、華爾街日報、華盛頓郵報上刊載。作為 Moto X 手機的預熱，廣告文案和推出的時間都在強調「自由」，以及「美國製造」。

「美國製造」這件事在獨立日賣廣告再好不過。此外，文案中還寫到：Moto X 會成為「你可以為自己設計的第一款智慧型手機」。核心文案也就強調：「由你設計，在美國組裝」這麼兩件事。

目前還不知道 Motorola 會推出怎樣的手機。根據他們 CEO 在D11大會上的說法，手機採用 OLED 螢幕。而 Moto X 會安裝感測器監測所在環境，比如它會知道手機現在是不是被人正被人從口袋裡拿出來，或是正處在一輛 60 英里 / 時速的汽車裡，然後手機會調整到不同的交互模式。他還舉例說 Moto X 也能知道你是不是想拍照然後自動啟用相機。而這個手機將在美國本土完成 70% 的製造工作，在德州原本用來生產 Nokia 的廠房裡搞定。產品會在 10 月前推出。(adage.com)

【綜合報導】近日在中國網路瘋傳，「中國十大城市生育成本排行榜」，根據排行榜，在北京養孩子的成本最高，需花費達到人民幣276萬元，約1350萬台幣。

這筆費用包括奶粉和尿片等日用品所需費用要人民幣30萬元，6年學前保母與醫療費等要人民幣72萬元，6年旅遊及保險費人民幣12萬元，還有7歲到大學畢業的教育費需人民幣60萬元等。

以一個年收入人民幣12萬元的家庭來計算，即使不吃不喝，也要花23年才能存夠育兒成本，緊跟在北京後的上海、深圳及廣州，成本通通需要人民幣200萬元以上，排第5的杭州也要超過人民幣180萬元。中國網友看後，大都感嘆生孩子快要成為富人專利。

【綜合報導】繼美英爆出監聽國民和他國情資後，法國世界報(Le Monde)也踢爆政府也有法版的稜鏡計畫。
 
報導指出法國外國情報局(Direction Generale de la Securite Exterieure)有系統地收集國內電腦和電話的電子資訊，包括所有電郵、簡訊、通話和臉書及推特的發文等，這些資訊被存放在情報局地底碉堡裡，不過情報局收集的是通話或簡訊傳送的時間、地點和對象，而不是內容。

這個資料庫估計多達數千萬GB，法國所有情資單位都可進入，這套監聽系統是透過間諜衛星，竊聽法國領地或是前殖民地的站台，並利用海底電纜收集情資。
 
情報局方面對此項指控尚未回應，不過法國議員表示法國的監聽系統，和美國比簡直是小巫見大巫。

【綜合報導】「我們在種樹的時候，聽到有哭號聲，我們以為是動物的叫聲，但仔細一聽又覺得像是嬰兒哭聲，我們循聲音的方向去查看，發現一名女嬰被埋在土裡。」
 
這名出生才一天大的女嬰，被發現時口鼻大量出血，隨即被送往醫院急救，但還是太慢搶救，入院隔天就死亡，警方相信這名女嬰應是被惡意遺棄。
 
這起事件發生在6月29日印度中部印多爾市(Indore)，當地民眾在林地工作時發現這名女嬰，一半的身體被埋在土裡，不過尚有呼吸，發現女嬰的人表示，看到那種畫面真的很讓人心痛。
 
印度重男輕女依舊十分嚴重，根據聯合國兒童基金會統計，2006年就有上千萬名女嬰被殺，每年平均有50萬名女嬰，因性別被墮掉，連出生的機會都沒有。
